Well everyone wants to take part in one of the quest don't they? Well what kinds of quest would you like to see? Just tell us about them who knows we might use your idea.

Let's say that Morpheus, God of dreams and the subconscious, works in conjunctions with Hypnos, the God of sleep, to try to overthrow Zues. They plan to do this covertly by taking away the god's influences on the world through they're demigod offspring by destroying camp half-blood. First, Hypnos puts the heroes to sleep, then, Morpheus controls them through they're dreams. The two Gods instigate a civil war within the camp, and a band of heroes is dispatched to find Morpheus and Hypnos, and to save Olympus. The whole while, some of the other campers strive to quell the fighting at camp, and to save their friends from their zombie like slumber.User Image

You know, why does everything have to be caused by gods or things like that. I bet there are some seriously ******** up humans who can see through the mist and are capable of something huge. Like what if there's some pop star who leads Apollo in (seeing as Apollo like any god will happily follow a pretty girl) and somehow manages to trap him with something she paid a Hephaestus kid to build. And maybe she plans to keep him trapped until he agrees to bless her with the most beautiful voice in the world so no one could ever surpass her or make her yesterday's news. I don't know. I just think anything's possible in this world of mythology, so why not make a villain who's mortal. It's something that's never been done before in a Percy Jackson based guild.

You mean like Luke? He was a mortal, but the argument can definitely be made that he was not inherently evil. He was manipulated. I love the idea, truly, I just think that a civil war between demigods would be an interesting pseudo-social experiment. However, I am new here so my mind has less weight. The decision ultimately lies with the leaders and the senior members. ^_^

Hey, don't get me wrong. Your idea is awesome! I just think a mortal would be a cool twist. No one would expect a mortal to be able to take down a god. And Luke wasn't fully mortal, he was a demi-god. Half mortal, half god like everyone else at camp. I mean a full mortal. Not a spec of non-human in them, but able to see threw the mist and knows of the gods and such.

I understood you friend, and I acknowledged that I like your idea. We're on the same page ^_^. What's her endgame by the way? Does it go farther than the perfect voice!?

DragaDuVrangr
idk. I'm only good at big plots, not little details.

I consider myself a happy medium of both detail and big picture oriented. Look at the bright side, the greatest visionaries almost never took minor details into mind. ^_^

Heh, guess so. Though as an aspiring math teacher, I'll have to explain little details to people in the future. ^^" Did I use the word aspiring right? I'm good with numbers not vocabulary. xD

It's nice to meet a fellow future teacher ^_^. Also, yes you used "aspiring" perfectly.

I like both ideas, but maybe only one of these ideas per year? There always people who can see past the myst they usaly go crazy or have some kind of ablity of there own. So a singer who traps Apllo would work but what if its not a child of Hephaestus made but something monsters made? This way there be monsters near the end of the quest not just at different places along the way.

Those two gods might work but why do they want to distory camp half blood where there children are safe? After all they would have kids there and some gods do love there demigod children. How about they want to take out a city?

To be honest, I was stretching just a tad with my thesis, but the idea of a city poses an interesting plot device. Celestial bronze cannot harm mortals. Also, the demigods would have to quell or combat mindless mortal drones.

You wanna be a teacher too? Of what subject?
Mystic Lunar

That could be cool! Monster made the trap. And what city would Hypnos and Morpheus want to destroy? Not New York since that's where their kids are.

High school chemistry, and the city is obvious. either the painfully obvious, New York City, or the slightly less painfully obvious, Los Angeles. Both are centers for western culture, the root of the Olympians power. Plus, both could garner benefits for those two, whether it be affecting Hades or Olympus

I don't know what city. I don't think it should be NYC that's to close would Toronto in Canada? Maybe we should vote...

Well monsters normaly are willing to trap a god, wouldn't care heads or heals if the mortal lives.
