When I eventually bother with getting a flashcart I'd like to play them. : D
Awakening is a really good game from what I've heard. Nintendo must be kicking themselves for under printing it.

For true. There are a good few games that stand out on those handhelds and fire emblem was definitely one of the biggest. I'm kicking myself in the butt for not getting the fire emblem limited edition 3DS. xD It was a good price!

I'm sure you can find one somewhere! Or just buy another color (r/3ds is a great place to find the best deals) and pick up a cool knockoff decal from Etsy.
I'm kicking myself for not preordering the game. I never anticipated a 2-4 week shipping delay on amazon (a month after release no less!) and every store in the area has the game sold out indefinitely. 3DS owner problems lol.

I want a pink 3DS XL. Because Pink is a color for only the manliest of men. I also want Kirby's face on it. If that doesn't exist I'm going to invent it. I am thinking of waiting until the 3DS XL Ver. of the fire emblem limited edition comes out in Europe April 19th and I might just get that depending. If I can't I'll just get a regular one. I've been wanting a special console or handheld of some kind and I finally have the chance to, so I donno. Until than, I'm hitting the players club

Just don't forget to buy games that match your system's regional lock.
A pink Kirby XL would be gangster AF. If you can't find a decal set online find a sign shop nearby and they'd probably print you off some for a couple dollars.

Yeah the regional lock was precisely what I was worried about to be honest. I think I'm just going to get a regular 3DS XL. It would be pretty baller to just get a decal set. I can get that black on pink action goin' on.

It would be so great if the regional lock disappeared. D: Japan gets a new color or special edition like every other month and never shares. *shakes fist*
If you Kirby up a pink XL you've gotta post pics of it. : D
And back on the topic of FE:A, amazon bumped my delivery date from April to next week. Wooo!

I'm hoping I love it as much as everyone else has. They speak as if it's GOTY! ( maybe it is though, hahaha) Guess I'll have to report back on that.
Also I really hope I'm not the only person who stalks their amazon orders like an overly attached girlfriend. Dunno what my deal is. D:

Nah I do that too. I just want my items to get here and constantly check on exactly where they are. I always fear they are going to get transported somewhere they shouldn't or something stupid, but at the end of the day it's all gravy. Surprised yours is taking so long.
The older fire emblems for handhelds were incredible. It's about time they came out with a new one. Like most of Nintendo's franchises FE has a really good reputation that's not easily tarnished, and from my understanding they brought back a few things that were in the GBA ver. that they praised the games for entirely. So you're just getting the better end of the experience with a major graphical overhaul.

Yeah that's definitely what it is. rofl I get so darn excited.
It's taken forever to get the game because I chose the deadly combo of back order + free shipping..... I am not wise.
If I'm in luck the older games will get put in the eShop and I can play them without being a pirate. I've heard the DS Fire Emblem really sucks though from hardcore Fire Emblem fans. Awakening is an apology gift maybe. And the graphics are very pretty. Everyone has no feet, but yeah. rofl
You can also make everyone's voices Japanese (or turn them off) if I recall correctly from the demo. Might add some extra fun to the game. Gets mad annoying hearing "RIGHT" ten times in a row as Frederick fanboys over Chrom.... I will marry him to someone else who also must love Chrom, lulz will ensue.

Yes. xd The only Fire Emblems that were really good were the gameboy ones from what I have seen of them. The other ones didn't get bad scores, but they couldn't top the game play mechanics. Even the gamecube and wii ones were slipping and they are pretty pricey right now. I tossed them off my radar.
That's what I did with Persona 4 concerning the voices. Most games from foreign regions have that option today which is pretty cool. emotion_c8 I am still working on getting a 3DS! But I am currently kinda overwhelmed with all the new games coming out.
Maybe I should stop for a while.

Maybe the Wii U one will pick up the slack like Awakening has. Kinda want to play the Wii ones though. Maybe when I get a job I'll bite a bullet and give them a whirl. Or see if anyone I know is willing to lend a copy.
I had no idea games did that, I suppose I just don't play a lot of JRPGs. Sometimes I swear I'll need to donate plasma to get all the games I want that are coming out this year..... but will I even get to play them after I start college, gah.
But not playing games only makes the list longer! Felt mad silly today when I discussed 3DS games with a 14 year old today. I'm so mature. emotion_awesome I think they might be able to set me up with a few GameCube games I missed.
