I think they were saving the fix specifically for the 10 year anniversary.
I'll miss it because it actually contributed to some outfits that used green as part of the color scheme.
But mostly I'm glad that it's gone, because y'know, glitches and annoying floating pixels and PHANTOM GREEN LEGS omg.

Wow, I never thought of using it in avatars. You're probably right though, its a good fix for a ten year anniversary as its pretty annoying in avatars.
It always used to appear when I tried to use nitemare sash ._.
Four legged avatars ftw.

Curious Brownies Wow, I never thought of using it in avatars. You're probably right though, its a good fix for a ten year anniversary as its pretty annoying in avatars.
It always used to appear when I tried to use nitemare sash ._.
Four legged avatars ftw. I hated having 4 legged avatars that weren't centaurs xD I never had problems with my nitemare sashes, but sometimes I'd get it if I tried to layer skin items or skins and tattoos and such. A lot of times I would get it if I was wearing certain combinations of hats or belts.

I think it only happened with a certain pose and with the items I wore with it, even thought it wasn't using any kind of makeup, skin or tattoos.
I think it was when I used first pose and either the malice punk coat or the secret retreat waistcoat. It certainly confused me as I never used anything green with the avatar as it was quite a few years back.

Haha~ the first time I really paid attention to it was when the first Oculus Magica was released. I ALWAYS got green goo on the electrical eyes- but that was one of the poses that I used it on, I just only ever wore it on green outfits. I know I'd experienced green goo many times before that, I just never really cared because back in my early days I wasn't as picky.

I never used Oculus Magica, I rarely even wore eye mods for quite some time because I always thought they were expensive until I realised they make avatars so much better... I never wore green avatars because I could never make a good one.

I never wore green avatars because I could never make a good one. I don't wear green often. Or pink. Or brown. emotion_facepalm I thrive on eye mod items- I just changed my default eyes because the old ones were terrible, but I don't think I've had an avatar that doesn't use an eye mod for like...... 2+ years?

I rarely change my eye mods, I barely find ones I like, I think I've only used 3 eye mods in at least a year. I never wear green, pink or brown. I've tried making a brown avatar on tektek but it fails. I try to make red avatars but they're always too expensive so I stick to blue and black/white avatars because i'm so creative with colours ._.;;
Sticking to certain colours helps anyway since I can use the same items multiple times for different avatars because of the colour.

Curious Brownies I rarely change my eye mods, I barely find ones I like, I think I've only used 3 eye mods in at least a year. I never wear green, pink or brown. I've tried making a brown avatar on tektek but it fails. I try to make red avatars but they're always too expensive so I stick to blue and black/white avatars because i'm so creative with colours ._.;;
Sticking to certain colours helps anyway since I can use the same items multiple times for different avatars because of the colour. I have lots of items that I use over and over and over, and lots of color schemes that I use more than others. I haven't used red much lately, but I use a lot of black/white/gold as secondary colors or just in combination with each other.

I'd use gold in a lot of my avatars however I can never find anything to go with it that isn't completely gold. I just try and use different shades of blue and hope it turns out well.

I have a lot of items that have gold trim or gold highlights somewhere on them, so working gold in usually happens accidentally along the way and then I have to compensate with things like anklets and crowns D;

I feel like instead of making an avatar complete from the start i've constantly added to it in order to make it better, I guess thats why i've stopped using tektek. Hopefully i get back into using tektek as it was a lot of fun.

I've only recently started using TekTek- I just input my inventory and play around with it, since my inventory sort will apparently never work again on Gaia. It makes it easier to find things.

I've used tektek for quite a few years and I mainly make female avatars as its so much funner because of the colour schemes you can make with them and I feel there less constraints on what looks good on a female base. My inventory is quite small so its fairly easy to find new items as I think I only have around 30 pages since i'm not a hoarder whatsoever and sell anything i'm not going to use.
