Personality + Bio: Fletcher is basically... a ball of sunshine. He's practically as sweet as honey, and as kind as can be. There's almost always a bright smile on his face, and a pleasant set of words from his lips in a gentle, smooth voice. Though the guy might stand tall and have a built figure, he's not at all a fan of fighting or violence. In fact he's completely harmless. If at all possible he tries to avoid it at all costs, even getting terribly upset if he see's other's engaging in some sort of brawl. But if it calls for it, he will step in to try and break up the situation to his best ability. He is a man who is not afraid to let his emotion's show freely, having no issue with crying in front of others, or reacting to something without thinking it through beforehand... If you tell him you just got engaged, more than likely he's going to gasp, and 'squeal' with excitement for you right then and there. Probably engulf you in a big hug too! This can lead him to be very loveable, but equally likely to be disliked by those who see him as not 'acting as a man should'. he definitely has a feminine air to him, and prefer's to spend time with ladies since they are usually not as unpleasant as most gentleman can be.
He used to work as a dockhand for quite some time, as well as extra help for farmers, or other hard labor workers. But he didn't enjoy it all that much, asides for the fact that he got to help others. So he decided to seek out something that he would look forward to going to work to. Unfortunately, he hasn't found that dream job yet... but for the meantime he doesn't have a problem working at a local inn, and sometimes at a pub at night, bartending or serving. After all he gets to meet all sorts of people, and have some company! though he tends to go for long extensions of time avoiding pubs if there are too many fights. But typically he goes to better known one's that are less aggressive.
Family wise, his father was from Germany, and met his mother in Sunderland. They had him, and another son, though he and Fletch don't have a very strong relationship... and are basically complete opposites. His father died in a house fire when trying to save the rest of his family. It was then that Fletch and his brother started working extra jobs to make sure they could support each other and especially the mother that they both adored. To this day Fletch will often bring up his mother in conversation proudly, and he visits her in Old Castle from time to time to make sure she's doing alright.
