Cheery pink eyes scanned the menu tacked up on the far wall ahead of them, carefully taking note of every specialty coffee the store was able to serve up. Nora was trying very hard to be absolutely certain of what she wanted this time, but it was difficult with all of the items she had yet to give a try! She was a regular here, and there were still so many drinks she had yet to enjoy. Every time she finally reached the front of the line, she would spend a good half a minute being indecisive about what she wanted -- but, and a small part of her could admit this, part of it was because she thought the barista who normally worked the counter on this shift was cute.

"Oh hi, Nora, right? Come on up, what can I get you?"

The girl perked up from her daydreams and skipped up to the counter, resting sweater-clad elbows on it. "Hi there, hon! Always so nice to see you," she smiled. Reaching a hand up to fiddle with one of her curls of wine red hair, she continued, "Oh, I don't know... I swear you add something new to the menu every week! But -- oooh..." and her eyes peered briefly up at the menu, before returning to her server, "I know it's not Christmas anymore... but you wouldn't still be able to make me a peppermint mocha, would you?"
