Rolled a three: Grass field: The breeze from the stadium air conditioners rustles the flat grassland arena that has replaced the default stage. Small clouds of harmless pollen fly through the air from the breeze. The land is completely flat, making maneuverability easy to those build to walk on land. This field gives a 25 HP attack boost to GRASS and BUG type attacks.

Kytti walked into the arena and smiled as her Piplup waddled after her. This was going to be his first battle and she was anxious to see how Baron would do. They took their spots on the field and Kytti cheered happily, "Let's have a great battle Baron! You can do it!"

Clyde stepped confidently into his trainer's box, ready for another round of training. He tossed Hestia's pokeball onto the grassy field. The Combusken appeared in a flash, already in a battle stance. Hm, a grassy field...
She spotted her opponent waddling in the grass. "" Hestia smirked slightly. It wasn't like her to be mean, so while she didn't want to go easy on the little Piplup, she would make sure she didn't do any lasting damage.

"Hestia, Thunderpunch!" Clyde commanded. No time to up their stats now, the little Piplup would have a type advantage over Hestia too.
The Combusken bolted forward, running with her long arms at her side. She wove through the grass, building up electricity in her fisted talon. Leaping, she stretched out an arm to strike.

Baron was struck by the thunder and fell to the floor. That stung a little more than he thought. Baron flipped to his feet and ran straight towards the opponent and leaped into the air. Once it got close it reached for the neck of the opposing pokemon and sprayed a pulse of water towards it hoping to confuse. Hestia lept through the ring of water, unscathed. It was a close one though, she probably shouldn't do that again. As she came out on the other side, however, she charged up another Thunderpunch and struck.

Baron grunted as he barely dodged the next attack. " Watch those electric attacks!" cried Kytti. Baron nodded and waddled around in a circle, a geyser of water bubbling from the path she was making. Hestia's feathered head collide with a ring of water, and suddenly, she wasn't quite sure where she was anymore. The area around her was blurry. Green? Where was green? A powerful splash of water caught Hestia square in the face. Ouch! She shook water from her feathers. Urgh. What was she doing again? Oh yeah. Piplup. Grassy field. Thunderpunches. Right. She charged up her fist again and tried to find the other blue bird in her cloudy vision.
