Morpheus wasn't having that much fun back on campus. He missed his fathers, he missed his home and he missed all the wild parties he could throw! Ugh. Academy regulations were really bumming him out. He huffed and slumped up against a bench that sat just outside the academy doors. Glowing green eyes gazed dispassionately at the building before him before closing.
"Aaaugh..." He sighed. "Only a few days more. Then I may return to where I belong... Just a few days more."

After months of being apart Alvis had been reunited with his father and for the first time met his new 'older' brother. Travis did seem distant from him but his father had explained all that had happened. The muse understood that had to be there and prove himself to his new brother. It had already been days of attempting this and of course Alvis had been doing all the talking. It was ok thought because he was no longer alone and no matter how long it took he would get his brother to believe that he cared for him very much.
Today thought was a day to show Travis around the school which Alvis was careful to not take him near anywhere that was dangerous. It still wasn't safe around. "Ok Travis today we have such a busy day with showing you around this oh so lovely school. I will be making sure that there is no way you will be getting lost. Well maybe not completely but enough that you will know your way around. Do you copy?" Alvis said as he turned around to look at his brother, walking backwards.
Travis gave a sigh and nodded. He didn't care much about knowing the school or even going out. Actually he did a bit but he felt she shouldn't be outside. All he wanted was to be locked away in his room. Sure David had trained him some after the incident that happened with his old family. Still it seemed Alvis wasn't going to back down. He did seem kind and he was family. Sighing again he looked around, a few times looking back at his brother who was still walking backwards while talking. Was almost hard to believe he was older than the muse yet Alvis was the only one that had grown. A three sigh came from his mouth then looked up to his brother as he noticed that he was about to bump into a taller looking boy. Sticking out his hand to stop Alvis it seemed too late. The two other boys crashed causing Alvis to fall and dirty his suit a bit. Travis slowly back away even though he knew he should have helped his brother stand up.

"Naaah?!" Morpheus squeaked as he was knocked over. He landed on his behind with a thump and sighed. Well, that was unexpected! Green eyes gazed over to Alvis and widened, was he hurt?! "Ack, are you injured, friend?" He asked, quickly jumping up to help the other boy to his feet. As he aided Alvis his gaze drifted over to Travis and a faint squeal escaped his mouth. "You're part vulpine! Amazing!" He went straight over to Travis and began patting his head. "What interesting ears! I haven't seen anything quite like you before, young man!"

Alvis was about to answer when the other teen dashed on over to his brother, Travis who looked a little scared. The muse almost didn't mind that his clothes had gotten a bit dirty and even laughed as he walked over to the two. "Watch out he might bit. Well not really but you never know. He is actually new around here. Well not that knew. He is older than me but he had been taken away and never gotten the chance to get to know this place so technically he is new. Is that not right Travis? Oh that is right. Where are my manners? I am Alvis and this young man which you are patting is my 'older' brother Travis. Pleasure to meet you in this dangerous times." He bowed to the other before he extended out his hand hoping to shake hands.
While his brother was busy chatting away Travis stood as still as he could all while being scared. From a close the new boy looked way taller even if there was only one foot in height of a difference. It was probably the fear that was getting to him. A few times he even looked to his brother, wanting to hide behind him but Travis did nothing. He just stood there taking those pats. They were nice but he still didn't want them when he was cautious of strangers. Tail between his legs and ears flat against his head, the lycan decided to keep his gaze down.

"'Ello, Alvis!" Morpheus quipped, firmly shaking the other boy's hand. "I be Morpheus, Morpheus Neilson, it's a pleasure to meet another gentleman such as myself!" He laughed heartily before turning to Travis with a grin. "And the same to you, Travis! Pardon me if I scare ye, I mean no harm to 'ya. You're just the first animal-like meta that I've seen, I think ye be quite adorable!" He chuckled and turned back to Alvis. "Ah, yes. There be a war going on at the moment. I fancy myself as quite the fighter, so I be fix'in to participate in the fight. How about yourself, my friend?"

Seeing his opportunity, Travis moved himself behind Alvis. He took a few looks back just to keep an eye on Morpheus but for the most part he hid. Maybe not all too well since his ears and tail poked out. He did think of running but he has still not learned out to get back home and with both Alvis and David warning him of the dangers he knew it would not be the best to go back on his own.
Shaking the hand back his sight went over to his brother who hid. It did make him laugh that he was being used as some kind of shield but he guess that meant Travis was beginning to like him. Looking back to the taller boy. "Do not fret. He is just not too good with new person such as yourself but he does mean well and probably knows that you do as well. I actually reacted just the same as you did when I first laid eyes on him. So far it seems he is the only one I have seen of his kind. There might be more and it is rather interesting to think about it. Oh yes it is but only if they made themselves more known." He paused and thought about it for a quick second before forgetting about it. "Ahh so you are joining in as well. Sadly my brother will not since he has wished not to join do to reason. It is alright, though I may not care for fighting I must do so to protect my family. No quite sure how I well far but I bet you on the other hand will do a much better job seeing as you look much more stronger. I intend to use this." Alvis pointed to his head. "I hope all the reading and shows I have watched have prepared me enough. I also wish the both of use then best of odds."

Morpheus nodded, smiling pleasantly as Alvis spoke. The other boy was quite a talker, which didn't upset him in the slightest. He liked to have length discussions and socialize with all sorts of people. Especially if they liked parties. He loved parties. "No trouble, no trouble!" He assured. "Children will be children. I'm assured he'll be as bright and bushy-tailed as the rest of his age group soon!" His smiled faltered as Alvis pointed to his head, unsure of how he would be using his brain to beat the life out of something, but he continued to nod. "I, for one, will be using this as my tactic!" He flicked his fingers and produce a small hand held flame. "With fire as my guide, I shan't be losing!"

"Just keep in mind that not everything is about power." The muse smirked as he pointed a finger towards the flame and began moving his finger in a counter-clockwise motion making the flame disappear from the other boy's hand. "But I know you will go at it smart. I can feel it in my ticker." He gestured to his heart though at the same time, just to mess with the other, he made his watch tick louder. He normally didn't go about using his powers but he wanted to show off a little since he didn't get to do that very much.
Hearing what his brother said then hearing the ticking, Travis's ears popped up. Slowly he went to look, actually believing that Alvis's heart was a clock and falling for the trick completely.

Morpheus' eyes widened sharply as the sound of the ticking grew louder. However, he wasn't fooled and smirked, pointing to Alvis' watch. "Yes, but unfortunately all I have at my disposal is fire and every bit Christmas Knowledge known to man kind." He said, snickering. "I think your watch might be broken, it be ticking a bit too loud."

"I see you have seen right through my trick but my watch is not broken. Have a look for yourself." Alvis laughed as he removed his watch and brought it closer to Morpheus. The ticking went back to normal but the moment Alvis wink the watch popped to life, acting like a snake. "As you can clearly see it is not broken." He let out a laugh as the watch slithered up Alvis's arm and affectionately rubbed itself against him. "Maybe that knowledge will come in handy in a fight. You must think of all possibilities."
Travis has yet to see any of Alvis's powers played out. He was both scared and amazed at how well his brother had control over them. It made him come out from hiding more just to get a better look.

"Whaaa?" Morpheus was amazed! His watch turned into a snake! What was this sorcery?! He had to be taught how to turn ordinary objects into moving creatures! "How did you do that? That is impeccable!" He gazed down to Travis and smiled. "Your brother must be some sort of magician! How incredible!"

Boy was he loving how his ego was being stroked that it was even giving him a bigger grin. "Oh not exactly. It is only thanks to the item I was given. It seems that because I was given a watch I have control over them. I have tested this theory out on other objects, mostly electronics and well nothing happened. Interesting is it not? I do try my best to try and polish my skills. Well at least most of them. I still have trouble with one of them but it makes me nervous." He sighed and finally noticed his brother coming out from behind him. He set his hand on him and gently pet him. "Though maybe it would be best if I learn to control it since it might just come in handy."
Flinching at first he then got comfortable since it was Alvis who was petting him but it still didn't make him from looking down since Morpheus was now talking to him. The guy seemed nice but so did his family. He didn't know how Morpheus would react to him taking his beast form and possibly hurting him. It seemed best to not get close and later on have to lose people.
