Amegakure is a small, yet highly industrialized hidden village located in an unnamed country. Its architecture is composed of several metallic skyscrapers with rowed ducts connected to them and many power lines surrounding. A number of smaller villages also surround Amegakure. As its name suggests, it rains almost constantly due to a storm above the village.
There are many ninja from this village who are skilled genjutsu users. It is a hidden village that one by one raises the ability of its shinobi, in turn working out original techniques. They also developed assassination techniques, getting numerous requests from foreign countries because of this.

Dante appeared ontop of a small rock and he looked out over to the plain across a forest into dark skies that streaked with lightning and could be heared with the sound of thunder. "Salte... Where are you?"

 "Right here Mr. D," she called as she appeared. The short girl skidded across the wet ground causing a spray. looking up into the sky, she stopped, her stillness was an odd sign. She let the rain pour over her, her afro of curly hair washed down over her face and shoulders as droplets traced lines on her mask. For a brief moment you could see her eyes behind that mask. Lightning flashed lighting her in stark blue light. She raised a hand to her chin and lifted the mask to the side letting the rain touch her skin for the breifest of moments before swiftly replacing it, hiding again the pretty face locked behind bone and springs. Something about the rain flashed a memory of long ago, whether it was her own memory or one of the thousands of hollows she had eaten, it touched her all the same. Looking back down she was quiet. The rain hid a single tearthat dripped from her mask. "well!" salted said cheerfully as if nothing had happened, "you found what the boss wanted!" she danced in the rain, laughing as she made splashes in puddles.

 Makai had just least the village when he spotted Salte and Dante.Something about them seemed off.They didn't seem to be shinobi.He hide with in the shadows and watched them closely.

Dante watched the strange Salte slide across the mud and splash him. He caught the slightest glimpse of her face and it made his grow wide. But then the little kid kicked in. "WEEE!!!" He slid across the mud as Salte had which made him covered in the gooy sludge. "OOOOOO it's so cold and nice!" He stood up next to Salte now.
"Yeah I suppose we have... But let us keep going. This place is truly strange." He said taking off his red cloak letting the rain touch his arms and face as he walked clearing the mud off of it. "Come now Salte. I have no ambition to return back to that chipmunk turd." (Raizan sounds like Raisin and in the Chipmunks Theadore poops on the chair and Simon calls it a raisin XD) As he walked his mind drifted back to that small glimpse of Salte's face. Maybe she wasn't all that bad after all. As he walked they got close to a forest and he stopped. Putting one arm in front of Salte to stop her he charged one small cero in the palm of his hand away from eye sight from the front but so Salte could see that he was on his guard. "You... Behind the tree... Show yourself." He pointed to Makai's location. "Don't hide, you may have the shadows to conceal your appearance but you can not hide your presence from me." He said as the cero was ready to fire but was small and concealable by Dante's hand.

Makai laughed and stepped forward.For someone who was acting like they'd never seen rain.Dante had a pretty arrogant tone.Seeing as Makai had the field advantage he'd play around with the two and figure out what they wanted..Soo you've spotted me,your more perceptive than I thought.I am the Amekage of Amegakure.Your trespassing on my land.State your business here.

Dante let the Cero disperse and relaxed a little. "Ama what?" He asked laughing at the name."This is your land hu?" His face went calm. "Allright then." He took his jacket off and placed it around Salte's shoulders. "Keep This On Salte it will keep you from the effects of my spirit pressure." He said the word's with assertiveness like a order to the Kage it would seem. But it wasn't the case she could choose to not wear it. But it would be her funeral. Besides he wanted to keep this happy girl alive.. At least the face behind the mask. He couldn't explain it but the slight glimpse made him want something from her more then he has ever wanted from a girl.
Dante smiled softly at the man. "My name is Dante Digarrrrra." His R rolled and his theme song started. "Upon the Lord of Hueco Mundo... I declare a duel... Upon me winning I will claim your land and your rank as Amekage... I am sure in this world it is how it works... From what I am getting these people are no different from our Shinigami... There are powers for the good and powers for the bad... I'm not stupid, I have lived for too long to not of studied enough cultures to know." He smiled his ability to adapt to anything he is thrown at was kicking in. "Were I come from... I am some what a leader. I am the third strongest, I help rule in our Kingdom of Las Noches... My companion is sixth strongest. Her name is Salte... So what do you say... let us start?"
The rain didn't even want to touch him it seemed as he pushed his spirit pressure out just a little. The basic presence it seemed in this world for some one strong it seemed in this new world "You sensed me here that is why you have came. Ever sense I have arrived my body has started to feel different. The Reshi level's here are so strange it has been hard for me to under stand. But it's not so different. Now that I have traveled quite a distance through your lands." (Read his bio its stated in there some were his ability to adapt quickly to anything.) "I have been held at bay. By trait I am a killer, by choice I do it. And now that I am used to this place... I can fight." His head came down his eyes red. "Let us start. Show me what type of power you people have." His next step was a threat mean he meant what he said and he said what meant.

Salte was happy to see Dante playing in the rain with her, she was liking the attention he seemed to be showing. She was glad to finally be recognized by her superior. She looked up at Dante in concern when he charged a cero, but relaxed as a human stepped out. "silly me," she thought, she should have notice that. She blinked when Dante draped his cloak over her, she clutched the cloak and scampered off a short distance. Looked like the boss was getting serious, and it made her a bit warm inside that he had offered his cloak as a shield rather than sending her away, or not even caring at all. She waited to see what happened next. Why was he being protective? In her mind, Redd contemplated the meaning.

Makai laughed again thru Dante's entire speech.He picked up words like Reshi,coming from another world Ect. He'd learn more about those later.Even if he was defeated the people would rather die than serve an arrogant fool like Dante.Makai came up with a simple plan. " I'd like to see things from your point of view but I can't seem to get my head that far up my @ss.You say you the third strongest of your people so why should duel you? Wouldn't it make more sense for me to battle your leader,or is that much logic to much for your feeble mind to comprehend? A word of advice; It's better to let someone think you are an Idiot than to open your mouth and prove it. I can't stand arrogant people like you who think your better than others do to the power you possess......Your pathetic. Feel my power....A Thousand Needles of Death
Makai channels his chakra causing him to exert a frightening aura. Those affected by his "Manifestation" will experience an overwhelming sense of intimidation, and depending on their opponent's skills, may hallucinate. The man spoke words that he has never heard and when the rain droplets turned to needles and the rain flew at him. He brought his body up tight and let the needles strike him. As the needles struck his skin they did many different things. Some exploded causing smoke others just scratched the top layer of his Hiorri and cut through his clothes. Six stuck all a long his right forearm and two into his hand. He moved before another round could get thrown in out of the smoke.
When he came out he forced the needles out of his arm and they dropped. He landed on the left side of Makai. He landed on the ground hard making it crush. "All right... I see so your ability is to control water... Which puts me at a huge disadvantage. But that is okay... You have immobilized my right arm for now but its okay it is unnecessary for me to fight, you have swung your first strike... Now it is my turn." He drew his sword and now and extended it out. "I want to end this as quickly as possible... So I am not going to even hold back on you."
He closed his eyes focusing his energy. "All right... Let's see how this works." His body started to shiver a little and the rain began to evaporate into steam. Then his spirit pressure climbed to 50%. "When I first met you I felt intimidated that was the only reason why I was struck... But now that will no longer effect me, be in fear of my power... Drain Grand Ripper." His power erupted upwards in a huge beam of power. The presence he gave off was that of death, the man would feel over come with the feeling of sadness horrible sorrow as if witnessing his mother being murdered. "He swiped downwards with his scythe clearing the smoke were he stood was burnt from the power he just unleashed and broken up in some places. Even his king would sense his power knowing it better then anyone else.
His voice was no longer young it was kind of gruff and older (think of stark a little less dull.) When the smoke cleared completely you could see him sitting on one of the broken up rocks one leg over the other his arms crossed and his scythe snug on his back. "This is my true power. I do not normally use it but sense I have no other choice dealing with such a strong enemy." His spirit pressure would finally die down and the presence gone but his spirit pressure still reading out enough for him to be ready to attack. "I am what is called a hollow.. That is all I have to say nothing more... Nothing further. He stood up and reached down into his cloak and his hand sunk into his hoof like leg and pulled out another scythe. "I do not normally fight like this agents some one I don't know... But I'm not holding back."
He disappeared using sonido and then appeared behind him one quick and swift movement and spoke two words. "Drain Cut." As the black smog came from the wound just along the side of the arm and lingered like a tail of chakra except it was black and stunk of death and would feel as if a black sludge was leaking from his body. He turned and took for leaps back. "I didn't hit anything vital... So come on... lets have fun shall we?"
((5SP for the fast sonido and 5Sp for the attack. How about we do every other attack lands for the both of us to make it work a little smoother with what we are doing, I get this one but my next post attack will miss but when you attack it will deal damage, sound good? Oh yeah reminds me I have to PM the VC. >3<))

Makai ignored his cut and used a quick hand sign." "You thought you could destroy me by striking with power? How naive. ...no perhaps we differ in our basic understandings of the word "power". The water gathers around Makai once again and with it he creates a giant tortoise with a serpent for a tail completely made out of water. Purple water for the head, legs and tail and black water for the shell. It protects the Makai inside its shell, the black water making him visually hidden from Dante. The Tortoise attacks by shooting jets of water from the mouth and tail that are powerful enough to crush boulders at Dante. (That'll be fine,don't forget to take Hp for letting the needles hit) 185 CP ||| 215 HP

Salte was surprised by the humans ability to manipulate the rain into a weapon, she was even more surprised that Dante had released. He was hauling out the big guns. She wondered if the human noticed the leak in his arm or not. She launched herself into the air like a rocket when the giant turtle came out. She hung in midair and watched the fight from above, hopefully out of the way. The turtle's water was churning beneath the surface, it wasn't likely something could go through it with out getting swept away. A cero might get through, but balas would just detonate on the surface and cause temporary craters. Salte was watching the fight intently, her normal spazzyness gone in awe of the power play. This was serious stuff! Was it her imagination or was his releas different somehow? She couldn't put her finger on it, but she figured this world had altered it. Wonder what her release looked like here? Her normal one was rather crazy. Just might turn the tide for this battle, but it wasn't her fight unless number Dante called for it.

Dante laughed. 'Look he pushes away attack like it's nothing what ever.' Dante dodged the first blast of water but found that the second blast from the tail met him. "s**t!" BOOM! From colliding with his strong skin the water caused an explosion and made him fly backwards and into the ground with the water still dousing down on him. The water was indeed strong but his skin was stronger. He managed under the pressure to turn to his knees as the water pelted down on him. He needed a escape and quickly. "Balla AchK!" A green light exploded under him allowing him just a moment to escape.He appeared in the cross section between the two streams of water breathing heavy a large bruise was visible on his side. "I give you credit you are indeed strong, it takes a lot to bruise or even puncture my skin when I am in this state. But this just makes it more fun for me."
He got into his "Death Stance" as he called it. A scythe in each hand one hand behind his back the other in front. "All right... So this turtle thing is going to be a problem..." He began to contemplate in his heads the ways of attacks, and came up with three. "All right come at me." the way he figured the beast its self was controlled by the man on the inside. Bending to his will so him getting rid of the water around the man would allow for him to attack. If the man were to use the tail to attack he would chop off its head if the head attacked he would chop off his tail. He set him self ready for the attack that would come next.
((2Sp balla, 25Hp Water Jet and Close Balla, I didn't post it because the espada heal automatically when entering resurrection. Stated in the episode were MoMo joins Rangiku to fight the Tres espada's fraccion,
"There wounds are healed."
"Yeah apparently its their special ability when they release their sword." It was said something along those lines I assume it is said in the story of bleach so thus is in this guild right? Will change if needed and will update last and this post. And then we gain 15Sp and 10 Sp for releasing, Adelle told me that, I think I have them numbers right.))
