Okay! Who is ready for an arc? It's not a war arc, but it's something other than aimlessly sitting around.
Also, anyone seeking to rank up must either see the Hokage or the Mizukage and you will get information. Everyone post your arc ideas here!

Well with Naruto it is always War, battle or sneaking things. Do we have an organization trying to come up from the ashes? The best I can go with is that each village have its own sub-arc.
Maybe throw in a Jinjurriki uprising. Totally spit balling here though with different ideas.
1. Maybe like the Demons are finding ways to loosen their bound to their hosts seemingly to take control of them for short burst at first then total takeovers.
2. A hidden long sleeping evil reawakens.
Idk really. What is the main story line for this guild? I have notice many of them nowadays are missing them. Maybe an Arc Weapons arc, Arc Summoning Arc.
3. A Summoning Arc of an ancient summoning that has come back to life to break the bounds and ties of Summonings to their summoners and control them into their most primal forms.

Both cages are kidnapped by a very strong advisory and replaced with clones of them that are almost completely identical even in there strength, and they slowly begin killing off the ninja of the villages personaly starting with jonin.

The Kage's are kidnapped by the Samurai who use a new cloning technique they manufactored to make the replacements and send them into the village. The Kage then call on their Jinchuuriki privately and loosen the seals they have on them to cause the Jinchuuriki to thrash out (no RPC deaths from Jinchuuriki outbreak). The Kage begin trying to kill off RPC's and once found out use special weapons, and ancient summons along with the rampaging Jinchuuriki to fight the village causing the two villages to have to work together to fight off the fake kages and the many powerful obstacles put up against them. Needing to rescue the Kages from the samurai so they can re-seal the Jinchuuriki together. Just trying to combine everything, also sorry for my absence I'm renovating our new home and will be moving soon so posting is scarce. I'd like to rank up but cant post steady right now so I cant show up to the Mizukage's office. ^^;

I think there should be a tournament between the Villages just to see what happens. I think it would be cool.

This is how my story arc goes.
The current Jinchuuriki are suddenly all disrespected, and unwanted by the Villages and even the Kage, and then they all feel so bad, that they want to destroy, or lead the village that didn't want them. They leave the Village, and travel to other villages to find other Jinchuuriki. They ask the other Jinchuuriki if they want to join them. If that Jinchuuriki says no, then they must fight to change their minds. If the Jinchuuriki that wants to rebel wins, then the Jinchuuriki that they wanted to recruit has to join them. They keep on doing this until they find all living Hosts. Once they all have a team of 5 and up, they rebel against the Villages. The Jinchuuriki easily defeat the Villagers and team up to kill the Kages. Once they do that, they add that Village to the Villages the conquered. They keep on doing this until all the major villagers are conquered.
End Solution
*The Conquered Villagers get their most gifted Ninja to fight the Jinchuuriki one on one since all of them at once is too great. The Conquered Villages' "Gifted Ninja" are a team of 3 of the most gifted Ninja that are left. They fight them, and change the Jinchuuriki's minds so that Jinchuuriki could fight on the Villagers' side. Only 2 Jinchuuriki see that what they're doing is wrong. Then, their combined forces fight the Main Jinchuuriki. If the Jinchuuriki win, then they rebuild the Villages and make each of them Kages of their Village. If the combined forces win, they remake their Villages and bring it back to normal.
Bonus
*Every Jinchuuriki that Rebels Recuit gain a Kage Mode cloak like Kage Mode Naruto's. They can master their Bijuu with ease, and receive bonus powers that correspond with their Bijuu's powers.
