The Clans
Mori'Quessir (Drow/Dark Elves) - normally the darker pelted. Positions unlimited
Warriors - They are the most skilled fighters in the pride.
Scouts - They work mostly with the warriors and hunters.
Hunters - They mostly fish as its a main staple of the pride diet but they also go after 'red' meat bringing everything else back for the crafters
Assassins/Spys - No one speaks of them. They are the shadows in the dark and are only used to keep an eye on the more hostile prides near by
Mith'Quessir (Gray Elves) - normally mid color pelts. Positions unlimited
Scholars - They study the world around them, from stars to plants. They regularly help the healers with new plants and concoctions.
Historians - They chronicle any momentous occasion in the pride as well as keeping a history of pride's beliefs and history
Teachers - They are members who have learned about the outside world and returned to share the information with the rest of the pride.
Cala'Quessir (High Elves) - normally the lighter pelts. Positions unlimited
Artisans - They create using what ever material the creator wishes to use. From plant to stone to metal. Plant and organic designes are prevalent in the crafts.
Bards - They are the performers of the pride. From singers to poets, even some dancers.
Taur'Quessir (Wood Elves) - normally greens and browns. Positions unlimited
Healers - They keep the pride healthy and work with the scholars to make new and better medicine
Forest Keepers - They keep the forest healthy. They have the green paws and provide the healers and artisans the material for their work
Midwives - They specialize in birth and all parts that come with it from gestation to after birth. They work closely with the healers on the more difficult cases
Nannies - They watch the children when their parents are busy
(No pelt color is set and any mix can be found in any class)
The Classes
The King/Queen (1/1) - They rule the whole pride regardless of sex.
Consort (-/1)- The mate of the King or Queen. They do have some pull in the pride but their orders are subject to the approval of the council depending on the order. For instance a decision to have a party does not need approval but a request for a new clan leader
must be approved by the council as well as the King/Queen.
Heir (1/1) - The next in line for the throne. The will likely be trained at least lightly in each clan's specialty. Their mate would also be called Consort but only after ascending the throne, until that time they would be referred to as Lord or Lady
The Council (1/4) - The elders from each clan. They advise the King and Queen
Clan Elder (1/4) - They are the authority in their clan and can only be over ruled by the King, Queen, or the
whole council. If you are a clan elder you are by default on the council unless you abdicate you place in both.
Lord and Lady (unlimited)- The younger children of the King/Queen, mate of the Heir, or family of the Elders. They have no real power but they might have influence with a family member so it is best to treat them with respect.
Wise One (-/12) - They are best in their individual clan position. It is fairly common for a Wise One to ascend to Clan Elder but not required.
Edhel (unlimited) - This is the default rank for pride members. They are a general position for every clan. Not every person wishes to be a member of a particular job but rather is a jack-of-all-trades with in the clan. That is this position
