Aquamarine sighed in announced as she traveled though the freeze land. She had been forced to travel over land to retrieve a shipment from the headquarters in hoenn that had gone off course and ended up running aground in the cold deserted, snow covered land. Sadly the small group that had made it sadly to Zatao and claimed the cove as their camp only had one ship to their name and the others where pillaging while she gathered the supplies. She hoped they would commender a ship while she was gone. The Aqua hated traveling over land.
The only good think was that in such a deserted area there weren't many if any people who heard the ship crash. She just hoped that there was enough useful stuff to make the trip worth it. "wiiiik" Hearing the noise She glared at the Litwick in her hands. "Hush" she snapped at him, water pokemon where the best to her and he was the exact opposite, the only reson she kept him around was because he was warm and the stupid thing followed her around. Plus her starter pokemon was back in hoenn.

"Warble, warble, warble, warble~"
Mark the Tentacruel was more than just happy. He was completely ecstatic. Since those meanies snatched up Cetus's base, Cetus had been paying more attention to him. Cetus released him more often, Cetus has been using him more often, and Cetus has been speaking to him more often! (Though what she says isn't ever nice . . . ) Mark didn't care though. He and Cetus were now together more often, like now, where Cetus took him on a mission. He was with Cetus! Cetus! Cetus! HAPPINESS.
The Galactic grunt was in a tangle, literally. The Tentacruel had bounded six tentacles about various joints on her body, hugging several more about her waist in a lovey-dovey hug. Despite her taunts to, "Get off" and, "I'll cut these things off if you don't" as she talked upon her communicator, Mark never released her, hearts flicking off his form and popping in the air. When Cetus disconnected from the higher-up, she shoved the device in her pocket, and shivered as she granted her Tentacruel a glare.
"Off. Now." she warned, creasing her eyes to dangerous slits. Mark didn't listen, again. Sighing, Cetus shoved her face in her palm than wiped off her annoyed expression. "Screw it. Just listen, okay, Mark? Our mission is to track the Aquas. Apparently, there was supposedly one coming this way. They're planning something . . . We've got to stop what they're doing. Understand?"
Menkar clattered his clamp-like jaw in affirmation.
"All right, good. Good . . . Y'see, in order for us to do that though, I need you to let go, okay, Mark?"
"Warble, warble, warble, warble~"
Cetus spat a few curses at him, eventually throwing her tentacle-wrapped arms in the air in an, "Eff it" with her Pokemon disobeying her again. Right now, the Galactic grunt held a vendetta; a deadly one. Those damn Aquas nabbed her only base and now she was a homeless runt until something wonderful came along. She wanted to exact her revenge, somehow, someway.

There was nothing but the sound of snow crunching beneath her feet and the howling wind as Aquamarine continued her boring trek though the frozen wast land. As she continued to walk she noticed that the air was starting to get saltier. Good she though, that meant that she was getting close to the ocean, the ocean was a much better way to travel than land and it meant that she was close to the wreaked ship. Ships don't around aground in the middle of the continent after all.
After a while the wind settled down and the visibility increased as the snow that was pushed around by the gales settled back onto the ground. She smirked seeing the ocean in the distance and continued her trek at a faster pace. She slowed down as she got onto the large ice sheets. There was a inch or so of snow on top of the ice that slowly went down as she moved closer to the ocean. Standing at the edge of the ice the Pirate pulled out a spyglass and searched for the ship. Spotting it she started to follow the ice sheets towards the remains.

Cetus's struggles against her disruptive Tentacruel were ceased to be when her ears caught sound of a familiar and mundane sound. Footsteps. The echoes were steady and firm through the chilly atmosphere, certainly nothing that their maker was not too far. From her vantage point, a collaboration of snow smothered bushes, Cetus craned her neck to make out the shape of hopefully an Aqua making her or his way through. Much to her glee, it was indeed one of the pirates. If it was one who participated in the heist to steal her base, she was unsure (she couldn't care less either; any Aqua was on her black list), but she knew it was a choice moment to follow them.
When the tussle of bright aquamarine continued her way through to the nearby crash and swell of ocean, Cetus pointed in her direction, and Mark gave a nod and, finally, let her go. She trekked after the woman from behind, her Water-type joyfully behind her, as she waited for a moment to pounce.

Aquamarine continued her trek to the shipwreck unaware that she was being trailed by a certain seaweed headed Galactic grunt. She was glad that her Buccaneer Coat was thick, it was colder than it had been in the other part of the freeze-land because of the sea breeze.
Finally arriving at the shipwreck she began to dig around in the snow looking to see if anything was on the ground around it before she climbed into the wreckage. Feeling something hard under her gloved fingers as she brushed of the snow she pulled up a broken wooden crate. Luckily it seemed that most of the pokeballs where still there. It was a mixed shipment of Net and Dive balls along with the standard Team Aqua pokeballs.
She pocketed a few before standing up and moving over to the ship. She returned the litwick to its pokeball as she grabbed a large wooden plank that was sticking out and used it to pull herself up as she continued to climb up the ship. About half way up the Aquamarine haired women looked around to see if she could spot any disturbances in the snow that might be more crates or better yet loot.

The snow-blanketed thickets of the Zatao Freezelands parted to a less forested expanse of land. Cetus grimaced with the fact she had less of a place to hide and be seen, but swallowed her agitation and tried her best to sneak carefully from behind. Her boots slid deep into the snow with each step. The route she chose to trek was far more thicker than the snow the Aqua was scavenging in, so she tried her best to keep her footing in the icy terrain. Unfortunately, she took one more step and fell face first in, getting an mouthful of ice in the process.
"Warble?" Mark burbled as he slithered up to the outline of his trainer in the snow. He smiled jubilantly as he reached a tentacle in, wrapped it about her waist, and pulled the seaweed haired trainer from the hole. She hung like a limp doll in his grip and spat out the snow with an audible, "eugh."
"Put me down," she commanded, and the Jellyfish Pokemon did. Looking at the turquoise locks, she wondered if she was heard by the Aqua.

Aquamarine was to busy looking at the ground near her to notice that she was being followed and subsequently missed said trainer face planting into the snow. Cetus was fortunate that the wind picked up while she was struggling with her clingy pokemon. The howling winds blocked the plasma's disgruntled commanded for reaching the Aqua Grunts ears.
Spotting a half buried chest in the ground The grunt jumped down form her perch on the shipwrecked ship and broke the lock off, the key was probably at the bottom of the ocean and she didn't want to try picking the lock in this weather. The chest was filled with gems, gold, money and other valuables that she began stuffing into her many pockets.
Off on the ice floats not to far from the two grunts, a little blue penguin like pokemon was wandering around. The Piplup was still rather young and had just finished fishing, it started to wander off in hopes of finding another of its kind to huddle with during the storm.

The oncoming storm suddenly chilled Mark to his jellylike inside. He let go of Cetus, dropping her back into the snow, and begun to shudder from the icy gales. Getting up again, she whipped snow off her form as she considered her Pokemon. She harrumphed at him. He was a Water-type, shouldn't he not be bothered by the weather? Still, she granted him a bit of mercy and withdrew him into his Pokeball. He'd have his use in the future.
Seeing that the Aqua was completely distracted by the loot she'd found (Cetus cursed inwardly cursed herself because some of the junk she was pocketing looked mighty valuable), the Galactic grunt began to approach her with a meaning to pounce. Unfortunately, two steps in, she was distracted by a Water-type a distance away.
"Omfg, it's so cute."
Cetus was stricken stiff as she began to gush. She suddenly split from her mission as all attention was drawn on the penguin. "Must have, must have!" she chanted in her mind, her emotions gooey. Water-type Pokemon were truly her weakness.

Aquamarine had stood up after pocketing the contents of the chest when she finally spotted Cetus. She started moving as swift as she could though the snow towards the Plasma. No one was getting their hands on team aqua loot!
The Piplup was having no luck in it it search and shifted onto to its belly and slid all long the ground stopping at and equal distant fro both of the Grunts. The little bird had never seen humans before. Standing up it looked between them in confusion and let out an adorable peep. They were funny looking, they both had long furnish stuff coming off their head, one was close in color to himself and the other looked like a shiny one of his kind!
Aquamarine stopped dead in her tracks seeing the little water pokemon slid in front of her, unfortunately it was just as close to the other woman as it was to her. She slowly moved her hands to her belt, one to try and grab the stupid litwicks ball to distract Cetus if needed and the other to one of the many Aqua balls she had grabbed. "Don't you even think about it, It's MY team's specialty and it's going to be mine." She growled trying not to startle the bird while out maneuvering Cetus.

The Galactic grunt felt her heart drop at the cuteness. Had her inner girl gained a corporeal form, it'd squeal in delight. Instead, Cetus allowed herself a rare, gentle smile as she sneaked a hand to one of the free Pokeballs on her waist belt and prepared to chuck it when the time came. Unfortunately, the moment wasn't now.
Cetus jumped with a light start when she heard the Aqua speak. Her temper suddenly bubbled up from an unknown well and burst forth as she gritted her teeth and bellowed in return, "Over. My. Dead. Carcass. Go-!" She plucked a Pokeball from her side and attempted to release one of her other Pokemon, but Mark made his appearance first. The Tentacruel struck a pose as if he were flexing and made himself known with a jumbled array of warbles.
"Uh-?" Cetus croaked as she sweat-dropped. Ugh! This Pokemon! "F-Fine, you'll have to do! Venoshock!" she commanded.
Without hesitance, the Tentacruel sputtered a wave of toxic saliva toward the Aqua grunt.

The Piplup was confused as the humans started to argue with each other and let out a confused Squawk cheep as Mark appeared. Piiiiiiiip! He cried in confusion trying to figure out how the giant tentacrule had appears out of nowhere. He started to peep franticly as the battle started. Why were the two Pipladies fighting?
Aquamarine didn't get a chance to throw the pokeball when Pirithor burst out and attempted to burn away the venomshock attack with a Fire blast, while he got rid of a good amount of it a bunch landed on him. He didn't mind however as he had manged to keep his trainer safe, unbeknown to him, the venom covering part of his face made his creepy green face markings look ever creepier. The candle pokemon spit his own Toxic substance at the Watertype pokemon with a strange grin on his face. "liiiiiiiiiiiit"
The Aqua grunt tossed one of the Aquaballs at the piplup while the other pokemon were battling, she would have caught the penguin if it hadn't slipped on the ice because of how confused it was.

Mark shuddered in fright at the cynical appearance of the Litwick. With his eyes pooling with tears, he suddenly did a three-sixty and slithered behind Cetus; still quivering. She bonked him on the head with a balled fist.
"You idiot!" she bellowed. "You can't run from a battle! Get back in there! Now!"
The Tentacruel cupped a hand over his beak and shook his head as tears bubbled up and stream from his eyes. Growling with anger, she grabbed the rim of his gelatinous head and flung him back to the Litwick. "Take care of it, I'm after the Piplup!" Mark was too terrified to attack though.
The grunt stalled in her tracks when she saw the ball fly up toward the penguin, but sighed in relief when the bird lost its balance on the ice. She took the moment to try her luck at it, but all anger seemed to stream to her arm, and she pitched a home run as the ball arced over the Piplup and into the water. It made a shallow plop as it sunk deep into the briny blue. Cetus sighed and slapped her face into her palm. By Arceus . . .

Pirithor crackled in delight as it frightened the large water pokemon, He made his flame larger as he pulled out the most menacing face he could think of with while letting out a creepy wik wik wik, which sounded vaguely like maniacal laughter.
Aquamarine was amused by the water pokemons reaction to her stupid candle. It wasn't long before her attention was dragged away form the ghost pokemon that seemed intent on torturing the poor water type and back to the penguin, as Cetus attempted to throw a pokeball at it.
The piplup backed away from Cetus, she seemed scary, she hit the poor jelly fish that was scared. Now that the little penuin though of it the flame thing was scary too. especially now that its making that weird noise. The piplup made a sad confused cheep before trying to runaway. It ended up slipping and hitting its beak against the discarded Aquaball.
The Aqua grunt was about to throw another pokeball at the pokemon when it slid into her old one. She held the breath as it wiggled, letting out a sound of triumph as it dinged. She wasn't one for cute, sure cute things were nice to look at an all, but her twins obsession with cute drove her crazy, nope cute charm had no effect on her. But Empoleon, empoleon was cool. Someday her new companion would shed its cute baby fluff and become a bad a** penguin. "What was that about me getting it over your corpse? are you going to drop dead now or something?" she called out as she darted forward to grab the pokeball.
