Alright, so you wanna take on the world, do you? Think you got what it takes to make a really awesome mission do you? Well... we at Narutoverse think it’s time for you to put your money where your mouth is because we like to manipulate you to do our work for us enjoy yourself while you're here. We know there are times when all the crew are busy and that can be a bit of a drag, but that's why we're letting you run you own missions and giving you some creative freedoms by giving you a guild line and some basic rules to follow to make your own mission(s)

So how do Missions work exactly? Missions work as follows: Every mission has a rank to it, each of these ranks will have a number to it and the rank of the mission will determine the minimum number of posts you'll need to finish the mission. Once you complete your mission you'll be rewarded the point that was assigned to the Rank of the mission and you'll be that many steps closer to becoming the next Rank in the Ninja path.
That’s right, from now on you get to bribe us earn your Chunin rank with the mission points instead of taking those chunin exams that force you to do silly things and be judged by a bunch of old farts who think that they are better than you. Sound interesting? Good! Let me explain the Points system to you a little better...
The mission points are as follows: You'll earn 0.25 for an E ranked mission 0.50 for D 1 for C 2 for B 4 for A 5 for S - S Ranked missions are going to be a little different, these missions are run by the crew so the number of posts needed to complete it won't necessarily be fixed, instead, they will likely be plot important and variable.
So, if you take a C-ranked mission you'll get one mission point ( Coolguyshinobi= 1 Rank Point) if you took another C-ranked mission and successfully completed it you would get another Rank Point (CoolguyShinobi=2 Rank points) Now let’s say our bold hero got lazy and wanted to take an E ranked mission... those last two C-ranked missions su~cked! So, after completing his Post count he achieved his E rank mission his total would now be 2.25 ninja points.
But wait, we'll sweeten the deal for you! Through gentle persuasion with bats and broken bottles, we convinced Nor that he can give out extra points for amazing roleplaying that floors the crew with awesome! However, the fickle mind of the powers that be can also take away points for poor roleplaying as well. Nor is a Faustian sort of fellow... he can giveth and he can taketh away in that regard...

That's all fine and dandy, but how many posts to accomplish a mission?
How many posts to finish the mission largely depends on the ranking of the mission, keep in mind that this isn't post/single user to get the job done (unless you’re on solo missions of course) but post/group on mission:
E-ranked missions need 10 posts collectively D-ranked missions need 15 posts collectively C-ranked Missions need 30 B ranked missions need 45 A-ranked missions need 60 And S-ranked missions won't have a set number as they are going to be plot conclusive and also run solely by the crew, sorry fledglings... no making S-ranked missions for you.
In order to complete a mission you must first achieve the minimum number of posts in order to full it. That means that if your hunting bandits the last one won't arrive until the 30th post if it’s a C-ranked mission. The pace of the mission is at whatever speed you and your team would like to go at, meaning that you can take your time and character build if you would like. As longs as you complete your mission and get the minimum amount of posts to complete the mission in before you call it quits you'll get your mission point.

So... will Crew be running any of these missions or are you just dumping your work on us?
Yes w- I mean of course not! There will be a variety of missions that the crew will be putting up where they will be running NPC or perhaps even the main obstacle of the mission. However, we are also giving you guys a lot more freedom too, unlike some of the previous generations in Narutoverse, if you wanted to talk with the NPC your supposed to protect then you're more than welcome too. As long as those Post counts are completed we don't mind what you do. S-ranked missions will more than likely work a little differently than this but because the these missions will be Plot focused there will always be differences and each S-rank mission will be treated as a unique mission.
There will be two main types of missions: There will be the Crew missions that we will be having a heavier hand in, though how you pace things is up to you. Then there are the Member missions; which you will have complete control over, you'll need permission to get these missions up but the Crew here are pretty open minded and laid back individuals who are just making sure that the Rank fits the Task. To apply for a mission just post the following in the missions thread and it will be approved by the Crew that runs your village or, if there is something wrong with the Rank/Task ratio, then you'll get a pm about it to tell you that the rank of the mission as been adjusted (which may lead to you not being able to do it at your current rank... but don't despair! You can always take it at a later date!)
Here is the mission form:
Name of the Mission: Description of the Mission: Ninja Involved in mission: Rank of Mission: Other Info:
That's not so complicated, is it? The 'Other info' section is to request Crew members to play NPC's if necessary. Once it is approved by a member of the crew you will see something that looks like this: Approved~ Razminion If for some reason it is not approved or the rank was adjusted you will see a note like one these: Check your PM's -Nor Or... Rank Increase (Or Decrease if its too easy a mission for the rank you requested) Sorry you are not able to do this mission at this time (or good hunting! if the mission rank was lowered) -Random Crew Member
It is worth noting that you can turn down Crew run missions if you want. (Though Crew run missions tend to give prizes and more development) While not on crew missions, your characters can get the option to either training or go on Member missions.

That sounds all well and good... but how can we rank up with points?:
Well! You will need to give a small monetary donation some good hard work and effort into missions. In order to achieve the next rank you will be given a Rank point, you will need: 15 Rank points to earn the rank of Chunin and 50 Rank points to get to the rank of Jonin.
Keep in mind, that your missions are directly linked to what rank you are: At Genin, you are allowed C-ranked and lower missions At Chunin, you are allowed B-ranked and lower missions At Jonin, you are allowed A-rank and lower missions.
Think you got it? Awesome! If you have any questions feel free to pm Myself or one of the other Crew members and we'll be happy to help. We don't bite honest. Except maybe Nor... he's still a little bitter about our gentle persuasion tactic of getting him to give us the extra points... I think I'll be sleeping in my safe tonight...
