Biography: Rain is the b*****d child of an affair between a woman who was already married to a wealthy politician and a man who was a successful business man. When his mother's husband found out about her un-loyalty to him, he was distraught and immediately divorced her. He thought he could be rid of both distrustful wife and illegitimate child, but he was wrong. The man who his wife affaired with pulled strings in order to leave the child in his care.
The man was distraught for he already had a legitimate child and the b*****d child could ruin his reputation. However, he had no choice. He took in the child, but the boy retained his original father's last name: Storm. He was often ignored by his step-father as a child and was given a private maid to tend to him. She was kind, but she was no parent for she already had three other children. Rain's older step-brother, Clarik, was the only one who treated with him kindness. He looked up to his brother as an idol and absolutely adored him. Clarik worked as a detective at the local station.
When his brother died during a case, Rain was taken with depression despite his early age. He became very serious and changed his ways, but retained his dream job of following in his brother's foot steps.
