Body: Black body, legs fading to white/gray. Perhaps some scars up the legs and smallish ones on the neck? There don't have to be a lot of them. Put them wherever you like them. Keep her predominantly black with just the hints of white where specified.
Face: A serious expression, maybe verging on angry looking, but not quite. Fully black eyes (no white save for the reflection of light). White/gray Ethereal wing-like pattern around her eyes.
Mane: White with streaks of black. Something medium-long in length with some sort of loopy design or braids through part of it or something interesting. I'll leave that up to you.
Tail: White with streaks of black, similar in length and style to the mane.
Hooves/Fetlocks: Black hooves, normal angeni fetlocks.

Custom Items: A necklace on a silver chain (very small). The decoration on it will be a crescent moon facing up with an axe hanging below. A red glowing jewel where the blades of the axe come together.
On her right foreleg (the one farthest from you) silver armor-like bracelet/bracer with swirling details and some red jewels and a few small red or black spikes. Something Armor-like on the shoulder. On the other leg, a smaller bracelet, sort of bangle-style with a red gem in it. Around her neck a silver double chain with a charm with a red glowing gem (see reference). Match this on a simple charm (just the moon part maybe?) across her forehead that hangs from a double-chain (tiny chains)

Justification for Domain Choice: Her names means Angel of the Divine Plan. I see her as sort of a holy warrior, righting wrongs and avenging the good soquili of the lands. She is a protector and one who seeks to bring evil doers to justice and to answer for what they've done.

Justification for Domain Choice: Her names means Angel of Peace. I see her as the counterpoint to her sister. Where Micah finds her duty in battling physically with evil, Valoel battles with evil purely spiritually, seeking balance and peace with the world.

The white should be very bright, almost glowy against the very soft dark grey/black dapple areas, which should have some lovely texture to it :3


Face:
Eyes - GLowy teal
I would like some facial markings to help segue into the beak - like maybe a blaze down the front that then wraps around to include the beak.
I would also welcome CC facial markings that can integrate the teal or stick to the natural blacks/white smile

A cascade of feathers over a mane.
The mane under the feathers is Very long, and after it hits the ground, it gathers in bands - styled like Durriyah's Tail

MANE AND TAIL COLORS: The mane AND tail should be black and white (like the rooster tail ref above) BUT with a few strands/feathers of the teal gradient, sort of like how my Mixcatl's mane is mostly black with a few rainbow strands mixed in.


Hooves/Fetlocks:
Front feet are clawed like the hippogriff template WITH the leg scales.
Claw/hoof color: Silver
Scales color: teal gradient

Back legs should have edited long, flowy fetlocks.

Like the male, she should have an edited expression to look cryptic/knowing smirk

The only differences:
* Where the male has the bright teal, I would like her to have bright/glowy red.
* Instead of the male's dark grey/lighter grey dapple, I would like hers to be darker: think jet black markings on a lighter black background (like how a panther's markings look) - but still with the white piebald. ((Essentially, her dark areas on her body are darker than the male's)

ALSO, instead of a shadowy raven, I would like her to have a shadowy wolf-ish animal.
