It's a pretty big bachelor pad in all truth. He has two bedrooms, two bathrooms with a shower in it, a large den and a kitchen.
Dragon, a young Wendigo, has currently moved in with Lurtz. His room was redesigned to resemble that of a dragon's den. His dresser was built like a large treasure chest with each drawer resembling a plank of wood on the chest and is donned with plenty of gold, precious gems and jewelry. His walls are painted with the three dimensional appearance of treasures hidden in a cavernous area and his bed is the dragon's nest with the headboard designed to be that of a dragon curled around the mattress. There are also various little metal lantern-like caged baskets filled with gold, precious gems and jewelry hanging near the walls to add to the decor.
The kitchen is very home-y with its new appearance. It has deep blue-green walls with cream colored trim and laced with decorative grape vines. There's even a cookie jar shaped like a rooster!
The bathrooms are decorated with ocean-type decor; shells, fishing nets, boats, starfish, little mysterious messages in glass bottles, mermaids and other sea life.
The den is dolled up with a cream colored rug holding the little table in the center, a slightly rounded brown couch with a matching recliner and a 60" flat screen television. The walls and lamps are adorned with flowering ivy.
Lurtz's room is a deep blue adorned with various types of mythology and two little Wiccan statues of fortune and protection.

You just refuse to bend
So I keep bending 'till I break. After having left the café, it took Lurtz and Dragon about a twenty minute walk through the city minus the traffic lights saying whether or not it was alright to walk across the road. It would've been faster if he'd just picked up Dragon and jumped over the cars going by on the street, but he hadn't wanted to scare the boy with the sudden motions. He seemed just so very easily scared after all. Unlocking the door, he opened it with one hand although he remained pressed up against the door so Dragon could pass by him first before following him inside. "Welcome to my apartment," he murmured lightly while vaguely flicking his wrist so the lights would click on and expose the neutral colors of the furniture and walls. It might bother some people that he hadn't decked it out with some other type of coloration to make it personal, but he was alright with it. He had already come to terms with the neutral terms of survival; neither offensive nor defensive.

Dantes_river emotion_awesome S-See what I did there? Dragon Stepping inside, the young man looked around, his eyes ranging from golden to crimson. He stopped walking when he reached the center of the room then turned around and smiled shyly at Lurtz. "I like it." he said. "It, uh... It looks nice." A silent moment befell the two before the air around Dragon grew more nervous. "S-Sorry," he stammered nervously after a few silent minutes. Out of nervous habit he pressed the tips of his index fingers. "I-I'm a little nervous about doing this. I-It's my first time." Demon and wendigo blood... Would it taste spicy? Similar questions pooled around in Dragon's mind when he silently followed Lurtz to the apartment, having offered to let him drink his blood.

So I keep bending 'till I break. Lurtz's lips twitched slightly in an amused half-smile at how Dragon had returned to stuttering nervously along with how he'd chosen his words. "I wouldn't know how to make this place have a personality like mine so I just left it as being neutral, throwing together earth toned furniture to make it somewhat look like a home. It's a giant pile of blah and I know it. I just didn't care when I got here," he murmured smoothly while shutting the door and sliding his boots off at the door. Once that was done, he set a keyring into a small drawer by the door and padded softly into the middle of the den. "And don't worry, Lord Dragon. I will do everything in my ability not to hurt you. My best advice is to relax and stay still. I'd hate for you to experience any unnecessary pain afterwards."
As soon as it escaped past his lips, he inwardly facepalmed. He hadn't meant to make anything sound like an innuendo, but Dragon's own words seemed to make his own words sound like another innuendo. "Er... Please make yourself comfortable also. If you need anything, anything at all, don't hesitate to ask." Pretending as if he hadn't noticed that such words could sound dirty, he set his backpack between his dresser and door in his bedroom then returned to where Dragon was. It hadn't looked as if Dragon had noticed how his words could've been interpreted as something else so it appeared to be alright not to mention anything about it. Now if only his mind didn't catch all of the fine details about things...

Because Dragon was merely a little boy in a young adult's body, he had a very vague grasp on sexual innuendos, or sex for that matter. So being innocent and naive, Dragon smiled nervously and nodded at the advice given to him. "So.... How do we start?" he asked while twiddling his thumbs shyly.

So I keep bending 'till I break. "C'mere and sit on the couch first off. I believe the saying of 'my house is your house' would come into play since you still seem a tad nervous about this. It'll be far less painful when my fangs pena-ent-... Words really hate me today... When my fangs pierce through the skin, muscles and other various tissues that make up your neck if you're completely calm and relaxed. Once you're relaxed, I'll merely lean towards you with one hand bracing one side of your neck while my fangs will pierce through the other side relatively smoothly, assuming you don't tense up at the last second or retreat. You do not want to retreat when you feel the p***k of my teeth sinking in. I retreated due to not expecting my dad to force the change from elf to vampire on me and it hurt worse than the actual change did. After the initial p***k that signals I've bitten you, you shouldn't feel any pain from then nor after I remove my fangs. It'll be done and over with in the blink of an eye considering the average vampire can drain a body of literally every ounce of blood within five minutes... That is unless the vampire wished their target to suffer in which they'd bleed them dry ever so slowly which could take days if not a couple weeks. Er... Not that I'm trying to scare you or anything. I'd never do that to someone," he explained as calmly as he could although he ended up briefly frustrating himself at how he was speaking about it. Words definitely weren't his ally today although they'd never really been much of an ally before. He usually didn't speak as much as he was doing with Dragon even when he'd been around Sierra! He usually only had to answer questions that were short and to the point and now...
After getting Dragon seated on the couch, the blue haired male sat down beside him with his body turned in the darker haired male's direction. "To put it in a simpler manner, I will merely do this action," he rumbled smoothly while slightly shifting enough to where his left hand took up a firm yet gentle hold on the right side of Dragon's neck and his lips briefly touched the skin on the left side of his neck. He then returned to sitting up straight and flashing a gentle smile. "Once I remove my teeth, I'll briefly lick the puncture marks to stop them from continuing to bleed. Vampiric saliva has natural toxins in it to stop unnecessary bleeding and speed up the healing process in order to keep others from knowing that their prey were fed upon. The numbing agent is merely a sign that we're in your head and making you oblivious to what pain should be there. We might pick up on other parts of the brain activity though so don't be surprised if I mention something you haven't spoken aloud to me. It's rare, but it does happen on occasion."

Dragon listened to the explanation over the entire vampire feeding process. He was able to follow Lurtz, but there were a few things that made him curious. After he gets bitten he won't feel pain? So... it'd be like a shot? Dragon shuddered again at the very thought of the sharp needle. And how much blood would he lose in a few seconds if the entire body could be drained in five minutes?
The young man opened his mouth to ask one of the questions, but his words got caught in his throat when Lurtz showed him what to expect. He blinked in surprise when his friend held his neck and lightly touched the other side of his neck with his lips, and his gaping mouth slowly closed into a thin squiggle. That felt.... weird. Almost ticklish. He really couldn't put a word on it.
Quickly recomposing himself, Dragon smiled back at Lurtz and nodded slowly. "Okay." he said, his hands going to his knees. "I'm.... I'm ready." He bit his lip for a second then flickered his grass green eyes towards Lurtz, looking at him past his brown hair. "Be gentle?"

So I keep bending 'till I break. "As gentle as I can be, Lord Dragon," Lurtz reassured the other with a light half-smile. Seeing as the darker haired male was most likely as relaxed as he was going to get, the blue haired male leaned slightly back towards him. It took little time for his teeth to puncture through the skin and what felt like even less time for Dragon's blood to start running down the back of his throat, soothing the fiery burn he'd been feeling for some time. How he ever came across someone as sweet as Dragon, Lurtz would never know much less understand why he was so kind to him. At least he didn't make the mistake of moving as he had in his past.

Seeing Lurtz lean in to bite, Dragon closed his eyes so he wouldn't see the fangs before they touched him, just as one would with a shot. He took a deep breath to try to calm his nerves but winced when he felt a pair of needles puncture him. Dragon bit his lip and let out a soft whimper until the pain subsided.
Ouch... he thought, eyes still closed tight. That hurt.... but it's gone now.... Now... it tickles. Dragon risked it and slightly opened his eyes to see Lurtz's blue hair right beside him. He must still be drinking my blood, he pondered. That's good. We're both helping each other. He gets blood, and I lose the monster blood. He closed his eyes again solemnly as his thoughts drifted. That's why people always leave me, right? Because I'm a monster? If Lurtz drinks away all of it, then I won't be a monster anymore, right? I can have more friends like him.
The fear of being a horrible monster always hung around Dragon, and when he wasn't scared of being alone, he was terrified of this. He wasn't even sure what convinced him that he was such a cruel beast, but it seemed like the only thing that explained why he was stuck alone all the time.

So I keep bending 'till I break. After a few more seconds, Lurtz retracted his fangs and lightly ran his tongue over the puncture marks. Instead of completely pulling away from Dragon, however, he gave him a gentle yet comforting hug. "You're no monster, Lord Dragon, but if you care to disagree, then we can be monster friends then. I'll still disagree with you on you being a monster though. I just won't vocalize it," he murmured smoothly. He then slightly pulled back so as to see how much damage he'd done. "Sorry for the brief moment of pain. How're you feeling?"

A shudder ran through the boy's body as he felt the tongue scrape against his neck. He expected to see Lurtz's face, but instead he found himself being hugged. He blinked in surprise. Not a monster? Monster friends? Dragon blinked again to see Lurtz finally facing him. He was about to reply that he was fine when everything settled down over him. The scenery began to wobble and blur slightly, and he could feel his body go cold.
"Oh...." he mumbled and weakly put a hand on his head. Had he looked in a mirror, he'd notice that he'd become very pale. "I-I feel... dizzy."

Wincing slightly, Lurtz brushed his hand under Dragon's hair as if checking how much his body had cooled although his own skin didn't really have a temperature of it's own. "I was afraid of that... It's a good thing I brought you to my place for the rest of the day as gut instinct told me to... It seems I took a bit more than I intended to so you're going to need your rest while your body recovers it's blood cells. I'll take you my guest room," he rumbled lowly before sliding Dragon's arm over his shoulder as he hooked his own arm around his torso. His other arm slid under Dragon's legs and he lifted the other up without any hesitation much less any issues. He then carried the darker haired male into one of the bedrooms to which he could lay the other male down on the neutral colored bed. "Would you like me to turn on the space heater so this room could warm up for you and so you don't catch a cold? And once you're all comfy and tucked in, you can just take a rest. I did kind of weaken your immune system and drained you of energy after all..."

Weak and disoriented, Dragon mumbled something under his breath and tiredly rested his head against Lurtz when he was picked up. The scenery blurred occasionally, and he felt like taking a long nap, but he kept himself awake. Somehow.
Before he knew it, Dragon found himself on a bed with the blankets around him. He blinked slowly - in his weakened state his eyes changed colors slowly; every five to seven minutes - and saw his jacket and his shoes on the chair near the bed. Hearing Lurtz, he stared at him and smile weakly. "C-Can I get... a milkshake?" he croaked and licked his dry lips.

"Strawberry." he said with glimmering eyes. Although tired, a wide smile played out on his face, the same as when he offered Lurtz his blood. Sleep threatened to take him, his mind complying by replaying when Lurtz told him that he wasn't a monster. How did he know what he was thinking...? Did it show clearly on his face? No wait, didn't Lurtz mention something about being connected to the mind throughout the entire procedure? Did he... see anymore of his thoughts and memories?
