Water manipulation: Can stop or direct water. needs a decent amount of it together to do anything with it, roughly about 3 gallons. He can cause the water to solidify enough to walk on it or allow someone else to walk on it. He can burst it into mist but then looses the ability to work with it until it rejoins in a puddle. This applies to all water but if it's not fresh water he has to concentrate on using it more.
Personality: Cautious
He seems a bit cowardly in combat unless near water. He takes more care to defend himself than others nearby. And if annoyed he will not hesitate to threaten or attempt to drown you.These threats are usually said with a firm voice but if one cared to push it he would merely try to scare them off and stop before actually hurting them.
Focused
He can keep his attention on a task despite many distractions so events in the background pass him by. Seems single-minded or even obsessive in his focus on a specific task.The easiest way to get his attention is to touch him, that's usually good enough to shock him out of his zone. He won't try to walk and work because that would cause him no to be able to devote himself to the task at hand whether it be for school or hobbies.

He rarely uses slang or shortened words preferring to pronounce it correctly and clearly.
Neat:
He has a place for everything and everything has it's place. He's clothes are always neat and pressed and his hair is well kept. He could even be considered a "Neat Freak". This was mostly since he was constantly cleaning up around the family business he didn't want to have to clean his own space as well.
Untouchable:
He hates to be touched and that combined with his neat tendencies he doesn't like rough housing or anything that would get him dirty. Rob took to heart the old theory of the personal bubble, Like when you'd hold your arms out and if they touched anyone you were too close, so that's about the range of his personal bubble. This is more of a preference than a phobia, having such a large family he just gets tired of all the closeness so he values his space dearly.

BiographyHistory:
Robyn's life was pretty calm for most of his life. His parents owned and ran the local tourist attraction gift shop & bed n breakfast. He was constantly getting blamed for his older sister Amy's pranks. It seemed she was the prodigal child while Robyn was too smart or too old to be acting in such ways. He is jealous of his sister and in a lot of ways wishes he was more like her. He spent his days trying to avoid the tourists and do his chores around the house. One day as his abilities had started to manifest he'd been out in the water fall playing his beautiful music when a girl came to the shore. He'd smiled at her and when he was done he met her at the shore where she cried and hugged him. The next thing he recalled he was holding her under the water and when he moved to pull her out it was too late. He'd killed her, or at least thought he had been the one responsible.(( Note here: At some point in the future he will find out it was really his sister who had killed the girl and used his trance state to frame him)) He was terrified and when he told his parents they'd tsked and argued with each other about it being the other one's fault their son was such a disappointed. He feels his parents are justified in their disappointment. And while he doesn't think people are out to get him, he doesn't want them to get close on the off chance that they'll hurt him. Telling people he'd drown them, seemed a logical choice since most believed him capable of doing it and few would come close to him enough to try and be friends.Shortly after he was sent to the other Realm to attend Horror High, and hopefully return as the proper boy he should be.
