Hey guys! I want to restart the caravan, and I'd like to do an actual mini-plot. Motterossa was previously a Rocket base in the Eevee event. I would like to restart the caravan in Motterossa with a "Go explore the town" prompt, and have anyone who explores the old, run down gym find a suspiciously new looking poster against one wall...
This RP is set post Wish Upon a Jirachi RP event (the dream world RP), and pre-Shina becoming a gym leader. Basic idea is for the caravan members to oust a hidden Rocket outpost, and provide a little direction for RP creativity. Suggestions and ideas are welcome, I look forward to hearing your ideas!
Edit:
Possible idea: Poster is hiding a button to a secret lair. Rockets are inside. Series of simplified battles, there should be lots more trainers than Rockets, so after a few rounds, Rockets flee, possibly triggering a collapse of the building behind themselves. Sound good?

Anyone other than Qixel in on the mini-event? Tagging you guys because you have rocket journals that aren't too old, so I'm hoping you are actually interested in RPing your characters!

Blue and I have Rockets already on a mission in the caravan, so it's possible they could be dragged out trying to defend the base. owo -waits to see what she says, though- x3

I don't mind, but my posts may be scattered. Lots of RL stuff at the moment, but RP is always nice for Merrick.

I don't mind Doyle being dragged in to help.... but he'll end up disappearing when Alexa shows up as he doesn't want her to find out about him (in the case he gets captured; not to mention Blue is lazy and doesn't want rp two characters at once).
Also when the Rockets need to fall back there's a temporary base set up in the Howling Woods. Ryuu and I sort of made it up and have been using it. XP Maybe there's an underground tunnel connecting it to the gym?

Glad to see you all! I like the secret tunnel idea, and I'm thinking of having it collapse behind our fleeing Rockets, causing the old gym to collapse. Prompt has just been posted, and hopefully someone will explore the gym soon! I'll let you know when the Rocket stuff is ready to start!

I'd like it if we could linger and do some super simplified battles. Like, really simple. Both players roll a die. Higher roll wins. Rocket loses, they flee. Trainer loses, they continue on. I want the Rockets to lose here, so the gym can be destroyed as the Rockets flee. Also....gee, no one checked if that fire was actually all the way out, and it sure kept smoking....It may flick back into flames and help with the destruction.
