guitar here (u coud prolly tell by my account name), been playing about 5 years, startin to get into the relly hard solos and stuff. also gota band together (plays 50 percent sabbath covers, 50 percent originals) we sound descent im pretty happy w/ where i am in music these days.

wen we get a site ill put a link to it so u guys can check it out. we play modern rock songs, some metal, some rock, and some soft rock. as far as the sabbath covers go we play stuff like paranoid, supernaut, into the void, and sabbath bloody sabbath. i'm currently workin on the guitar solo for into the void, its not insanely hard its just relly long.

ill get my music on the web asap, as far as writing my own solos, i just come up w/ somethin usin a hybrid scale consisting of a pentatonic and a diminsihed scale. thast what i use for metal neways. the other guitar player in my band, i'll never figure out what he does but he does a ton of tapping tho and it souds good. btw, i think ur a good soloist the solo for vampire was nice.

I can't play anything yet...but I'm taking up guitar next school year. They've started offering the class so I'm just gonna take in my brother's elctric guitar. (which he can't play for crap, I might add. He's only 8. SUCKS! X_X;; ) And I guess vocals could be considered an instrument...assuming you've got some talent in it. I do for a metal band...I just have to join one.....

let me tell u from experience (not personal experience tho) not to joina band rite wen u start playin ur instrument, and also don't take up an instrument for the sole purpose of joinin a band. our band is havin trouble w/ a certain member who we allowed to do this.
