“So tell me a little bit about yourself,” a smooth male voice that is off camera inquires, the sound of pages being turned carry in the dark room. The only source of light is in the middle of the room where a slender girl sits in a wooden chair directly over her head is a lamp, almost in interrogation style. “Evalyn Cretchfield, is it then? Tell me a bit about your past, going as far back as you can recall. No need to rush, we have all the time in the world. So don't leave out any important details.”
The almost white haired girl nodded at the man then lets out a small breathy sigh. “If you could, I would prefer to be called Acacia. If that is alright?” for a moment the girl looked to obviously where the speaker was standing, sparing a small smile she nodded then looked back up towards the camera. “My name is Evalyn Acacia Cretchfield, however I like my middle name more. I was born in Celadon City, to Eva and Linden Cretchfield both well known medical doctors,” again she paused as she brushed her long hair away from her eyes that were a dark shade of crimson before taking in a deep lungful of air. “As far back as I can remember my father pressured me to follow in the family business, in fact he wanted me to become a medical doctor and specialize in surgery---” As the girl spoke the man coolly cut her off with his smooth even tone.
“I am going to stop you right there, Acacia,” he stated in an almost velvety voice, again the sound of pages being turned was recorded by the camera. “Why do you say that your father 'pressured' you into the family business, how does being forced to learn something vary from following orders?”
The girl smirked, a light hint of pink dashed across her cheeks as she turned to face the man then nodded and faced the camera again. Her hand placement as well as body language clearly read that the girl was nervous yet at the same time she was not afraid, perhaps excited.
“Orders are tasks given to someone that wishes to completely them and has the ability, and mindset to do so. What that
man did was not an order, it was a life sentence without parole.”

“I see, you may continue.” The figure spoke in a casual tone, the pale complexioned girl nodded slowly.
“My family bribed a local medical school to let me into the various programs, I have been in the programs since I was eight and I had special tutors since I was four to make sure I was at an advanced learning level though the only classes I really enjoyed was cooking,” Acacia stated in a flat tone, the interviewer at all of this remained silent. Leaning back in her chair the girl crossed her legs as if she felt a bit more confident. “I was at the university until I was eighteen, at that point I was transferred to here in the Kodo region to go to a different school. When I was transferred I saw it as my chance for change, my father was so far away that there was little he could do. I dropped out of the medical programs that he had scheduled for me and tried my hand at being a trainer.”
For a moment the young woman fell into silence, as if it were a cue the man spoke up with almost enthusiasm in his voice for the first time during the interrogation.
“Oh, I see. So Acacia you have some skills in medicine and the healing arts. That is a very valued skill to have, and I am fairly impressed by it. However, I wish to elaborate on the trainer aspect. You are aware that you would need a trainer's license first, and then you would need your very own Pokemon. Yet, you come here to us today, and you don't seem to own any Pokemon. I find that odd.”
Without so much as skipping a beat the young woman uncrossed her legs and leaned forward in her chair almost defensively. “I never actually got a trainer's license, I
borrowed Pokemon from some of the local trainers.” She smoothly stated while flushing brightly, at her response the man chuckled with amusement.
“Oh now that
is interesting. So you stole others Pokemon and didn't get proper documentation, my, my, my now you are showing some promise. However, where are the stolen Pokemon now?” He inquired in an even tone, sighing lightly Acacia brushed her long bangs from her eyes.
“I released them, if I couldn't have them, I was certainly not going to give them back to the owners that didn't even miss them. I raised them, they were mine, but as they grew stronger they stopped listening to me, so I knew what I had to do.”

The picture on the recording as well as the sound began to skip and the remainder of the film runs blank.
