Fireflight: A few things, sorry: 1. Name: 'Solaris' can't be used because there is a common English equivalent - even if we took it as Latin, 'Rhapsody' is English. We don't allow the use of foreign language names unless they're themed in that vein (which is to say, he would have to be Ancient Roman etc) and from there you still wouldn't be able to use 'Solaris' and 'Rhapsody' together. Otherwise, foreign words can only be used with English words is they've been assimilated into daily English use. I suggest Solar Rhapsody. 2. I noticed all your refs are off the Celestia-style/aristocratic pony lines - we do not offer that in Phonyland, and the best we can do is a modelesque/bulked up normal Phony, eg. Valiant and Espresso Brulee. 3. Jun really hates doing braids because he isn't good at it. Two long braids like this would cost quite a bit extra if it were picked up. 4. Cutiemark is a bit too complicated for me; I would either simplify it or ask for a version large enough to copy&paste.
Once his name is changed I can QC it again. He would be conditional approval due to his alicornness, his amulet, braiding and Brush n Grow.
I am not willing to change his name, he has gone though a few revisions since I first created him but his name has always been Solaris so I'm just going to stop questing him.
