Kimi was born somewhere in California, though she doesn't talk much about her previous life, she claims she was a great musician with a hit record and thousands of fans before she was a victim of a car crash. Shinigami gave her a second chance at life due to her fighting spirit. Though she was given a second chance, he could only give it to her if she became a Weapon Spirit to be used by a Meister, she agreed to it, and refused to continue the use of the term "used" and instead calls it a partnership. Shinigami laughed.

*Soul-Reaping - Similar to Witch-Hunting, Soul Reaping is where the Meister and the Weapon's souls resonant at equal frequencies to the point where their soul energies fuse into one large mass of energy, granting both a massive boost in soul energy.
*Fender-Wave - Unlike in human form, the blade vibrates with enough energy to create several waves of air.
*Stratocastor - Using soul energy, the blade can extend around an enemy for a sneak attack and closes around the enemy, slicing them to pieces.
Weaknesses
*By using Soul-Reaping, the meister and the weapon become completely drained for several hours to several days.
*Fender-Wave now damages to the Meister instead of the Weapon.
