This thread is for the Metaplot round 1 battle for Asher. Only a member of staff or Pidgeons Go Meow X3 should post here.

Additional notes: Possessed by an Ice elemented Malice. Base attack of 2d6.
Subtract -5 from attacks that use an element the target is resistant to. Add +5 to attacks the target is weak against.
To battle, first make a post rolling the die stating only the action that you are doing. Once the total has been calculated, go edit the post with an actual short paragraph of action.
Be sure to state what it is you are doing in each post, keep a tally of your current HP at the bottom of your post. If you gain HP be sure to note how much you had before the healing was done, followed by what it is AFTER the healing.

All of the Possessed humans have glowing eyes. It was speculated that the color hinted at which element the Malice controlling the human was most attuned to. Blue for water/ice, red for fire, purple for wind, green for earth/plant. Other colors were present for those with other elements. Avon had taken volunteers to go out and rescue these humans from the grasp of the Malices, together they went down to the town and spread out to fight off any possessed humans.
Your Meta has run into a possessed human. They both face each other, ready for a fight. The human makes the first move, sending out an elemental attack aimed to slow down your Meta.

Asher grimaced, furrowed his brows and immediately curled into a ball and surrounded himself with a powerful shield of wind. Once the attack passed by, the wind stopped and Asher popped back up onto his feet, ready to attack with full force.
"Let's get this over with!" He growled. "I've got better things to do than be bothered with you, evil spirit!"
Action: Defend (Block it!)
Current HP: 50/50
Damage: No damage was taken (Defense rolled 12, Attacker rolled 11, 11 - 12 = -1 = No damage)

The human narrowed his eyes, a sly grin spreading across his face. This little boy was funny for now, so silly of him to think he could win. The blow back from his defensive maneuver only stung a little bit. He raised his hands, small ice shards forming in his palms. He then motioned for them to go flying directly at Asher.

Asher managed to block a little less than half of the ice attack, but ended up getting the top of his head pierced by six small shards. "ARRRRGH!" He growled, launching back up to his feet, furious. "I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY I'M HERE FIGHTING YOU, BUT I WON'T REST UNTIL I'VE DESTROYED YOU!" His wings spread outwards and he hurled himself towards his foe.
Action: Defend (Block it!)

Damage: Attacker rolled 9, defense rolled 8, 9 - 8 = 1, + 5 for attack that Asher is weak to, damage done is 6.

He shook his head, clicking his tongue. How foolish of this child to leave himself so open like that. He summoned a few more shards of ice with one hand, the other forming an ice dagger. He then threw the shards at Asher, following up with his own up close and personal attempt to stab the ice dagger into his shoulder.

Asher was about as pissed as he could get. He knew he was setting himself up for a direct attack, one that could possibly end him, but he was far too stubborn to think of another way to help himself. He flung himself through the ice shards and slammed one of his hands firmly against his foe's neck. Then, as he was slashed with the dagger, he managed to wiggle it out of the other's grasp and throw it as far down the battle field as possible. Now bleeding from many parts of his limbs and face, a distorted look formed on his features, one very much like that of his foe's.
"YOU THINK I'M PLAYING AROUND?!" He growled. "DROP THE FANCY s**t AND FIGHT ME HANDS ON, COWARD!"
Action: Attack (Natural - Choke the foe with his bare hands and grab the knife)

He hadn't really expected the choke hold, but this kid was smaller than him, there was no way he was going to get the knife from him. Instead he swiftly brought it down, intending to bury it into Asher's side.

Well, ********. He didn't get the knife like he had intended to. He was jabbed pretty damn hard and shrieked before shoving himself away from his foe with a sharp blast of air. He landed about six feet away and slipped to the ground, dizzied from the attack. Desperation appeared in his eyes as he scrambled up again his arms shaking from the cold. Suddenly, his eyes fell upon a pair of propane tanks next to a building, and he made a mad dash towards them. If he could set those on fire, he'd be able to hide!

Seeing where he was going, he decided to summon up an ice spear, which he then threw at Asher's back. He'd like to see how far the little brat got with a spear in his back.

Asher continued to use his blocking abilities as he ran towards the tanks. The spear smacked straight into his shield and bounced back over to his foe as if were a simple stick. Without taking a second glance back Asher used a sharp blast of air to slice open the propane tanks, instantly igniting the battle field. Then, he simply stood within the fire and folded his arms, a wicked grin across his features. "Nice try." He said.

Damage: Attacker rolled 15, defense rolled 16, 15 - 16 = -1, attacker takes 1 damage, defense takes 0 damage.

The fire was far enough away that it really did next to nothing to him, the kid wasted his efforts. All it did was delay his next round of ice shards coming down on him.

Asher only cackled and began running straight towards his foe. His blocking ability produced a wind that pushed the fire outwards and helped spread the blaze around his foe. Now all of the terrain around the pair was engulfed in raging flames. The young boy remained calm and composed, knowing that his skin wouldn't start to burn for about fifteen minutes.
Action: Defense (Block it! - Move the fire further down the battlefield)

He hissed a little, feeling overwhelmed in the flames for a few moments before covering himself in a layer of ice. He then charged Asher, pulling his fist back for an ice covered punch.
