This thread is for the Metaplot round 1 battle for Moira. Only a member of staff or Kinesthetic Muse should post here.

Additional notes: Possessed by a Plant elemented Malice. Base attack of 4d6.
Subtract -5 from attacks that use an element the target is resistant to. Add +5 to attacks the target is weak against.
To battle, first make a post rolling the die stating only the action that you are doing. Once the total has been calculated, go edit the post with an actual short paragraph of action.
Be sure to state what it is you are doing in each post, keep a tally of your current HP at the bottom of your post. If you gain HP be sure to note how much you had before the healing was done, followed by what it is AFTER the healing.

All of the Possessed humans have glowing eyes. It was speculated that the color hinted at which element the Malice controlling the human was most attuned to. Blue for water/ice, red for fire, purple for wind, green for earth/plant. Other colors were present for those with other elements. Avon had taken volunteers to go out and rescue these humans from the grasp of the Malices, together they went down to the town and spread out to fight off any possessed humans.
Your Meta has run into a possessed human. They both face each other, ready for a fight. The human makes the first move, sending out an elemental attack aimed to slow down your Meta.

Moira had heard about what as going on when the Elders had announced it and she had head rumors about it as she went into work to get time off to lessen the chances of any of the attacks being blamed on her while she clearly would've had an alibi - some humans just loved to blame others, so she didn't want to risk it. Though, when the possessed humans started popping up and fighting the Metas, she wasn't expecting what she was up against.
As the possessed human went in for the attack, she grinned as a small, purple, eye like symbol appeared in front of her forehead, the third-eye blinking brightly as she rushed into the attack, only to grab one of the humans arms and bring it behind their back as she moved in to get the upper hand, even if it was by brute force.

She grunted in pain, the arm hold was definitely uncomfortable, but she could get out of it. A root sprung from the ground, wrapping itself around Moira's leg. It then pulled harshly, enough to give her time to wrestle herself free. A second root rose up a moment later, this one with spikes on it. She motioned for the second root to whip across Moira's back.

A little startled by the root wrapping around her leg, which was something she wasn't completely expecting seeing as Moira hadn't been aware that the possessed humans were possessed by Malices that had an element. Grimacing, she slid her free leg so she brought herself into a horse stance as the second root started to peak out of the ground, soon bringing up a wall of earth around her body, hugging her frame tight to keep out the roots. Keeping her safe while also making it impossible for her to move while the spiked root hacked away at the ridged earth. When she thought the root was gone, Moira moved her arms slowly, the earth around her cracking before shattering, some shrapnel being sent a decent distance.

She yelped in pain as a few debris embedded into her skin. She then backed up a little, warily watching Moira for a few moments before deciding to attack again. She waved a hand, causing both roots to begin whipping at Moira's wings.

The third-eye ability was still active, which she put that to use as the roots aimed for her wings, the limbs that would be the hardest to heal. Raising one foot up, she turned in a counter clockwise direction to kick the roots down and away before landing on her raised foot. After effectively removing the attacking roots, the half-angel returned to a horse stance and brought her arms in close, hands balled into fists palm up, a smirk on her face as she stared at the human. She wasn't going to bother trying to talk to it, it was pointless. It probably wouldn't even understand her anyways.

This Meta girl was really aggravating. She stomped her food, huffing a little. If the roots wouldn't take care of it, she'd have to use something else. The nearby trees began to shake as the leaves pulled themselves off of it. They then sharpened to a point, and then flew at Moira.

Seeing that the human was actually reacting, she couldn't help but laugh a little bit, humans were always pissed off when they were up against someone they couldn't do much if any damage to - more so the misogynistic males that loved to say she couldn't do anything to them.
As the trees shook and soon flew at her, Moira raised her hands up, bringing up two pillars of rock to deflect the sharpened ends of the trees, parts of which shattered on impact.

This girl was really pissing her off. It wasn't enough that she was a good hand to hand combat fighter... oh no, she had to have some psychic and earth abilities. Since the last attack hadn't worked very well, she attempted a combo attack. One of the roots from before whipped at Moira's leg, while a new round of leafs flew down at her.

Moira could tell that the Malice possessed human was getting quite angered by what she was doing, but she wasn't going to stop any time soon. As she was attacked with a combo, the half-angel bent backwards to do a back flip to get away from the roots and leaves, kicking one root up and towards the human.

Well, there she went again. In her momentary distraction, the root Moira kicked hit her leg, causing her to hiss in pain. Using her own attack against her... how frustrating. This time she attempted to summon four roots, each one intending to grab hold of an arm or a leg.

Moira wasn't going to let the new roots get her, so as her hands hit the ground from her first flip, she landed on her feet before doing a side flip, grabbing one of the roots and pulling it up and swinging her arm with the root at the Human as she landed, turning on her heel as she did.

The root slapped her across the face, knocking her to the ground. She skittered back, half crab walking. She forced herself to calm down a little, clearly her anger was effecting her fighting ability, other wise there was no way this Meta could win! She knew it in her very deepest core that she was powerful enough to take down this stupid woman.
She raised a few of the nearby shrubs from the ground, causing them to walk on their roots. They formed a wall between her and Moira, then a few of them shed some more razor leafs in at attempt to do some real damage.

As the shrubberies formed a wall between her and the human and just moments before the leaves would hit her, she raised a wall of earth in front of her. With the razor sharp leaves sheering away at the rock, bits of it flew off with each hit, some leaves bouncing off as well.
