It was a quiet night, not much moonlight. November padded her way across the cold, hard ground, enjoying the snowy scenery. She was still a bit unfamiliar with her surroundings and, having arrived in the area too long ago, she didn't have any friends, yet.

Walking out in the darkness, two eyes on her paws, and two on where she was going, Mutie walked through the snow. Mutie's paw steps were careful, precise. She had a grace about her that she carried very well for a mutant four eyed feline.
Mutie stopped and looked with all four eyes up to the sky. She didn't understand how other cats could be satisfied seeing the world with two eyes. She saw so much with four. Two was limiting to her. Her view of the universe had no equal among other felines she'd seen about.

"Oh!"
November blinked as she bumped into the side of something soft and warm. A rock covered with a.. black blanket..? I think that's what it's called. But why is it warm..? Stepping back, she realized it was another Neko.
"Oh. I.. S.. sorry. I didn't see you there."

Mutie closed her top pair of eyes as she turned to face this stranger who had bumped into her. She shifted to the side a little. "Hello. Oh, its alright. Are you just wandering alone in the darkness out here?"
"You could sit with me for a while," she suggested. Mutie sat down on the snow.

November relaxed a bit when the other didn't become mad about being bumped into. "Thank you," she smiled as she next to her. "Yes. I'm still a bit new with the area. I'm roaming to get my bearings, and I find the landscape to be quite peaceful and magical. I'm November."

She nodded her head then opened all her eyes. "My name is Vodka Mutini, but I prefer to be called Mutie. Its nice to meet you November," Mutie said, blinking her four eyes, each pair separately.
"This is a very beautiful place."

November blinked when she noticed that there was a pair of light blue eyes above a similar pair. And all four were looking at her. She wasn't freaked, moreso very curious and in awe.
"You have lovely eyes," she complimented earnestly. "And yes, it is! I've only been here a short while and it's already become a favorite place to wander to. You come here by yourself as well?" she asked.

Mutie twitched her tail happily. "You like my eyes?" She asked. Curious, nobody else had said that to her before. Then again, nobody had really noticed her eyes before.
"I wander a lot, there are many places I come on my own," she said.

"Yes, I do."
The fact that Mutie's seen many places resparked her curiosity in the other. She was a bit glad that she'd literally bumped into her tonight. "You do? Do you have any favorite places near here?"

She nodded. "I know of a few places nearby." She flicked her tail. "Do you want to go now or later?"

"Now sounds all right, if you don't mind. My paws are getting a bit cold from sitting in the snow for so still and long," November answered, standing after a quick stretch.
"After you."

Mutie yawned then stood. "Alright," She rubbed under November's chin then started walking through the snow with a bounce in her step.

The momentary gesture felt nice. November wasn't exactly sure about its meaning or what to do in response, since no other Neko had done that to her. So she just fell in step next to the other, minus the bounce, and enjoyed the sound and feeling of her paws in and on the snow, and the scenery.
"How far until we reach the first place?" She asked after a bit of polite silence.

"Not all that far" She said as she trotted along ahead. "There are some natural hot springs nearby."

Natural hot springs? For a moment November was equally surprised and hesitant at the new knowledge. She'd heard of such pools of water but never saw or found one for herself before, and even then she wasn't sure she wanted to get close to them, having never liked water for anything other than drinking.
Even so, she steadily kept her step with the other. "How big are they? Do you like water?"
