Having not been to the training arenas before, Jason was intrigued and intimidated by what he had heard about them. He knew them to be rather difficult at the best of times, and downright evil at the worst. Perhaps this was why he had neglected to go anywhere near them for so long. Either that or he had just been plain busy with other things. But after the 'acting' business and having to borrow bandages from someone else yet again, he was fully prepared to go against the training course. Because he wanted the authorization for bandages dammit, and for that he would need to go to the battle arena. Already he was envisioning hoards of enemies, or some other horrible manifestation of evil. Or hell maybe Mark was going to turn him into something.

When he stepped through the portal that would take him to the right training arena, Jason stopped in his tracks. It was a lot different to what he assumed would be part of the course. Instead of a actual arena, he had stepped into a small room. When he looked through the glass panel he could see a pool filled with fish. Piranhas to be exact.

...Why in gods name were there piranhas down here?!!

The random comment by Zanthvos was ignored in favour of him looking out again at the ferocious fish. As he did he felt the floor shaking as a large explosion was heard making him second guess his decision for coming here. Though there wouldn't be much point in backing out now, so he walked down the stairs, holding onto the side bar tightly, and looked across the wooden bridge to the centre of the room. He hesitated at the edge of the bridge as he eyed the water, then made a spectacular dive when the red beam flew across his head. Jason wouldn't put anything past them to start shooting at him from some secret hole in the room.

Though eventually, and with much careful placing of feet so he wouldn't fall off the (wide) bridge, the moon trainee made it to the centre of the room, his eyes setting on the wooden set of blocks.

His weapon asked. The immediate answer was a forlorn sigh.

"It's called Jenga. I have to remove blocks until I make the tower fall, and then I lose." As to why he had to play a game like this over a pool filled with Piranhas was beyond him. But if this was what it took...

Sitting down at the table, He leaned in to examine the blocks in front of him. They were simple blocks, arranged in a tower formation. Now all he had to do was to take out the right ones, and he would be sweet.

Cautiously, he placed a hand on one of the bottom blocks.

There was a snickering in his head.

'Zanth, don't you DARE disturb me now. Chances are I could very well die here.'

'Really...' He reached forward again.

'....'

And there was silence. Sighing again he grabbed hold of the block and pulled it towards him very, very, slowly. It wobbled a little, but the tower stayed firm. The moon trainee exhaled in relief, and put down the block so he could pick up another. His next one came just as smoothly. On the third go he chose one on the opposite side of the tower, and began to pull on it. But no sooner as he had started tugging then his arm jerked, and the hole tower came down in a flurry of noise.

"................"

Thankfully he was spared the humiliation of thinking about it as he felt something shoot into his neck, "AH!" his hand went to the back of his neck to try and pull it out, but he quickly felt quite dizzy, and his head smacked the table a second later.

When he next awoke, Jason found himself splayed out on one of the operation tables in the life labs. This made him yelp and scrambled of the table as he began to check himself to see if anything was done to him. Not that he could see anything wrong, it still made him feel rather sick to know that he was unconscious in the life labs. Which were in close proxcimity to Dr H.

He really didn't want to be here, near Dr H.

Regardless of who was worse, the moon trainee made a quick glance outside the door to make sure no one was around before he made a beeline for his dorm room.
