Name of Kekkei Genkai/Clan : Kansatsuryoku (Powers of Observation)
History : When and where the Kansatsu clan first originated is shrouded in mystery since no actually documentation for this clan was ever conceived. But from what has been passed on by word of mouth, this clan, for as long as anyone can remember, have been a nomadic tribe wondering from town to town avoiding any specify contact with anything associated with ninjas and ninja villages. It is said that the founder of the tribe was a person gifted with the natural ability to detect heat signatures and sound wave as well as being able to catch glimpse into the past and future. Because of his amazing natural abilities, he was taken away from his friends and family and asked to do many dangerous tasks under the will of a selfish tyrant ruler. Seeing how his abilities were misused and his will was consistently being oppressed, the man snuck away from the lord's castle during a lunar eclipse and ran as far away as possible.
Knowing that there was a chance for the Lord to come after him as well as others wanting to use his abilities for evil, the man began living as a wandering hermit doing little things here and there to gain money while avoiding unwanted attention. It was during his travels that the man gained several followers one of which he eventually married. The tribe continued to expend over the years and as different people with natural abilities to see wavelength integrated into the tribe, the bloodline eventually developed into what it is today.
Though most members still keep to the tradition of their clan leading nomadic lives, several members have begun to question their ways and left to sought out for a different way to live. As members continued to leave one by one, the tribe weakened and eventually was thought to have died out. Several years later thought, a familiar hermit cloak can be seen worn by various people who would every once in awhile enter town and set up a large triangular purple tent with gold trimmings. The people who tend to seek out members of this clan whenever they appear in town are the people hoping to get their fortunes told or in the rarer of cases, to track someone down.
Rules For Kekkei Genkai/Clan :
1. 'Intelligence' and 'Great Chakra Control 'are required character strengths for this bloodline. (Users must have a strong mind and the chakra control to utilize their chakra in various different configurations and with very fine control.)
2. Regular exercising/relaxation period of the mind is required (yoga, meditation, ESP cards, etc)
3. Only one sight can be activated at a time.
4. Sight limitations:
Genin:
- Mind will only be able to handle a maximum of 5 shifts in a row without rest.
- Eyes can only handle a maximum of 5 posts non-stop before requiring a 10 post rest period. If overused, there's a chance for the user to lose their eyesight.
Chuunin:
- Mind will only be able to handle a maximum of 8 shifts in a row without rest.
- Eyes can only handle a maximum of 10 posts non-stop before requiring a 15 post rest period. If overused, there's a chance for the user to lose their eyesight.
Special Jounin/Jounin:
- Mind will only be able to handle a maximum of 12 shifts in a row without rest.
- Eyes can only handle a maximum of 15 posts non-stop before requiring a 20 post rest period. If overused, there's a chance for the user to lose thier eyesight.
Sannin/Kage:
- Mind will only be able to handle a maximum of 15 shifts in a row without rest.
- Eyes can only handle a maximum of 20 posts non-stop before requiring a 25 post rest period. If overused, there's a chance for the user to lose their eyesight.
Overuse cost:
1 post past limit: Roll a d20, if you get a 1, you either are stuck with one 'sight' or you lose your eyesight. (10% chance to lose)
2 posts past limit: Roll a d10, if you get a 1, you either are stuck with one 'sight' or you lose your eyesight. (25% chance to lose)
3 posts past limit: Roll a d6, if you get a 1, you either are stuck with one 'sight' or you lose your eyesight. (30% chance to lose)
4 posts past limit: Roll a d4, if you get a 1, you either are stuck with one 'sight' or you lose your eyesight. (50% chance to lose)
5 posts past limit: You lose your eyesight.
Weaknesses:
1. Regular exercising/relaxation period of the mind/eyes is required(yoga, meditation, ESP cards, etc) since the mind is in constant high gear trying to grasp onto the various wavelengths and process them into a image for the user to see.
2. Constant shifting between the various 'sights' may cause temporarily blindness to the user because of the mind's inablitly to process the quick changing pace of the user's sight.
3. Over-usage of the eyes can lead to a malfunction of the brain, blindness, loss of control over the 'sights' (the mind is constantly switching between the sights sometimes picking up on infrared, other times ultraviolet, etc.) or a fixed eyesight (meaning that the user can no longer shift between the various sights and will be stuck with one of the sights for the remainder of their lifespan - there's a chance for the user to lose their Kekkei Genkai ability and be stuck with regular eyesight)
4. The user's eyes change a certain color according to the specific stage of the Kansatsuryoku the user is currently using allowing for easy identification of what 'sight' their using unless covered.
Strengths:
1. Users are able to pick up on various heat and chakra impressions left behind by people, allowing them to track people's heat signatures and detect the presence of sound waves with their eyes.
2. Capable of absorbing chakra and utilizing it to bend the visible spectrum of light allowing members to see into the various classifications of electromagnetic radiation/waves (infrared/ultraviolet/X-ray)
3. More skilled members of this clan will eventually be able to gain the ability to see into the past and future.
4. Members have an acute sense of hearing as well as a keen eyesight because of their clan's natural ability to see/hear electromagnetic waveslengths
5. Due to their constant training of the mind, members of the Kansatsu have built a sort of immunity against Genjutsu. With their developed insight clan members easier spot the difference between illusion and reality and are able to quickly find the weak spot of the Genjutsu thus breaking out of it before it can even take hold.
Stage One: X-ray vision
Description: The user has just recently awaken their Kekkai Genkai and is starting the basic training on how to use their special ability. Still new to this, the user has yet to develop the sense/skill necessary to detect long wavelengths but the user does have the natural ability to hear high frequencies allowing them to easily detect the high pitched frequency and short wavelengths of X-ray radiation. While in this stage, the user's eye-color will turn a jade green indicating that this stage of the Kekkai Genkai is currently being used and the user's vision is able to penetrate the surface of objects/things such as human skin, allowing them to see what's inside (human bone).
Jutsu Name: X-ray Microscopy Rank : D Elemental Ethnicity: -none- Description: The user is able to focus their vision to detect very small objects, enhancing them under their eyes, allowing them to see things at a nearly microscopic level. Range: 1 meter
Stage Two: Ultraviolet vision
Description: This is the second stage of the Kansatsuryoku which grants the user the ability to see things in ultraviolet. At this stage, the user's ability to detect wavelengths have increased allowing the user to pick up on the long wavelengths of ultraviolet radiation. When activated, the user's eyes will turn violet and the user will seen everything in a screen of violet thus toning down the brightness and damage of certain things (looking at the sun). Using this stage of vision, the user will be able to detect objects normally unseen, such as bodily fluids, sweat, blood, and otherwise which have long since become invisible to normal eyesight.
How to obtain:
- Must be at least a Chunnin to achieve this level of sight - Must have trained in using the X-ray vision for more then 15 posts
Jutsu Name: Spectrophotometry Rank : C Elemental Ethnicity : -none- Description : Using this ability, the user will be able to identify the chemical structure and makeup of many objects, allowing them to know exactly what it is as well as find out specific information on any special abilities/construction of the item. Range: 1 meter
Jutsu Name: 'X' marks the spot Rank : C Elemental Ethnicity: -none- Description: This allows the user to create a 'Black Light' mark on an object or person which remains permanently on someone until it is released by the user. This mark cannot be removed and cannot be seen by anyone other then a Kansatsuryoku utilizing the Ultraviolet vision.
Stage Three: Infrared vision
Description: At this point in time, the user has developed a good control over their ability and is able to move onto the next step which is infrared vision. Infrared radiation have longer wavelengths then ultraviolet radiation but a lower frequency. During activation, the user's eyes will turn an amber color and by absorbing chakra to bend the visible spectrum of light, the user can now see clearer the left over heat impression made by people as well as their heat signatures. Their vision then turns into a set color palette of dark indigo to white representing the different body temperature radiating off the things in the user's sight.This gives the user the ability to see through walls, the ground, and other solid objects to lock onto those who may be hiding.
How to obtain:
- Must be at least a Special Jounin to achieve this level of sight - Must have trained in using Ultraviolet vision for more then 15 posts.
Jutsu Name: Heat Lock Rank: B Elemental Ethnicity: -none- Description: User is able to channel an item, and most energy based jutsu with a heat-seeking ability, making any thrown projectile (or projectile-like jutsu ex.fireballs, lightening bolts, etc.) capable of tracking it's intended target, bobbing and weaving around obstacles to strike it's foe. This jutsu ends once the item/energy jutsu either hit's a target(if someone quickly shifted behind a tree) or gets destroyed.
Jutsu Name: Generate Heat Rank: D Elemental Ethnicity: -none- Description: This is a minor ability, it allows you to warm surfaces, food, and even add heat to a therapeutic massage.
Stage Four: Visions of Time
Description: The user has finally reached the point in their training where they have fully master the basic 'sights' given by their bloodline. Having trained their mind and hearing to the max, the user now must go beyond that for this last and final stage of the Kansatsuryoku. At this stage, the user has finally awakened the ability to spot the long wavelengths created by radio waves and detect chakra imprints between all of the visual spectrum allowing them bend the radio waves/ chakra imprints to create flashes of imagery projected on objects. If trained enough, the user will eventually build up the skills necessary to predict movements.
How to obtain:
- Must be at least a Jounin to achieve this level of sight - Must have trained in using Infrared vision for more then 15 posts.
Jutsu Name: Past Sight (Psychometry) Rank: A [No Handsigns Required] Elemental Ethnicity: - none - Description: The user inserts their chakra into the object in question and using the chakra searches for chakra/sound wave imprints pertaining to the past that the user wants to see. Cost: E-rank cost = up to 5 posts back D-rank cost = up to 10 posts back C-rank cost = up to 15 posts back B-rank cost = up to 20 posts back (or approximately half an rp day back) A-rank cost = up to one whole rp day back S-rank cost = up to one whole rp week back
Jutsu Name: Future Sight (Clairvoyance) Rank: A [No Handsigns Required] Elemental Ethnicity: -none- Description: This is basically the same thing as the Past Sight technique except instead of glimpsing into the past, the user is attempting to catch a glimpse at the future. Because of the uncertainty of the future, if the user tries to see too far into the future, there's a chance for it to change or go wrong. The percentage of it being wrong increase the farther the user attempts to see. However, the user will have a better chance of predicting the movements of opponents of lower rank than the user, thereby increasing the odds of reacting properly against such opponents.

Mind's Eye of the Kagura Medical, Chakra, Sensing
History: The 'Mind's Eye of Kagura' is a technique utilized by the character 'Karin' who displayed several unique and impressive abilities, especially in the realm of chakra sensing and healing abilities. Karin was charged with operating Orochimaru's southern base, located on a small island in the sea. There she made sure Orochimaru's prisoners behaved. She along with Suigetsu were both experimented upon by Orochimaru due to their special abilities. After joining 'Hebi' (Sasuke's organization, later called 'Taka'), Karin used her abilities to help Sasuke achieve his goals and followed him around, while being obsessively infatuated with him.
Description: Karin showed several unique and highly useful jutsu which made her an incredible support to 'Hebi' (or 'Taka'). Using the Mind's Eye of the Kagura, she displayed the ability to detect chakra with incredible accuracy and precision, allowing her to track them over large distances. Karin also displayed a unique healing ability, which after allowing someone to bite her arm, chest or neck, would allow them to suck her chakra out and completely heal themselves. Additionally, she was shown to be able to suppress her own chakra so as to make her nearly impossible to detect.
Requirements: • Must be a medical ninja
Abilities/Skills: • Has excellent Chakra Control. --> [-1 chakra point cost for all jutsu] • Has the ability to "read" chakra, which allows them to distinguish people based on chakra signature alone. • Is able to tell how much chakra someone has, and if they are a Bijuu host. (though they cannot specifically tell which Bijuu) • Able to sense incoming shinobi from a distance and track others. • Can heal almost any injury, except death (for another person) • Able to suppress one's own Chakra to become near invisible. • Slightly increased Healing Factor.

Jutsu Name: Mind's Eye of the Kagura Jutsu Rank: D Type: Chakra Sensing
Description: This ability allows the user to find, sense, and track individuals through their chakra over vast range. This is done by closing their eyes and opening the mind's eye. The ability extends to telling when a person is lying from the fluctuations in a person's chakra made from dishonest emotions or if someone is under a genjutsu. Also by focusing on a particular chakra they can perceive its location and movement with great detail.
Jutsu Name: Heal Bite Jutsu Rank: D Type: Medical, Healing Description: The user can heal other's wounds by having them bite into their skin and suck out their chakra. In addition to rapidly depleting their chakra reserves, the user is left with a permanent bite mark every time they uses it. Due to this depletion of chakra, it is dangerous for them to use this ability more than once a day.
Jutsu Name: Chakra Suppression technique Jutsu Rank: D Type: Chakra Control
Description: This ability allows the user to suppress their chakra until it is undetectable. This makes it impossible, or at least very difficult, for sensing-type shinobi to track them. The downside of this ability is that since the user is suppressing their chakra, they are unable to use their Mind's Eye of the Kagura.

History: This clan started out in Hidden Mist Village where the clan learned to transform their bodies into water. This clan worked towards taking over the village, but failed as the Mizukage learned of their plans and sent an assassin squad to destroy the entire clan. Fortunately some of the clan members managed to escape the massacre and scattered to the other villages. The clan members that survived hid and trained in their clans art in secret.
Abilities: The user can transform their body into water and can merge with a water source (puddle, river, ect.). They can also reshape their body for more power.
Rules For Kekkei Genkai/Clan : - Suiton must be your main element - Only members this clan can learn their special Ninjutsu - Can learn Suiton Elemental Jutsu with one less post

They re-solidify at will. Using this, the user can also re-shape their body parts for suitable situations. When the user passes out, they are turned into a jelly-like state. (Can stay in this form for 2 posts, and cannot use it again until 3 posts after it ended)
Jutsu Name: Suiton: Teichi Mizu Ryokou (Water Release: Spying Water Travel) Rank: C Range: Contact/Self Description: After using Suika no Jutsu (Hydration Technique) to merge with a water source, they can travel from place to place, similar to Mizutamari Yusuo no Jutsu (Water Puddle Transportation) but they can use this to spy on others so long as they are near water and the user is merged with that water source.
Jutsu Name: Suiton: Gōesuiwan no Jutsu (Water Release: Great Water Arm) Rank: C Type: Supplementary Description: Using the ability to transform their body into water, the user will reform therein a more muscular form. This stronger arm allows them to deliver more powerful attacks.
Jutsu Name: Suiton: Mizu Ude (Water Release: Water Arms) Rank: B Type: Creation/Supplementary Description: After using Suika no Jutsu (Hydration Technique) to merge with a water source, the user can form several arms made of water to attack their opponents. These arms are made of water so a single hit can destroy them but they can reform again and again so long as there is water.
Jutsu Name: Suiton: Akki Uo Nami Kurasshu (Water Release: Demon Fish Wave Crash) Rank: A Range: Close-Mid Description: After using Suika no Jutsu (Hydration Technique) to merge with a water source, the user can form a giant wave that looks like a demon-like fish. The user can use this form to crash into their opponents, or they can use it to shield allies from attack.
Jutsu Name: Suiton: Mizu Kyūin (Water Release: Water Absortion) Rank: A Type: Healing Description: The user, when severely wounded uses Suika no Jutsu (Hydration Technique) and absorbs nearby water from plants, dirt, or any water source to heal their wounds. (Take 4 posts to heal)

A little preface here:
This Bloodline concept was originally created by Soren, but it lacked any concept of balance or cohesion and was only vaguely ninja. However, it was a good concept, so I picked up on it and revamped the bloodline, trying hard to keep the essence of the awesome that is the Senbonzakura from Bleach, but balance somewhat and make it ninja.
I would however limit the number of users to about 2-3, considering it probably popularity. Also, the bloodline requires a strict background linking the user to royalty... which needless to say, does not appear very often in the Ninja World.
Ato Sakura No Ki No (Art of the Cherry Tree) Beautiful, Unique, Deadly
Bloodline History: Senbonzakura is one of the most unique and specialized kekkai genkai to ever present itself. The bloodline itself only occurred within a very specific royal family in Japan, and even then, only few members of each generation could wield the power in it's truest form. The royal family bred these adepts as warriors and it was quickly regarded as one of the most power kekkai genkai of the Grass Country, which is where the bloodline was born (where the cherry blossoms grow in the greatest quantities). At birth, members of this clan are presented with a weapon that is marked with the insignia of the royal household. Once the wielders of this bloodline the weapon itself begin to bind itself to the user's soul, allowing them to unlock and utilize it's powers as their abilities grow. True adepts of the clan can even forge their own personal clan insignias which they can use their own chakra to temporarily etch into weapons, allowing them to change the cold steel into thousands of small blades which take the shape and form of cherry blossoms. The clan user can then control these blades, which are sharp enough to rip through skin and clothing, with the will of his mind, directing their movement for both offensive and defensive maneuvers.
Clan Rules: 1. Your character must have some kind of tie to a royal family in Japan from which this bloodline was born. 2. Members of this bloodline must choose either the Samurai or Weapon Master Class for their RPC. 3. You must have 1 approved custom weapon to attain Stage 1. 4. You must have 2 approved custom weapons to attain Stage 2. 5. Some form of mental stat (Intelligence, Cunning, Strong Willed) must be present in your Primary or Secondary attribute slots.
General Use Rules: 1. Please, do not God Mod with this bloodline. You are not Byakuya. The petals are sharp and can do damage, but they can also be deflected, dodged, and otherwise combated. Just as is shown in the anime, the petals are not instant death sentences, but rather serve more as a ranged weapon which can crash against a foe, scraping and slashing at them, but not eviscerating them on contact. when used as a swarm the petals, despite their small size strike with incredible force behind which equals that of a Taijutsu/Kenjutsu strike one rank above the user's rank. (This force is not affected by the user's physical strength or bonuses at all... only the character's actual rank matters)
2. Though you have increasingly large amounts of petals, you cannot control every petal individually. At best, you can coordinate your petals as a group to strike/defend from two different angles, or attack/defend two separate targets simultaneously. This will increase as you progress through the stages however... increasing by one for each stage. Maximum Range of petal control is determined by Stage Mastery.
3. All bloodline techniques which last beyond the initial 'scatter' command's typical post limit still require the additional chakra/post cost to maintain the petals.
Stage 1 – Senbonzakura (Thousand Cherry Blossoms)
This is the initial stage of the bloodline, where the user has just begun to understand his Insignia Sword and commune with it. At this stage, the sword is normally given a name by the user, and will respond to an activation command to "scatter" into the cherry blossom blades. The user is not yet able to maintain the blade's scattered form for long, but with practice, they will be able to keep it out for much longer. The user is also able to use the 'Etch' ability to augment kunai and shuriken to act as scattered blades when their chakra reserves have begun to run low. [The user must spend 5 posts communing with his blade to awaken it.]
Stage One : Abilities granted
Upon speaking the activation word and forming a single, unique hand seal, the user's Insignia blade 'scatters' and forms into the cherry blossoms. For every post the blossoms are out, it drains 2 chakra and 1 stamina from the user on top of everything else they do in the round and can only be held for a maximum of 3 posts per activation before the blade reforms. There is a 5 post required cooldown between scatter activations. The maximum reach of the petals at this stage is 50 feet away from the user.
Will Power: The user’s mind is used to direct where the Senbonzakura will move and attack from. The speed of the movement of the petals is equal to that of the user's total [Passive] Speed. The number of petals created is about as much as would be required to fill a 5 ft. diameter sphere.
Shield: Senbonzakura has the power to form around you and create a shield which can block and deflect Tai/Kenjutsu attacks up to C-rank and can neutralize D-rank jutsu. This does not require any additional cost, but using the petals to shield the user in such a way has a cooldown of 2 posts when used.
Etch: The clan member is able to etch their personal clan insignia into shuriken and kunai. These are temporary brands, which when activated with a series of one handed hand seals, will "scatter' into cherry blossoms as the user's insignia weapon does for 2 posts. (though on a much smaller scale) Once the 2 posts have passed, the cherry blossoms fade and the kunai/shuriken is destroyed. (Activation requires almost no chakra (effectively 0), and the number of petals created is about as much as would be required to fill a 1 ft. diameter sphere.)
[Etching the insignia requires an hour of work (2 posts) and chakra/stamina equal to a C-rank ninjutsu - It requires an incredible amount of detail and concentration, so if the user is interrupted, the etching fails. You may only have a store of 5 etched shuriken/kunai total. (Note: It must be specifically posted that you have etched a weapon... you cannot simply say that you have done it previously.)]
Bloodline Jutsu: (All Senbonzakura jutsu techniques require only one-handed seals)
Senbonzakura Hotaru no jutsu (Thousand Cherry Blossoms Firefly technique) After tossing a kunai/shuriken and 'scattering' the petals, this jutsu can be used to manipulate those petals to cloud the opponent's vision and serve as a distraction. Once the jutsu is initiated, the petals seek out the directed opponent's eyes and continually floats in front of/around them for 2 posts, emitting a bright light as they do so. These petals cannot be recalled or reused for combat purposes and disappear after the 2 posts are up. The opponent can swat at the petals to get them out of the way of their eyes, but they will take minor scrapes and cuts to their hand in doing so... however it will allow them to see for a little bit until the petals find their way back to their eyes. (Requires an amount of petals = 1 etched shuriken/kunai)
Senbozakura Kagami Bunshin (Thousand Cherry Blossoms Mirror Clone) After executing the proper hand seals, petals from the user's main sword begin to split off and flow in front of the user or an ally. The petals group up, taking on the size/shape of the target before the entire array of petals begins to glow, giving off a sudden flash of light, which then dims, revealing an exact replica of the target. The clone cannot use any ninjutsu or bloodline techniques, but can wield/utilize any of the weapons on the replicated target as if they were the real thing (in terms of size, weight, force, and sharpness). When the clone is hit, it explodes, sending the petals which make up the replicated clone in a spread pattern across the one who destroyed it delivering multiple cuts and slices across the opponent's body before returning to it's master. (Requires half of the petals from the user's Primary Weapons to be scattered/used)
Stage 2 – Senbonzakura Kageyoshi (Vibrant Display of a Thousand Cherry Blossoms)
This is the second stage of the bloodline, where the user has grown more familiar with his blade and has even developed the ability to commune with a second blade. Well acquainted with etching, the user may make one special etching on a secondary blade, allowing them to effectively double the amount of cherry blossom petals they can create and control. Also, with this new mastery comes a greater ability to control the speed and movement of the petals, as the use of a user's hands will accelerate the petals by nearly two fold their previous speed.[The user must be at least Chuunin rank and is required to spend 7 posts communing with his blades to awaken this stage.]
Stage Two : Abilities granted

Directed Attack: With a greater connection to his blade and better control over the scatter abilities, the user is now capable of increasing the speed of his petal's movements by directed them specifically with his hands. This allows him to attack from additional angles (3 total) and increases the speed and momentum of the petal swarms, increasing their overall damage and threat. The speed of the movement when directed in this manner is that of his [Passive] Speed bonus with an added +1 [Active] speed bonus. The number of petals created is about as much as would be required to fill a 10 ft. diameter sphere.
Shield II: Senbonzakura Kageyoshi has the power to form around you and create a shield which can block and deflectTai/Kenjutsu attacks up to B-rank and can neutralize C-rank jutsu. This does not require any additional cost, but using the petals to shield the user in such a way has a cooldown of 2 posts when used.
Etch II: At this level, etched kunai/shuriken which are 'scattered' last for 3 posts before disintegrating (taking the weapon with it). Bloodline Jutsu: (All Senbonzakura jutsu techniques require only one-handed seals)
Senbonzakura KouKou Ori (Thousand Cherry Blossoms Light Cage) - After performing the required hand seals, all of the user's petals are instantly recalled in a defensive fashion, forming a latticed dome of petals which fully surrounds up to three individual targets. Once the petals are in place, though shine brilliantly and will completely repel any C-ranked ninjutsu technique or B-rank taijutsu assault used against any of the users. The structures will last as long as the user wishes... (maximum 10 posts), or until they are otherwise directed. (Requires all of the petals from both the Primary and Secondary Weapons to be scattered/used)
[Regardless of whether or not you choose to defend three targets or less... use of this technique requires use of all of the Primary and Secondary weapon's petals. The cages can last beyond the petal's normal duration, but if the cages are dispelled after the 5th post since the petals were originally scattered, they disperse and reform back into the user's swords.]
Senbonzakura Yajirushi Wa (Thousand Cherry Blossoms Ring of Arrows) - After the proper hand seals, a large number of petals form in a ring around the user and begin to spin rapidly at high speeds. As they spin, the petals slowly form into 8 highly compressed arrowed shapes which then launch out from the user in all eight of the cardinal directions. The arrows shoot straight forward in their respective directions up to 100 feet, but two of the arrows can individually seek out and destroy their own target . [These arrows count as purely chakra-based weapons, giving them incredible piercing strength which cannot be deflected by simple steel weapons] (Requires all of the petals from the Primary or Secondary Weapon to be scattered/used)
Stage 3 – Senkei Senbonzakura Kageyoshi (Vibrant Display of a Thousand Cherry Blossoms: Massacre Scene)
This is the final stage of the bloodline, but only the most dedicated and skilled warriors of the royal bloodline are capable of achieving this. This stage does not grant an extra personal etching, but etching now takes half as long as it did before and can be applied to nearly anything. The speeds of the petals are now deadly and blindingly fast, move at about the speed of a Sannin or faster when directed by the hands.[To achieve this level user must be at least Jounin rank and is required to spend 15 posts communing with his blades to awaken this stage.]
Stage Three : Abilities granted
Upon speaking the activation word and forming a single, unique hand seal, the user's Insignia blade 'scatters' and forms into the cherry blossoms. For every post the blossoms are out, it drains 4 chakra and 3 stamina from the user on top of everything else they do in the round and can only be held for a maximum of 5 posts per activation before the blade reforms. There is a 5 post required cooldown between scatter activations. The maximum reach of the petals at this stage is 200 feet away from the user.
Living Weapon: Even when his blades are in their original forms (not scattered) the connection between weapon and master is so great that the swords can be recalled to the master's hand as long as the sword is within 150 feet of them. (This only works to bring the sword to their hands... it cannot be used to control the sword's movement otherwise.) The sword can also be scattered at a distance as well, and it requires no verbal requirement, allowing the sword itself to scatter when it's master needs it most.
Directed Attack: Having mastered his bloodline, the connection between sword and user makes them act as one. The user's control over the petal swarms is incredible, and he now controls them with both hands, allowing him to attack from nearly all sides (5 different angles) and the speed and force behind their movements is lightning fast and equally deadly. The speed of the movement when directed in this manner is that of his [Passive] Speed bonus with an added +2 [Active] speed bonus. The number of petals created is about as much as would be required to fill a 25 ft. diameter sphere, allowing them to create massive walls for both offensive and defensive purposes.

Senkei (Massacre Scene) Massacre scene is an incredibly unique jutsu which has multiple uses, all of which can turn the tide of a fight. When activated, all of the available petals under the user's control form an immense dome across the battlefield, sectioning off an area 100 feet long and wide. Once the dome is formed, the petals give off a bright light and then shimmer with prismatic coloration which completely conceals those inside. Inside the dome, the walls are stark black and those inside cannot see outside either, but the petals have formed into rows of swords on the outer perimeters of the dome and rotate around it. This casts light on the inside of the dome so those inside can see each other.
...the dome serves as an ultimate protection, blocking all A-rank and below ninjutsu and Repelling S-ranked energy types, protecting all those inside, up to ten people. However, it can also be used for offensive purposes, forcing one on one combat, or otherwise trapping someone inside the dome. [Beyond the normal Chakra/Stamina drain to maintain the petals, this technique requires an additional S-rank of chakra/stamina to perform... and requires all petals on the field to be used to form the dome.]
Gokei (Pivotal Scene) An offensive technique, the Gokei causes swords from the outer perimeter to detach from the rows they form and descend upon enemies caught within the dome. In total, 15 swords can be launched at a target, and the swords can be divided up evenly to attack up to 5 targets total. Every one of the swords, once given it's target, shoots forward in a straight line in an attempt to impale them at a speed equal to that of their directed attack. [Beyond the normal Chakra/Stamina drain to maintain the petals, this technique requires an additional A-rank of chakra/stamina to perform.
Shuukei (Final Scene) - The final technique of the Senbonzakura bloodline is a condensed, remarkably powerful single strike, meant solely for the purpose of destroying a target utterly. The technique itself lives on the very concept that the greatest defense is to eliminate the threat of offense, and so it condenses everything the user has under his control into one final finishing blow. Once activated, all of the swords around the sides of the dome disperse into a vibrant display of petals which float around for a period of time before swirling and congregating around the user. At this point, the petals form into large vibrant wings of fluctuating energy which pulse off of the user and fills him with an immense amount of energy, vigor and strength. This gives the user a +2 [Active] bonus to their Strength, Speed, and Toughness.
After the wings form, a sword of vibrant energy grows from the user's hand like a wide broadsword made of fire (which is either the color of the petals, or of the user's own chakra) which can easily be wielded in one hand. The user then makes one final charging attack agaisnt his opponent who is still locked inside the dome. the wings, sword, and enhancement bonuses last for as long as it takes to make one solid strike which collides with the opponent and clashes with a sufficiently large counter-attack. The strike itself counts as an S-ranked Kenjutsu strike, but being an attack of pure chakra force, it ignores all concepts of toughness or reductions that a Kenjutsu strike might normally be affected by, and is of course enhanced in itself by the additional Strength granted by the chakra wings. [Beyond the normal Chakra/Stamina drain to maintain the petals, this technique requires an additional S-rank of chakra/stamina to perform... and requires all petals on the field to be used to form the dome.]
...after the attack is made and the energy is dispersed in a large explosion and the dome created shatters, showering the entire area in a vibrant rain of prismatic particles which slowly fall to the ground and then coalesce back together and reform the user's scattered weapons. Use of this technique takes an incredible toll on the user. They will be unable to scatter their swords for a period of 48 hours afterward, and will likely require several days of hospitalization either way. If the battle continues, the user suffers a 2 point stamina drain per post and experiences incredible difficulty in their movements, dropping their Speed and Evasion by 2 ranks, and their strength by 1 rank. when combat ends, the stamina drain no longer occurs, but the stat reductions will remain until the user has rested. One day of rest/hospitalization reduces stat reductions by one rank... a second day of rest/hospitalization removes all rank reductions.

Alright, so most of these are reconstructions that I had a part in at TUP, which means they are the most comprehensively written of the bunch (not being arrogant, just being truthful)...
So, let's start by having everyone take a quick look at each one and saying which you like or dislike. Just give me a quick thumbs up or thumbs down, and a bit of an assessment:
1 - Its good, with a few tweaks it can be released 2 - Its a good idea, but it needs a lot of work to be made ready 3 - Not a fan of the bloodline, don't think it's for POTS
I will take no offense to any comments made and I would like your truthful opinions. This is just the start... other more established bloodlines (Hyouton, Uchiha, Byakugan, can be looked at later)... these are completely proprietary concepts

Kansatsu: Just skimming it and seeing what the stages are, I'm against it. I don't think we need another doujutsu, especially another with X-Ray vision and all that.
Kagura: Without checking the one we have, I think this is almost exactly the same, with slightly nicer looking formatting. The same problems that apply to the one we have apply here. That being the lack of definition on the rules and abilities.
Suigetsu: Same thing. I don't think this is any better defined than the one we have.
Sakura: No... I'm personally against any bloodline, taijutsu, weapon style, talent, or whatever else that is pretty much ripped out of another manga. Particularly Bleach, since we already have too much from that one. If I'm alone in that, so be it, but that's my viewpoint.

Please do more then just skim the bloodlines. 5 minutes of your time would allow you to read the entirety of any of the bloodlines below.
The Bleach rip-off, I understand, I didn't expect that to pass, bu tthe others I think deserve a better look then it seems you gave them. All I'm asking is for a simple assessment...
Does it have potential?... can we make edits to make it useful and unique?
...or do we need to scrap the entire bloodline and just drop it?
I saw the post Hinote made on the Anaigan, and I think it should be implemented on TUP's Sorikata clan, not the Inuzuka, but that's just my take on it; I like the Sorikata more than the Inuzuka.
1) Kansatsuryoku: I saw over this clan when i was thinking about what ti give my first RPC and its actually a very good clan regardless of what Hikaro may say about Eye Techniques; they're a part of Naruto so as long as they aren't OP they aren't actually a problem. The Uchiha Clan's Magenkyo Sharingan, with its giant armor and never ending flames are a problem, the regular sharingan with the abilities its suppoced to have are a problem, X-Ray vision and Heat Vision? Not so much. These are things that are useful for tracking and hunting other shinobi; this is totally fine by me. And added to this, it actually has a drawback to usage; and the threat of having damage done to the user is pretty big, and ever present. It isn't just a " Turns on X-ray vision and I can see you; there's a process to that, and more importantly, a risk per post.
2) Mind's Eye of the Kagura: I actually like the basis of the clan, it is a good clan to use, but it needs some expanding as they are also sensors, and all that's here are well, healing abilities.
3) Suigetsu: Though I don't like the clan much, I do think that with some tweeks here and there it can work, but I'm not too keen on saving it.
4) Ato Saku- SenbonSakura: I would actually like to see this here, removing all the royalty things that is. We don't have a clan that only works for Weapon Specialists, and if we do it most likely sucks because I never gave it a glance. The fact it requires you to have a custom weapon to unlock certain powers is great, it doesn't matter if it takes from another series or not, the concept is still good, no other guild, save for TUP, has it, so why not?

Reading back through Kansatsu, I actually rather like it. However, it does have some minor problems. My initial issue was the X-Ray, because we already have two doujutsu with X-Ray abilities. I'm not sure whether this really brings anything new to that table or not. It does however seem to be a weaker form than Ranmaru or Byakugan, which interests me.
Main issues that need to be looked at...
Stage 1:
How deep is the X-Ray ability? Is it just able to see in about an inch or so, as implied by the human bone bit, or can it see straight through walls and see what's on the other side? Is there any change to the user's sight while this is active, such as not being able to see as far, or vision degrading after passing through a solid object?
Stage Two:
How effective is the reduction of blinding effects? Can you look straight at a flash bomb going off with no ill effect?
Spectromablobagramaphony: This jutsu says you can find out information on an item's special abilities. Does this mean I could, using this, pick up Shinji's sword and tell you all about how it's elemental attacks work? It's an interesting concept if used to, say, analyze a poison, but using it on a custom weapon seems a tad far fetched. Honestly the entire ability is a bit far fetched if the user doesn't already have the background knowledge to explain what they see.
"X": Would a regular blacklight be able to reveal the secret mark? Seems like it should. Makes for an interesting information transfer technique.
Stage Three: What does this mean by absorb chakra? I can see many ways that line could be taken (Hopefully) out of context and used as a very OP ability.
Again, how effective is the seeing through walls? Can you just see the pretty colors of heat vision, or can you actually see what's on the other side of the wall too? Could be important to note.
Heat Lock: How does this jutsu work? Is the user literally programming the weapon to chase heat signatures, or is the jutsu simply manipulating your ability to see them, and you're actively controlling the weapon? It honestly seems a bit off either way. First version, because it seems odd for seeing heat to suddenly translate to controlling it, and second, because that's a fuuton jutsu.
Generate: Honestly seems more like an E ranked katon manipulation than anything to do with this bloodline.
Stage Four:
Past sight it interesting. I've seen the concept used before, and it's quite impressive. Might need some fixing up, but it's cool.
Clairvoyance though, I don't like as much. The only possible effect this could end up giving in actual RP, unless a scenario was designed specifically around that one ability, is the user meta-dodging every attack that came against them. It'd be all the problems of the Sharingan's prediction, plus some because it's not very defined.
Going back up to the top... If genin only have one vision type, why is there a system mentioning how many times they can change? Or is that simply referring to switching between regular and enhanced vision?

Kansa: I'll review each stage one by one, but in general, get rid of the "immunity to genjutsu" clause, or at least rewrite it so that it applies to sight-based genjutsu only. I'm sick of every other bloodline possessing complete genjutsu resistance.
What is the chakra cost for each sight? For instance, does keeping stage 1 on cost less per post than stage 4?
X-Ray: X Ray vision implies the ability to see through walls and stuff, but the only ability listed here is the ability to see on a microscopic level. I think its actually really cool, but I would rename this level "Microscopic Vision", so people don't get the wrong idea.
Also, exactly HOW microscopic is this sight? Can the user see subatomic particles? Individual atoms?
Ultraviolet: Spectrophotometry, in it's essence, is the same thing as microsopic vision, only now the user has the bonus of autoknowledge of the compounds they're looking at.
Exactly how is the "X" made? Do they touch the target? Is it a special chemical viewable only under a UV light? Is it just something you can create by concentrating on an area? Is it instantaneous, or do they have to focus on the same spot for a certain amount of time (as in, the target has to be immobile or slow moving, no mid battle marks)? Hypothetically, if a normal UV light were present, could another person see the mark, or would it only be users of this bloodline? If the latter, Why?
Infared: See, THIS is X ray vision, seeing through walls. I reaffirm my recommendation to rename the first stage "microscopic vision".
How would "generate heat" not be a katon type move? I recommend making that ability available only if they possess Katon as an element.
Time: ABSOLUTELY NOT. The ability to see the past and the future? Even if its specified to certain objects, that creates way too many problems in the RP. Say you were using Clairvoyance on a kunai or something, and your RPC "sees" that in half an hour, its gonna be embedded in (Insert person here)'s neck. They now pretty much control the RP up until that point. All posts are bound to the clairvoyant image. I could keep thinking of scenarios in which this would not be a good idea, but I have to review a few more of these. Please keep in mind that, other than this stage, I really like this. Its unique, despite being an eye jutsu, and sciencey.
Mind's Eye: I like it, except for the automatic -1 on all techniques. We don't need more ways to abuse chakra control, and given that medics are the ones who use this, they'll already have plenty of CC.
We need a set amount, or maybe percentage, of chakra that heal bite removes. Keep it's rank as D rank, but make it deplete, say, 80% of one's chakra reserves, rounding down.
Houzuki: This is essentially the same Houzuki clan we have now, with a different color font.
Ato Sakura No Ki No: Given his custom weapon, I think Luo should be the prime judge of this. Aside from the issue of simply being Kuchiki Byakuya, the bloodline is a bit too powerful for my taste, especially with three stages. Not to mention it refers to being part of the royal family "of Japan". We're not in Japan. Maybe if that were switched to being of the ruling house of a specific daimyo or whatever, then that would work.

@ Akura: I didnt say anything about anything here, so you are kinda putting words in my mouth. Did you mean Hinote? Although I do think we should only have so many eye techniques. The main issue is this: There are only so many ways it makes sense for the bloodline to focus on the eyes. Seeing, and possibly Genjutsu. Also, most of the other attempts at Doujutsu are just... bloodlines with special eyes that dont actually mean anything.
We actually do have bloodlines and clans for weapon specs, though I recommended most or all of them for removal.
Greg: Immunity to Genjutsu is as illegal as Immunity to Nin or Taijutsu. The best you can get is better Gen resistance which allows Genjutsu to be broken.

Kansatsuryoku: It MIGHT work with some effort if we remove the Time eye and all the Infrared jutsu.
Clearly many of the details dont fit with POTs, so I will ignore those... mostly.
The Good: The eyes have a limited duration with rest period, which is nice, though I think they durations should be shorter since most battles would be over before it matters. It wouldnt be much limitation at all.
The overusage being able to create "loss of control" of the sights is very interesting. It would prove an interesting challenge for an RPC to have to switch between eyes like Konoga switch between pain levels.
The Bad:
Kinda weird they get to choose either blindlness or being limited to only one sight.
Being able to pick up and track heat and chakra impressions. Mostly this needs to be defined, though it is definitely one of too many abilities...
Overused concept. If it is done well enough, seeing in different light spectrums could prove interesting, but every doujutsu tries to have some form of "seeing through Walls"
Why would UV Vision help you when staring at the sun? The Atmopsphere blocks a lot of UV rays, but I imagine staring at the sun would still be enough to make you go blind. Very Minor Point of Course
Heat Seeking Jutsu capable of tracking unique heat signatures...A Homing Jutsu which somehow also avoids obstacles.Would be slightly less OP if it just followed whatever the closest and hottest object is so you can redirect it or something.
Generate Heat Jutsu: Free minor Katon jutsu with no "Elemental Ethnicity"
They get an eye that simultaneously gives them the ability to see backwards and forwards in time, see radio waves, and get Sharingan type reaction speed due to the passive ability to predict someone's movements.
See backwards in time: Meta Game ability for gaining info, especially since Time in POTS is very hard to keep track of.
See forward in time: Considering it is very hard to predict whats going to happen in the future with just your own character, this would either be useless or the user gets to just metagame whatever information shows up later. (For instance looking into the future of the Kage's office to see a future meeting).
Too Many Abilities: X: See through walls and flesh UV: See... something IR: See heat, and through objects Time: See through Time- Sharingan tracking through predicted movements- See Radio waves Jutsu: Heat-Seeking Projectiles Free Katon Jutsu without needing Katon element See backwards in time up to one RP week See into future
Kagura:I think we can take a lot from this, though it does still need a lot of work. Our version is pretty much a very vague explanation of the bl without any details, rules or limits. While this version is also flawed, it does give us a lot more to work with. Although one thing I think would be interesting, is if the Heal Bite was involuntary rather than just a normal jutsu. If an enemy bit you you would still lose chakra and they would be healed.
Suigetsu: This is better than the one we have, though we would need to think up a good way to limit their ability to turn into water, otherwise anyone with the bl is essentially invincible and doesnt even need to bother moving in a fight.
Senbon Sakura: I agree with Hinote, this should not be used. Not only is this a rip-off, but it is an obvious rip off, and should be a style if anything. I see Akura's point about a good weapon bloodline, but this is not it.

Name of Kekkei Genkai/Clan : Kansatsuryoku (Powers of Observation)
History : When and where the Kansatsu clan first originated is shrouded in mystery since no actually documentation for this clan was ever conceived. But from what has been passed on by word of mouth, this clan, for as long as anyone can remember, have been a nomadic tribe wondering from town to town avoiding any specify contact with anything associated with ninjas and ninja villages. It is said that the founder of the tribe was a person gifted with the natural ability to detect heat signatures and sound wave as well as being able to catch glimpse into the past and future. Because of his amazing natural abilities, he was taken away from his friends and family and asked to do many dangerous tasks under the will of a selfish tyrant ruler. Seeing how his abilities were misused and his will was consistently being oppressed, the man snuck away from the lord's castle during a lunar eclipse and ran as far away as possible.
Knowing that there was a chance for the Lord to come after him as well as others wanting to use his abilities for evil, the man began living as a wandering hermit doing little things here and there to gain money while avoiding unwanted attention. It was during his travels that the man gained several followers one of which he eventually married. The tribe continued to expend over the years and as different people with natural abilities to see wavelength integrated into the tribe, the bloodline eventually developed into what it is today.
Though most members still keep to the tradition of their clan leading nomadic lives, several members have begun to question their ways and left to sought out for a different way to live. As members continued to leave one by one, the tribe weakened and eventually was thought to have died out. Several years later thought, a familiar hermit cloak can be seen worn by various people who would every once in awhile enter town and set up a large triangular purple tent with gold trimmings. The people who tend to seek out members of this clan whenever they appear in town are the people hoping to get their fortunes told or in the rarer of cases, to track someone down.
Rules For Kekkei Genkai/Clan :
1. 'Intelligence' and 'Great Chakra Control 'are required character strengths for this bloodline. (Users must have a strong mind and the chakra control to utilize their chakra in various different configurations and with very fine control.)
2. Regular exercising/relaxation period of the mind is required (yoga, meditation, ESP cards, etc)
3. Only one sight can be activated at a time.
4. Sight limitations:
Genin:
- Mind will only be able to handle a maximum of 5 shifts in a row without rest.

Sannin/Kage:

Overuse cost:
1 post past limit: Roll a d20, if you get a 1, you either are stuck with one 'sight' or you lose your eyesight. (10% chance to lose)
2 posts past limit: Roll a d10, if you get a 1, you either are stuck with one 'sight' or you lose your eyesight. (25% chance to lose)
3 posts past limit: Roll a d6, if you get a 1, you either are stuck with one 'sight' or you lose your eyesight. (30% chance to lose)
4 posts past limit: Roll a d4, if you get a 1, you either are stuck with one 'sight' or you lose your eyesight. (50% chance to lose)
5 posts past limit: You lose your eyesight.
Weaknesses:
1. Regular exercising/relaxation period of the mind/eyes is required(yoga, meditation, ESP cards, etc) since the mind is in constant high gear trying to grasp onto the various wavelengths and process them into a image for the user to see.
2. Constant shifting between the various 'sights' may cause temporarily blindness to the user because of the mind's inablitly to process the quick changing pace of the user's sight.
3. Over-usage of the eyes can lead to a malfunction of the brain, blindness, loss of control over the 'sights' (the mind is constantly switching between the sights sometimes picking up on infrared, other times ultraviolet, etc.) or a fixed eyesight (meaning that the user can no longer shift between the various sights and will be stuck with one of the sights for the remainder of their lifespan - there's a chance for the user to lose their Kekkei Genkai ability and be stuck with regular eyesight)
4. The user's eyes change a certain color according to the specific stage of the Kansatsuryoku the user is currently using allowing for easy identification of what 'sight' their using unless covered.
Strengths:
1. Users are able to pick up on various heat and chakra impressions left behind by people, allowing them to track people's heat signatures and detect the presence of sound waves with their eyes.
2. Capable of absorbing chakra and utilizing it to bend the visible spectrum of light allowing members to see into the various classifications of electromagnetic radiation/waves (infrared/ultraviolet/X-ray)
3. More skilled members of this clan will eventually be able to gain the ability to see into the past and future.
4. Members have an acute sense of hearing as well as a keen eyesight because of their clan's natural ability to see/hear electromagnetic waveslengths
5. Due to their constant training of the mind, members of the Kansatsu have built a sort of immunity against Genjutsu. With their developed insight clan members easier spot the difference between illusion and reality and are able to quickly find the weak spot of the Genjutsu thus breaking out of it before it can even take hold.
Stage One: X-ray vision
Description: The user has just recently awaken their Kekkai Genkai and is starting the basic training on how to use their special ability. Still new to this, the user has yet to develop the sense/skill necessary to detect long wavelengths but the user does have the natural ability to hear high frequencies allowing them to easily detect the high pitched frequency and short wavelengths of X-ray radiation. While in this stage, the user's eye-color will turn a jade green indicating that this stage of the Kekkai Genkai is currently being used and the user's vision is able to penetrate the surface of objects/things such as human skin, allowing them to see what's inside (human bone).
Jutsu Name: X-ray Microscopy Rank : D Elemental Ethnicity: -none- Description: The user is able to focus their vision to detect very small objects, enhancing them under their eyes, allowing them to see things at a nearly microscopic level. Range: 1 meter
Stage Two: Ultraviolet vision
Description: This is the second stage of the Kansatsuryoku which grants the user the ability to see things in ultraviolet. At this stage, the user's ability to detect wavelengths have increased allowing the user to pick up on the long wavelengths of ultraviolet radiation. When activated, the user's eyes will turn violet and the user will seen everything in a screen of violet thus toning down the brightness and damage of certain things (looking at the sun). Using this stage of vision, the user will be able to detect objects normally unseen, such as bodily fluids, sweat, blood, and otherwise which have long since become invisible to normal eyesight.
How to obtain:
- Must be at least a Chunnin to achieve this level of sight - Must have trained in using the X-ray vision for more then 15 posts
Jutsu Name: Spectrophotometry Rank : C Elemental Ethnicity : -none- Description : Using this ability, the user will be able to identify the chemical structure and makeup of many objects, allowing them to know exactly what it is as well as find out specific information on any special abilities/construction of the item. Range: 1 meter
Jutsu Name: 'X' marks the spot Rank : C Elemental Ethnicity: -none- Description: This allows the user to create a 'Black Light' mark on an object or person which remains permanently on someone until it is released by the user. This mark cannot be removed and cannot be seen by anyone other then a Kansatsuryoku utilizing the Ultraviolet vision.
Stage Three: Infrared vision
Description: At this point in time, the user has developed a good control over their ability and is able to move onto the next step which is infrared vision. Infrared radiation have longer wavelengths then ultraviolet radiation but a lower frequency. During activation, the user's eyes will turn an amber color and by absorbing chakra to bend the visible spectrum of light, the user can now see clearer the left over heat impression made by people as well as their heat signatures. Their vision then turns into a set color palette of dark indigo to white representing the different body temperature radiating off the things in the user's sight.This gives the user the ability to see through walls, the ground, and other solid objects to lock onto those who may be hiding.

- Must be at least a Special Jounin to achieve this level of sight - Must have trained in using Ultraviolet vision for more then 15 posts.
Jutsu Name: Heat Lock Rank: B Elemental Ethnicity: -none- Description: User is able to channel an item, and most energy based jutsu with a heat-seeking ability, making any thrown projectile (or projectile-like jutsu ex.fireballs, lightening bolts, etc.) capable of tracking it's intended target, bobbing and weaving around obstacles to strike it's foe. This jutsu ends once the item/energy jutsu either hit's a target(if someone quickly shifted behind a tree) or gets destroyed.
Jutsu Name: Generate Heat Rank: D Elemental Ethnicity: -none- Description: This is a minor ability, it allows you to warm surfaces, food, and even add heat to a therapeutic massage.
Stage Four: Visions of Time
Description: The user has finally reached the point in their training where they have fully master the basic 'sights' given by their bloodline. Having trained their mind and hearing to the max, the user now must go beyond that for this last and final stage of the Kansatsuryoku. At this stage, the user has finally awakened the ability to spot the long wavelengths created by radio waves and detect chakra imprints between all of the visual spectrum allowing them bend the radio waves/ chakra imprints to create flashes of imagery projected on objects. If trained enough, the user will eventually build up the skills necessary to predict movements.

- Must be at least a Jounin to achieve this level of sight - Must have trained in using Infrared vision for more then 15 posts.
Jutsu Name: Past Sight (Psychometry) Rank: A [No Handsigns Required] Elemental Ethnicity: - none - Description: The user inserts their chakra into the object in question and using the chakra searches for chakra/sound wave imprints pertaining to the past that the user wants to see. Cost: E-rank cost = up to 5 posts back D-rank cost = up to 10 posts back C-rank cost = up to 15 posts back B-rank cost = up to 20 posts back (or approximately half an rp day back) A-rank cost = up to one whole rp day back S-rank cost = up to one whole rp week back
Jutsu Name: Future Sight (Clairvoyance) Rank: A [No Handsigns Required] Elemental Ethnicity: -none- Description: This is basically the same thing as the Past Sight technique except instead of glimpsing into the past, the user is attempting to catch a glimpse at the future. Because of the uncertainty of the future, if the user tries to see too far into the future, there's a chance for it to change or go wrong. The percentage of it being wrong increase the farther the user attempts to see. However, the user will have a better chance of predicting the movements of opponents of lower rank than the user, thereby increasing the odds of reacting properly against such opponents.
