(( Only Rocket members can RP in this subforum. ))
This is TR's Meteore Freezelands Facility. There are eight floors, including the ground floor, which is the only floor above ground. The rest of the facility is hidden underneath ice and snow. The secret entrance is on the side of a mountain, conveniently secluded from view by towering trees and bushes from the nearby forest.
All TR members must carry TR ID at all times. It doubles as a key card, and is required to enter the facility, as well as your private room. Visitors are NOT ALLOWED without written consent from an executive or higher ranked member, and must be accompanied by a TR member at all times.
All amenities on the premises are provided free of charge, however, remember that tabs will be kept on your Rocket, so high ranking TR will know where you are at all times. If you are slacking off on missions, an Executive Officer will be sent to talk to you.
All captured Pokemon must be turned in with an Executive Officer. In return, Rockets will receive money based on the rarity of the Pokemon, or it's usefulness to TR. Mostly, TR is interested in rare Pokemon. Pokemon that will not be used by TR will be returned to you, as well as a smaller monetary amount.
Failure to turn in pokemon will result in termination and a mind wipe. Mind wipe is done in a secret location known only to a few close to the Boss. An offering is used to summon Uxie, who will then wipe the mind of the ex-Rocket. The Rocket is released in a nearby town, lost and confused.
The Boss is unknown at the point. Only a few Executive Officers know of their identity and are forbidden to reveal who it is. They are known only as "The Boss."
(( You must have permission to RP on floors coded in red, but otherwise, feel free to start a RP in any of the other rooms, including training battles. ))

[G1] Ground Floor
Key card must be swiped to allow entry into the facilities. If TRHQ is ever broken into, it will release Glalie, which is trained to freeze all intruders.
[UG2]
The second floor consists of a dining hall, mission distribution center, medical center, an info desk, and a ground transportation unit. The dining hall is where TR members socialize and brag about their adventures while on missions. The mission distribution center is where TR members can claim new missions and report on completed missions. The medical center is conveniently located near the surface, so both humans and pokemon who are injured can be treated quickly. The ground transportation unit has cars, snowmobiles, and motorcycles and has an exit to the ground floor. The info desk is where members can ask general questions, contact high ranking TR, get permission to access transportation, weapons, or other equipment for missions.
[UG3]
The third floor has a training stadium, exercise room, and recreational rooms. The training stadium is where TR members can battle each other and level up their pokemon. The exercise room has all kinds of gym equipment to keep you in shape for missions. There's also a pool for a full body workout. Recreational rooms include various sports, a library, and a spa just to relax.
[UG4]
Trainees, grunts, and agents have their dorms on this floor.
[UG5]
Storage rooms for stolen goods, weapons, and provisions for missions are located here. A special key card is required to get into these rooms. On the far side, there are cells, detention rooms, and interrogation rooms. You don't want to be in this part of the facility.
[UG6]
The power station is 100% electric pokemon powered. This floor is locked and only accessible to high ranking TR.
[UG7]
The technology center consists of computers and surveillance of the area surrounding TRHQ. Guards are on watch 24/7. There's a laboratory to develop new weapons, and technology for TR use. This floor is locked and only accessible to high ranking TR.
[UG8]
Executive and elite offices. Boss's Quarters. This floor is locked and only accessible to high ranking TR, or if accompanied by someone with access. The Boss is a figure shrouded in mystery. Only a few trusted executive officers know the Boss's identity.

P R O M O T I O N
Rockets can be promoted by earning points from missions, RPing in TRH, recruiting a new member, and capturing pokemon. Rockets usually have a partner for missions, but occasionally can complete a mission on their own. There can be variations of the uniforms, but must have the same color scheme for certain ranks.
Missions are the same as RPs, but have a goal that must be completed at the end of the RP. Completed RPs must be at least 15 posts (at least 5 must be from you if RPing with others) with each post being 2 sentences minimum. Battles that fit the minimum count in this, as well. Rocket RP events count as one RP. Missions completed during RP events count as participation in the event, not for extra points. Solo missions or RPs with around 300+ words counts as one RP.
** If you already have a Rocket character before the rank revamp and have at least one completed RP with your character, they will start off as a Grunt unless you want to be a trainee. Just make a note when applying for promotion.
- Complete a mission (RP) : 6 points - Complete any RP in TRH: 6 points - Participate in a Rocket RP Event: 6 points (You must have participated enough to earn a consolation pokemon, also counts as a part of normal RP points-- not for mission points) - Complete a training battle in TRH: 3 points - Solo RP or Solo mission: 3 points - Capture a Pokemon: 1 point (Has to be owned by you, not only captured in RP) - Recruit a member: 1 point (You can have this done with RP)
Title your threads in this forum with [PRP] for private RP, [ORP] for open RP, [SRP] for solo RP, and [Battle] for battle threads.
R A N K S - Points are cumulative.

Trainees are only allowed to go on missions with Grunts or higher ranked officers. • Uniform: Dark red outfit with red "R" and black gloves and boots. [Male and Female]
[Grunt] Requirement: 18 points with 2 completed missions. Grunts have shown that they can take orders and can be depended on to get missions done. They are allowed to choose their missions and can go with a partner or by themselves. • Uniform: Black outfit with red "R" and a hat. [Male and Female]
[Agent] Requirement: 36 points with 4 completed missions. Besides taking on missions, agents can hold small roles within TRH, like coming up with new missions, being security, or recruiting new members. • Uniform: White outfit with red "R". [Male] [Female]
[Director] Requirement: 54 points with 6 completed missions and participated in 1 Rocket RP Event. Directors take orders from Executive Officers and may be given special roles in RP events. The number of Directors at TRH will be limited. • Uniform: Black outfit with white boots and gloves with red stripes. [Male and Female]
[Executive Officer] Execs know the ins and outs of what is going on at TRH and manages Directors. They take orders directly from the Boss. (Rank given to staff owned TR only). • Uniform: Silver outfit with red "R" and blue shirt underneath. [Male]
