Hopeite had just done some thrifting before she went out patrolling this night. She had been under a lot of stress. Her mother brought over the two things she despised the most in this world. Her two ugly cats that wanted her attention from morning to night. She hated them because they took away her wonderful time with her corgi. Her little baby who also hated the ugly things. If it wasn't for the fact that they were so needy then maybe just maybe, Hopetite would be ok with them, but her mother had spoiled them to the point where it was sicking so it was hatred she felt for them.
She let out a small sighed and kept walking. She was by the river and moving slowly, watching the ripples that pad slowly through the water. It was relaxing to hear and see the river move as gently as it did. She only came to it when she was really annoyed about something and 2/3 times she did come here it was because of those darn cats. She hated cats, they were horrible and needy and just disgusting.
She looked at her started weapon and sighed again. She didn't even have the urged to smoke, which was highly unusual for her. She always had the need to smoke and yet being out her she just didn't feel like it. She placed it away for safe keeping and gently moved down to take off her heels. Placing them next to her as she sat down letting the water run over her feet.

Benitoite had decided that tonight he was going out and spending the evening his way - patrolling. He might not run into anyone, from either side, but it was worth going out and seeing who he ran in to if anyone. If not than he had a nice and peaceful evening.
Tonight was a night to wander and if something came up than handle it. A new part of the city, for him to patrol, was on tonights agenda as he let his booted feet lead the way way. As he headed toward the river he felt something...something chaotic but weak. Deciding to investigate he teleported closer toward the signature. The rest of the way was walked, as he got closer he picked up his pace ever so slightly. Whoever this was they were new, or at least low ranking, and he wondered who it was. Was it someone he knew? Not likely but they might be.
Finally he came upon the river and a seated figure. "Nice evening Lieutenant?"

The Lieutenant didn't even notice the general moving upon her until he was almost in eye sight. She turned her head slightly and gave a small smile. She was lucky, or she thought she was lucky because was the third general she had met. She quickly got up and gave him a light bow and an blush was noticeable on her face as she look to him again. She was a bit embarrassed by the fact that he had caught her at such a weak moment. "I'm fine, I guess. Just trying to clear my head that's all. Excuse me for not wearing shoes or not noticing you sooner. Are you have a nice evening General?" she asked as politely as she could.
She looked to her soaking feet and frowned again. Those stupid cats, if it wasn't for them she would of been much more ready to meet this general.

Watching her bow he sighed, he really should get used to the bows, and sir's. But it all was more than he thought he could ever get used to, despite being rather arrogant. "I am, thank you for asking. I do hope your evening goes well also, Lieutenant. I do not care about your lack of shoes, I'd rather you be comfortable. Just keep alert, it would not be good if a senshi or knight snuck up on you." No, that could end very badly. He didn't care to think of how badly something like that could go, didn't like the idea of pondering dead team members.
"Perhaps speak aloud to someone could help you clear you head." An open offer to speak to him, freely. He would help if he could. He wanted, and liked, to help those within the Negaverse in whatever ways he could. Shifting his weight he crossed his arms, loosely, over his chest. It was a nice evening.

It was a habit of hers. She always bowed and used proper name for her superiors, but it was just out good respect. She liked respect giving or getting it. It meant that you held some place of honor within which was what Hopeite was a good feature. She gave the general a small smile for being polite. Something senshi and knights were not. Everyone she had meant were rude or foul mouth, not the negaverse though, they were all full of class. Her face flushed a bit, it was silly of her. She should have been more aware of her surroundings. She was lucky this time that it was a fellow member because this could of turned a lot worst for her if it wasn't. "Yes, sorry. I was so engrossed in my thinking that I forgot that I must be aware at all times." she state in almost a whisper. She was embarrassed of course.
She looked to him in awe. Was he asking her to spill out her problem, what a gentlemen. More men needed to be like him. "Well It's nothing too much. My mother have these two rather annoying cats that just destroy the happiness that was placed into my house. I'm trying to think of a way to get rid of them until she gets back from whatever she is doing. I guess I just don't enjoy cats." she said with a roll of the eyes. It sounded silly, her problem but it was a problem nevertheless.

"It happens, to all of us I'm sure. It isn't something you meant to have happen; I'm sure. Just be more aware of it happening next time and keep it from happening. It wouldn't be good if our enemy came upon you as I did. I don't fancy the idea of loosing more members on our side than we absolutely must." A child, a teenager, and yet he sounded older than he was. He cared for those on his side and wished to keep them safe, at almost any cost. As he let her speak he sat himself on the ground, a few inches between them, and drew his coat out from under himself. It simply made moving harder if he was sitting on his coat, no slack to move in certain ways.
As she spoke of her problem he listened, as he did with any other members who needed to speak and chose to talk to him. "Hmmm. I can't say I've ever faced such an issue - I've only within the last year become a pet owner. However, I do believe there are places which babysit pets. Perhaps have them babysat and pick them up right before your mother is due back? That way you needn't deal with them and she needn't know you didn't have them in your home? It's not as if they can tell her the truth." A simple answer but who knows if there was something else, such as the mother being the sort to return without notice, which may null and void his idea.

She listen carefully to the words that he was saying and nodded. It was all true. She just needed to be more careful. She had to make sure that she was watching better. She didn't want to loose herself in her thought and let someone come up and attack her. It wasn't just like her to loose her thought completely but it wasn't like herself to have cats around too.
As he talked she smiled. She wondered if that could work? Would her mother notice. Oh, she would notice. Those cats were her life, well other then her, but she knew everything about those annoying little pest. She would know that they were in the pet place. She would tell just by the littlest thing. That's how her mother was. She knew something was off even if it was so small it didn't even matter. She frown and sighed. "That's a good idea but my mother would know. She has a six sense about those things."

"A sixth sense about something like that?" He questioned before shaking his head. "It sounds you like you have quite the mother. I'm glad mine is nothing like that." He really didn't know what he'd do if he had a mother like that, aside from already having been busted as being involved in this war. He was sure, or as sure as he could be, that his mother wouldn't have an issue with him fighting for what he believed in. The problem he figured would be in the fact he was risking his health and life, and often. That would be what had his mother trying to drag him back in and keep a leash on him.
No, he was very glad his mother was nothing like this Lieutenants mother seemed like. "And you've no friends who would be willing to perhaps take the cats in the for a short time?" He asked then. Maybe not a place that professionally did such a thing but maybe a friend? Maybe that would work, though the two things were similar.

She let out a small sigh. "Yeah you're telling me. She means well but she's something else. Always in everyone business and worst since my father died. This cats are all she have left other then me so she would know, quiet fast if something was different then before." the woman said, rolling her eyes just at the thought of her mother.
She almost laughed at his thought but stopped knowing that it was rude to laugh at anyone and really a general. "No, General. I like to be alone and I don't do well with so called friends. I also do not enjoy asking people for a favor but perhaps I should with this horrible creature, but to answer you question, no I do not." she said frowning. Maybe it might be a thought to again friend for just this cats but she knew that would be a lot of unnecessarily commutation she wasn't she was up to at the moment. She looked to the male and tilted her head, "Do you like cats, General?" she said smiling.

Ah, one of those sorts of women. She had no one else and thus the cats became children for her - since her only child didn't live with her. He'd heard of such people but thankfully knew no such people, he hoped none of his family members ever became that way. He might actually feel sorry for his cousins if they ever had a parent of theirs become like that. It was rather...pathetic in his opinion, if only because it was over the top and a bit ridiculous in his opinion. None of this was said though, as he doubted it would be appreciated.
"I see. Perhaps this is one of those times where having friends would be a good thing." He said. It paid off at times he thought, even though Cadha often got left with his father and not a friend, when he was too busy (with work and school) to care for the terrier properly. Most of the people knew though were in the same position as him, work and school, and most were also agents of chaos and so had their lives split in at least three ways. At the Lieutenants question he shook his head. "No, I'm not fond of them. I also have a fairly small dog. So I don't think that would work." He didn't want to bring another pet into his home, Cadha was enough for him.

She shrugged, not really seeing the point. She was stuck in her ways, which wasn't a really good thing but alas it was like this and she just couldn't change it. She wish she could but it was so in grained in her to relay on herself that she knew that other people would get in the way.
She smiled and then looked at him. "Well It was worth a try right?" she said joking with him. "Maybe I can just try to be nice to them. They just seem to want to take up all my time. I just don't understand cats, the like you for a second and then get mad at you the next." she said shrugging.

It was somethig he was getting over, had been since joining the Negaverse really. He'd had to learn to deal with others and make friends. before that he'd had Lily and her, and her family, had been all he'd needed. he'd been just fine with her as a friend and something of an elder sister, and her brother and sister as his as well.
He'd grown up though, or at least he liked to think so, and had been working on being social. It had been paying off, at least in his opinion, as he'd been working on being good friends with members of the Negaverse and those of the dark mirror. He wanted to know the people he would be trusting with his life, and who would be trusting their lives with him potentially.
If not for the Negaverse he might not have ever learned to go beyond the one friend he'd had. It really was thanks to the Negaverse that he'd learned to expand his world and socialize.
"Yes, it was worth a try. I've heard they like toys...do you have anything for them? Scratching posts? And other things?" he asked wondering if that could be the issue, pent up energy.
