Biroki loved baths in the moonlight. Everything looked so pretty in the moonlight- muted and silvered. The dreams of the waking world. It was so nice and peaceful. So still... so serene... Sometimes he forgot how anxious he could get. His favorite lake was fairly shallow- you could go very far out while still being able to stand upright on the smooth lake bottom. He liked to go out very far when he bathed, and look up at the stars while he soaked. He could get lost in that sky. He did, sort of. His baths often took a very long time. He often stayed there until dawn, just... watching. Suffice to say, his skin would be wrinkly and he would have odd sleeping schedules for a while, but when weren't his sleep habits strange? He was pretty much up whenever he chose. He relaxed in the cool water, letting it ease the tension out of his muscles.
He was, of course, naked. Who bathes with clothes? thats the perfect way to get chills. His clothes, a cup of warm tea, and his bag of stuff lay on the shore- a rocky outcropping a few yards away, neatly bundled and folded. Ah! He had forgotten his soap and bathing oils... Well, there was an interesting plant by his spot, and it wasn't like there was much of a difference in depth. He decided to swim back to his things and soap up- just soaking wouldn't get the dirt away. But he took his time. It was the one thing, the only thing, that he felt comfortable taking his time with. The only thing that he didn't have some anxiety about. And it was a nice bright misty night out. What could possibly make him anxious tonight?

The night time in Jahuar was so beautiful, with the moon shining on the waters and all the trees Zuri couldn't help but feel like taking a stroll and possibly a swim! Since cutting most of her hair off Zuri felt a little bit more like she belonged in Jahuar, and the extra time she had was amazing, she would have never guessed how much time she would save by not having to braid and tie up her hair every day.
Walking through Jahuar's forest she came to the edge of a lake. After looking around she didn't notice anyone and started to strip, laying her clothing neatly on a rock. As she did so she started to sing to herself, it was a lullaby that her father use to sing to her back at home. As she did she became more and more oblivious to the world around her, noticing nothing but the water that was lapping at her feet and the wind threw her hair. If she had been paying more attention she would have realized that she was not alone.

It was such a lovely night out. As Biroki waded back to his spot, he breathed in the clear air around him, closing his eyes with a smile. It was so nice, he could almost swear that the jungle... the darkness... the stars... They almost seemed to be singing with the beauty of Tendaji. It was beautiful, almost like it had words, words that, if he could only just barely comprehend. Silvery like the moon, fluid like the water, the words washed over him. He almost could understand them... Oh wait. There were words. Someone was actually singing. He opened his eyes and looked around frantically. Was there someone else there? "Hello?" he squeaked, backing towards his things, looking outward towards the other side of the lake. Surely, the singer was that way? Perhaps he should have looked to the side.

She was slowly making her way towards the water, the water slowly climbing up her legs. She was at her waist with her eyes closed when she heard another voice calling out. She threw herself downward, covering herself in the water. Even in her surprise she recognized the voice, though she couldn't see where it came from. Looking around the lake she couldn't see anyone, then again there wasn't a lot of light beside the light from the moon and she sometimes had issues seeing things at night.
"Biroki?" She was covering her torso with her arms still not sure if she was imagining his voice or if it was really him. For all she knew it could have been a trick of the wind.

Biroki yelped and fell backward. He was hoping that it wasn't another person. That someone else was here. Ohhhh worse yet! That voice was Zuri's voice! He felt so embarrassed. "uh..." He struggled to his feet, instictively bringing his hands to his neck and chest and fidgeting. His hands probably would be better spent covering his groin, but nervous fidgeting was his response to everything. "H-hi, Z-zuri..." he squeaked shyly, backing towards the rocks. He couldn't see her, but oh dear oh dear she was there. "N-n-n... Nice night, huh?" So much for his relaxing night. He wanted to get back to his things and drink his calming tea because now he needed it. But.. if he moved... The very thought of her seeing him made him blush.

Just her luck, not only was she not alone but she was with Biroki! Normally that would be a good thing, but considering she was completely naked and didn't want to risk going to her clothing and having him see her it wasn't. Looking around she finally saw him and when she realized that he wasn't dressed either her eyes widened and she turned away so not to see him.
"Yes, beautiful night for a swim..." Normally Zuri had so much to say, but not today. She could tell that he was embarrassed, but she was sure that she was more. Oh what would her father say! Swimming naked with a boy at night! None the less a boy she already had growing feelings for. "So... um... come here a lot?" she asked moving slowly back to where her clothing was located, the water still covered her hips and below while her arms covered her chest. Oh how she wished she had her long hair to cover her!

If he had known how close she was, and that she had seen him... he would be completely senseless with embarrassment. It was bad enough as it was. He almost wanted to stand stock still and not move towards his stuff. But he had to get his bathing supplies! And his tea! And... And... Ahhhh! "y-y...y-y yes. I... Do. I c-c-come here all the t-time... To, uh, bathe. In the lake" He compromised, backing up to the little penninsula he had set his stuff on, putting it's stone between them. He didn't know that Zuri's things were on the other side. And Zuri. "It h-h-has a n-nice view... No! N... Not... I mean... The moon! Th-thats... I..." he stammered into silence, heart racing. "I... I'm sorry." he said, fidgeting. He didn't know why he was apologizing. He hadn't seen anything, he hadn't even seen her. Not even a glimpse. Except for that time on the branch. When he had saved her life. And then... He started moving, sidling along the rocky penninsula. He needed his tea.

Zuri nodded. Yes she knew he was bathing, that was clear from his naked body. Though she was sure he didn't know that she had seen him, from what she knew about Biroki he would be stammering and unable to speak if he knew she saw him. "Oh this is my first time. I just came for a nice swim under the moonlight." She was going to say she wouldn't have come if she knew he was there, but he wasn't sure if that was true.
She listened to him stutter, a smile plastered on her face. He was so adorable. Her back was still to him. "Nothing to be sorry for, I interrupted you so it is me who should be sorry. Do you want me to leave?" She didn't want to leave, but she didn't want him to be uncomfortable. Maybe they could both get dressed again and have some of his wonderful tea? She had a feeling he would need it.

"No.. I... yes.. I... n-no..." stammered Biroki, "You d-don't have to be s-sorry... or, uh... leave..." He grabbed at his clothes and missed, "I... I mean..." He moved closer, "D... do you want... t-tea?" It was probably cold by now, but he could always make a fire...

Zuri smiled, happy that she didn't have to leave and even happier that he offered her some of his yummy tea. "Okay, and I would love some tea." She said still not moving. She could hear him moving, but she didn't hear him get dressed yet so she didn't want to move. She was sure that if he moved just slightly he would see her and her naked back, though she was sure he hadn't since he still had his ability to speak.
"Should we get dressed and have this tea, or are we having it naked?" she teased him playfully.

"N-n-n-naked?!!" squeaked Biroki, flinching as a barrage of not unpleasant images flashed through his head. he had been reaching for his clothes when she had said that, and in an example of poor timing, his nervous flailing caused them to sail out from his hands... and into the water. Splash. "Ack! Nooo!" he scrambled to grab them, managing to drag the clothes out of the water and onto the landing. "Nooo, oh no... uh... I... Don't have other clothes... A-and they're all wet now..." Warily, like a rabbit, he scurried out and gathered some firewood, looking around warily in case she could see him... Oh no, was that... was that a flash of.... blue? Nonononono he shouldn't look! He flushed red and kneeled by the wood, looking around warily. "I'll... uh... s-start the f-fire and... Uh... s-set up the c-clothes and the t-tea... but... I... uh..." He sparked the fire and started to lay out his wet things and the teapot, tense and nervous now. "I... I'm..." he hid behind a rock, "... S-sorry..." he said, as if it was his fault for accidentally drenching his clothes.

Zuri laughed at his nervousness. Yes her comment had the affect that she assumed it would have, though if she would have known that it was going to drench his clothing then she would have never said anything at all! Although she was teasing about having tea naked she had never really imagined them having tea naked! But at the same time she wouldn't want him to wear wet clothing and get sick.
"I'm sorry! I shouldn't have said anything, if I hadn't your clothing wouldn't be all wet." Oh she didn't know what to do... Were they really going to have their tea naked! Oh her father would just die. "You have nothing to be worried about dear. Oh gosh I would get dressed but that would be strange since you are not." She thought about how they could share her clothing until his was dry. "To bad you weren't my size, you could wear my pants and I would wear my shirt. They are both pretty big since I wore airy clothing knowing I was going swimming. My pants have a string to make them tighter, you could loosen them and try? They are on my side of the rock. My shirt along will cover me enough till your clothing is dry." she suggested. Him coming to get her pants would make it so he would have to see her naked back, but that was better then having naked tea. Well she knew it was since she was raised that showing off ones naked body wasn't good, but part of her thought it wasn't so bad as long as it was just him seeing her.

"Oh... uh..." Pants sounded very nice. "I'll... I'll try it... uh... Y-you're just on the other s-side of this p-penninsula?" he began to creep over, "oh, uh..." he hesitated, "uhm... t- turn around?" He crept forward, feeling more and more like he wanted to run the hell away. He found her things- how had be missed them?! on the other side of the penninsula. "I... uh..." he tried to not look out towards the water. He nervously rifled through her things, trying not to touch everything. He found the pants, holding them up. He... probably could fit.. "I'll just... uh... p-put... them on now." he said, accidentally glancing out into the lake.
He stared for a long moment before drawing himself away. "I'll j-just ch-check on the fire now...!" he squeaked, retreating back to his fire with the pants.

She smiled as he came to the realization that she was closer to him then he originally thought. "Okay, I'm already turned around." she said with a smile as she masked her laughter. She listened as he moved her things, looking for her pants no doubt, but he was being very careful and respectful with her stuff. Then again she wouldn't expect any less from Biroki. When he said he would return to the first and had her pants she glanced back behind her, once she was sure he was gone she quickly made her way to where her shirt was.
As she got out of the water she was happy that her hair wasn't wet, that would have made keeping dry much harder. She dried her body with the small towel she had and pulled the shirt over her head. It reached about mid thigh, and although it wasn't what she was use to it wasn't all that bad. "Okay I have my shirt? Can I come over now." she asked wanting to make sure he was dressed and ready for her.

"Y-yes... the water was starting to come close to a boil, and he gave the fire a nervous nudge. He was blushing too hard to look at her when she came closer to the firelight. He had seen her. Again. He felt some shame. Make that a lakeload of shame. He shouldn't be doing that. Looking. It was wrong! But it had been an accident. Both times. He couldn't... it wasn't his fault, right? "w-well... uh..." he managed to look up at her before he had to avert his gaze out of pure embarassment, "H-h-hi..." He poked the fire again, hoping... no... wishing that the damn water would boil already so he could not-awkwardly-at-all-in-someone-else's-pants get up and start brewing tea. To do anything but sit here after an aborted bath and be awkward. "I... I guess someone t-told you about the l-lake..."
((This occurs after Sen'oda's 'return' and after the tea party... I guess?))
