Well, it comes down to the question, seeing as Vader is more machine then man, will Avada Kedvera even effect him? If not then Vader easily takes this with one slice of his lightsaber or a force choke. If it does, then it comes down to who's faster. I give Vader this 7.8 times out of ten.

Plus doesn't Voldemort have to be able to speak in order to do spells? One force choke and he's pretty much useless.

I'd go with Darth Vader, for several reasons, for example his back-story is alot more interesting then that of Lord Voldemort!!!! scream
Not only that but with use of the force and his lightsabre, Harry Potter will never be able to avenge his parents death... twisted !!!

Voldermort can cast spells both wandless and wordless, but the more powerful spells, like the killing curse, require both. I still give it to Vader. But then, the force requires Midichlorians to work and since they are from two different universes, Voldermort would lack them and thus couldn't be affected by the force. But still, his force speed coupled with the lightsaber would make Vader triumphant.

Force Choke for the win Alex.
The killing curse would work on Vader as he is alive but Vader is faster and one Force Choke ends the fight.

Also Vader has force precog so he could anticipate Voldemort's moves.

Avtualy vader Cant beat valdy why? cuz he can only be killed by Harry potter so theres no way vader would kill him.

Well, actually, even though I would say in a full out fight with out taking the sixth Harry Potter book into question, Vader would win.
HOWEVER!
In protest to earlier:
No- Wandless magic can be done without being outright spoken. I'm not sure Avada Kedavra works that way though.
And Other than just it being Harry that has to kill him, Voldemort has his soul locked away in seven pieces that are excruciatingly difficult to find. Unless you destroy all of those you can't destroy him.

Yeah but Vader could cripple him, and that would effectively win the fight.
You don't have to kill your opponent to win a fight.
