The Current World of The Hidden Nations. It is still unshaped. As the years have started to pass the creation of people by Life has happened. Order has formed gods for the humans to follow. Death has created demons to crush the human opposition. Chaos is bidding it's time.
It appears as though that Time goes faster in the Past. As for each month that pass in the normal world. 5 Years passes in the Normal World.
The three cross travelers have been lost in the land old for years.
Nothing they have done has lead them back out...

“ I have been stuck with you males for too long, " Mashira said as she lifted her axe from one of the monsters heads, hearing the sound of the skull crack as she did this. They has spent years being in this forsaken place, or was it months? She didn't know. Time had no meaning in this world and any attempt at trying to figure it out had been stopped long ago. When they first appeared in this world it was only a temporary thing, at least each one of them seemed to hope for. It was the rush really. Blinding them of thought towards the consequences of the actions they were taking in going to this strange new world. However after they entered in to this world it seemed like everything that changed. When first seeing the monsters Mashira was in awe over them, their brute strength alone was something to stare at. It was strange to see living and breathing creatures around, thus she loved it. Monsters in their own right, and beings that held no name in their own world. Some of them she saw in old films back in their world, horror and monster flicks that depicted them in slaughtering people for meals. Back then it seemed pointless to her in watching those films as she knew that they couldn't be true, that all monster like creatures were not fully after the love of slaughter and fear. She was one after all and so she thought she knew better. But when coming here it all changed. After fighting these creatures day in and day out, she had grown tired of them.
The rules of killing these things had changed to her, although the two men she came with were still believing in time paradox idea. In her mind it was more simple as she was a simple being: Kill them before they kill us. Of course not the one's that were intelligent. but the brainless beings that held no knowledge nor empathy. The one's that could speak, hold weapons and seemed to hold something in their mouths other then flesh were not to be killed. After all some of them were her gods, or spitting images of them. Not long ago she swore she saw one of her kind, but one of mass strength and one that was as tall as the mountains. She thought it was a child of Fenrir and left it alone as she could not kill any wolf type. However the creature she had just slain was not one who appeared of any signs of her gods, nor any she heard of. The being was an snake like creature with a human face, yet held nothing but insanity and blood lust in it's eyes. It had to die, if not for its attempt in attacking their group then for the mere insult of even thinking that a lower level creature in chakra could take them.
Thing had changed but Mashira's attitude on people and beings hadn't fully, and if anything her manners only grew worse. She had lost her ability in speaking courtly towards people who held lower chakra then them or to people who held to value. She could be diplomatic towards some of the older beings in this world, after all it was their world, before even humans were born. However she was more then sure that if she ever returned to their world of nanja's then she would surly hated by every country ruler for her silver tongue. Even now certain kages name's flashed their her head and the only thought of them were 'weak idiots' and 'human scum'. Her body had changed as well, appeared in her face and her style. When she lived in their old world she kept up the false image of a young child who wore frilly dresses and hide the monster to unsuspecting fools. Now she was too tired to even hide her true self plus the two men who she joined on this journey were far use to her, so, why tried to hide anything now? She wore outfits that made it easier to undress and use her abilities. Her armor held buckles which would make it easier for her stomach to turn and eat any ninny hammers, flesh or what else. Her features were less soft and more adult like as she was possibly in her later teenage years now. Not that she knew how old she was in this body anymore.
“ Any luck in finding more clues in how to get out of this place? " She asked while swinging her blade up, allowing it to rest on her shoulder. She didn't dare to clean the blood off, as fresh blood would give off a signal to all creatures with a heightened sense to stay away. A predator thing so to speak. “ Or are the gods still pissing on us? " Least to say despite her more feminine appearance, she still talked like any bar man would. In the first few months she tried her best to not curse and act more child like but after all this time she gave up. It was too exhausting to even try and hide her foul tongue and attitude. “ I guess this place isn't so bad though, I mean it it sure beats annoying people with their stupid questions and those books that the old letch made. Certainly it more thrilling... " As she spoke she glanced down to the dead creature before she simply knelled down in front of it. The girl started to examin the body, wanting to make sure that they weren't passing up anything that would be good for armor or weapons. Possibly even if they could eat the create for food.
Her face seemed to twist for a second as she leaned forward to smell it, causing her to pull back a bit. “ Guess it's your guys cooking again as this thing ain't edible for even Naruto to eat. " She explained before shifting her wait to the left, now reaching out to tear out some bones. Hopefully they were strong enough to make something out of them.

It had been years. Months. Days... How long had it been. His wings started to spread again. Fluttering slowly. How long had it been since he let the two of them talk him into going into the void. The long distant past. His wings kept fluttering. The longer he spent away from the heavens the more his power degraded. The longer he spent here... The more he was disconnected form his own people. The longer he spent here.. the angrier he had gotten. They were watching some of the best parts of the world grow. However things that none of them were supposed to see. "...I just want to kill you some days... Like rip your face off and make it into a fashionable pair of wings."
He let his eyes roll for a moment. He held his claw up to his teeth and started to pick his teeth. He let his teeth turn into fangs and he sighed slowly. He looked around for a moment and he couldn't find away home. He couldn't see any where home. He wasn't even sure that they could get home. How would they get home. Would they even have a home to go too. He looked up to the sky and he could still see them arguing. He ran his claws on his hand and he started to sharpen them. "I am pretty sure they are thinking of away to kill us. I mean I think that we should get use to this place.. or at least wait until something opens up..Some kind of portal."He looked and his armor was falling apart. He looked at the bone she was picking at, and he only snatched it from her. He let his claw grow out a bit longer. As he sat down and started to twiddle it. They could use a new set of daggers.. Monsters had always started to walk across this land. He given up the hope about keeping the time line the same. kill or be killed seemed to be the lay of the land. So why fight against it. "I will go hunting tonight.. bring us..something editable... even though I am not sure what is.. and what isn't anymore.."He said with a toothy grin.

Chapter 4: Into the Grey "" We've all been stuck with each other for too long... " Reiko replied to the Twilight leader. He was seen afloat telepathically in an Indian stance 7 feet above the two of them. With his skill in magnetism he could have done so with the manipulation of the magnetic field and a bit of repelling. But this route would strengthen his mind better. That did not mean he skipped his training in magnetism. In addition to Reiko being afloat he also had one of the far deceased weapons of the monsters afloat as well via magnetism; his fingers were lightly tapping the air as if he was on a keyboard. The blade was slowly being disassembled into equal parts, before turning into a similar appearance of an aqueous solution; then being turned back into solid metal and reassembled once more. As a matter of fact, Reiko has been working on a suit lately with his skill in magnetism, which could have been seen by the three of them a few feet away from Reiko. He kept it under wraps when it came to why he was building it in this design but as for the creation itself they knew he was making armor, nothing more really. When he had first arrived here, Reiko had scratched the surfaced of magnetism, along with his...other power. But as Mashira said they have been here for wayyyy to long. And when one was stuck in the conditions the three of them were in, survive and train were the key components. That is what Reiko did all of this time, resulting in his skill in both magnetism and the phoenix force far greater than when he first arrived. Even the Ryuugan abilites in its third and final zone was mastered by Reiko, which may have been another key part into keeping his sanity." But that just means we've become stronger in this section of the void....also your scents have been stuck with me too long as well." When was the last time each of them took a shower? Time had passed too long in this realm. It passed so long that it began to become non-existent. This was not supposed to happen, even though it could have happen. The three of them were supposed to go into the void and fix it, so that their world would not be torn apart the way Reiko's world was. But everything went to hell, once again and their only way back was slammed shut. Since then Reiko had been trying to figure out ways to get back to the present. None of his attempts had worked. As much as he has learned about his abilities, he still was unable to escape all this time. Even teaming up with Remnant was pointless, and it was not because of different ranks of shinobi. It was because Remnant's powers were linked to the heavens, and that link was cut when they arrived here. Since then, his powers to the heavens were slowly weakening to the point where they could not use their teleportation ability to return. Now they were stuck for good it seemed. It was beyond the obvious that each of them carried their own personalities, but being together for so long, it was as if....they were Reiko's friends and possibly family in a weird way. The two of them had to had realize this, whether they would admit to it or not. "I think that's his way of saying he likes you Mashira." he teased the Twilight leader. Sooner of later the question may have raised into Mashira and Remnant's minds as to what type of human Reiko was. As long as they've been here each of Reiko's teammates have undergo transformations appearance wise. Remnant was the opposite of his angelic appearance due to his celestial connection being cut off, and Mashira's apperance was more revealing and more adult-like. But Reiko's facial appearance was the exact same from the time they've entered the void, up to now as they were trying to find dinner. He even still had on the same attire when he had first arrived here also. His signature armor had meaning to it that Mashira or Remnant may or may not have understood. Reiko's attention was caught by her when she mentioned of a way to escape, a question each of them had more than likely asked each other multiple times. "Clues...I have a few, but nothing solid, so yes, we are still getting pissed, and shitted on." The Sannin did not care much for trying to keep profanity out of his sentences either. He was not on the same level as Mashira but the difference from his speech before and now was very different, more sailor-like from time to time. Reiko was in the hypothesis stage when it came to finding out yet another way of leaving here. He kept it to himself and did not want to bring up hopes unless it would work one hundred percent. "It is more thrilling...everything here is nearly a target, a great place to train and become stronger. You can't exactly get this kind of training back in the Villages" Which meant that there was no regrets when it came to using the Phoenix Force, because everything Reiko nearly killed was trying to kill. But that didn't mean he would give up. Mashira should have known him by now that even if it sounded like he considered it, escape was the primary objective; just not the way Remnant was hoping it to be. "No....As long as we've been guests in their home if they have wanted to kill us, well you guys anyway they would have done so a long time ago." With the phoenix force Reiko was confident that he could hold his own against the gods, but did not test his theory. "A portal? You got to be shitting me." It was good that he held on to hope, but was he really expecting it to just come out of the sky like that? After all this time? "If we're escaping this place, our route's designed by our hands and our hands alone. That's our biggest shot.""If it has more legs than us, kill it." Reiko suggested to the angel when he said he was going to get food. "Just don't die on us...you've lasted this long." words=1061(could have been better..tired/late over here. and its good mashira smile )

When hearing Remnant's voice she couldn't help but to have her left eye twitch. As she turned her head towards him, a reminder of who she was dealing with clicked. In the past Remnant wasn't someone who she found as a threat, mostly because of his angelic appearance. He use to be soft spoken, and held more of calmness to him that was unearthly. His wings that were once angelic had turned in to a decayed form, and the process of seeing it was something that would haunt her dreams. She just knew it. The sight of seeing someone 'fall from grace' was never an easy one, however she certainly didn't expect it to happen here. Not to him anyways. In a way she knew that it was their fault, as well as his own, for going to this place without considering the consequences. “ Pssf, my flesh would make your wings look better. " She said after hearing his comment. “ Wholes in your messed up wings and looking like a bdsm dom with her leather. " She said while rolling her eyes to the side, but still held a grin to her face.
Her eyes then moved over to Reiko, who still spoke in such a calm way. He always had a way of surprising her, even when she had first met him those many years ago. At the Kage meeting he was one of the few people who didn't get in to a screaming match and seemed to be bale to keep his head. He held a prescience of someone who was older, even passed some of the Kages who had been on their throne for years. After all this time he still held his ground, even with the added stress of the situation they were in. He still looked the same as if time had no meaning to his body, and the only thing that did seem to change was his hair. “ Scents?" She asked before a laugh seem to come out of her. Honestly she was now use to the smell and had even forgotten it. In the past their body smells would have made her gag but now it was one of those get use to it or be sick. She choice to get use to it.
As she listening to his teasing remark though, a reminder that the male wasn't always a wise man came up.“ Eh!?" She said as the mental images came and went threw her mind. The two men where the only people in her life currently, and one might assume that they would have done things. Thank goodness for her that she was still in a child body in those early years, despite having the mind of an adult. If anything the two were her only 'family' in this world now although as for what they were, she was not sure. ' If my sister was here then she would have just used them and eat them... Now that would be funny. ' She thought as she turned her attention back towards the body. She had to get something out of it plus it kept her mind off of what these guys were in her life.
The two were speaking about escaping, a portal or something. However she had never seen such a thing in this realm nor any means of escape. ' Maybe someone in our would could open one..' She thought but shook her head quickly. It was a foolish thought for many reasons. The main one was that there was no way of communicating to someone in their own world. Even her link to her sister was gone. Plus the idea of someone else having the same thought of opening the vale to the other world was limited. Only a hand full of people believed in it and a smaller group of people even knew in what century it was in. “ We just had to be the lucky ones, ah well, at least that Joker guy isn't here. He would have stepped on the one fly that would cause a time shift. I just know it. " Saying this as she rolled her eyes, now feeling refiled with her group. Her emotions and mind set kept shifting, which was just another fun thing of going threw a puberty for the third time.
When a claw out reached over and stole the bone that she was picking at, the female snapped her head towards Remnant and have him a crossed look. She bore her canines, obviously showing displeasure of her bone being taken away. She then watched as he sat down and started to twiddle it in his hands, making a new weapons or something. At this her anger calmed down for at least he was making something useful of it. “ Can you bring back something that taste like meat and not those harpy demons again. I have have feathers in my teeth and stomach. " She truly did hate feathers. They tickled her stomach and always made her feel awkward. “ If you see something with ten legs then defiantly kill it... Or if it;s a spider..." She said before looking up to were Reiko was. The man still seemed to be up in the air, meditating on something. “How long are you going to stay up there anyways? " She asked as she stared up.

He wonder how the phoenix boy had kept those powers for so long. Maybe if he carved into his skull he could take the power from him. Maybe turn him back into the angel that he was meant to be, just maybe. He only shook his head as he watched the boy go onto a mountain or hill and meditate. Or whatever he had done. He stretched out as he started to twirl the dagger around. It wasn't his best work. However with a bit of chakra.. The once bone dagger could cut through some of the beast here, and he smiled. As his wings started to flutter he started to lift in the air. "No birds.. and something with more then two legs." He nodded a bit. The scary thing was..it wasn't that hard to find. Harpies, or banshees were usually the easiest thing to kill though. They were kind like the prehumans. Shaped like them and even had vital organs. However he was going for big game today. They would feast onto something big. He remember seeing Hades breeding some sort of pet. A Giant Elephant with Mutliple tusk. Hades called it.. Mammoth. It was going to guard his world. (way before cereberus) "Heh." He flew high enough to get his bird eye view on it. It was beautiful. He just sat in the air for a moment. He was actually kind of scared. His armor rattled. He could see the harpies around him. Such an easier pray. However it was time to step his game up. The wind blew hard.. it was talking to him. He knew that it was time to shine. ... .. . He flew down out of the air. He came shooting down like an bullet. The air was guiding him down into the Mammoth. He took a deep breathe in as he plunged the knife down towards the Mammoth's skull. However, he was blocked by the massive tusk of the beast. He tried to move his hand but the quickness of his move pierced his arm into the Mammoth. Remnant's eyes opened wide as he noticed that he was now.. in the rough. Bleeding all over the beast only caused it to start running rampant. "damn." He used his one free hand. If he was still his angelic self he would have been able to calm the beast. However he wasn't. His claws came back out and he dug them into the beast's face. The beast stopped for a moment and roared louder. This moment was all Remnant needed to pull his arm to fly backwards and regain his arm. The mammoth only swung his head and he roared again. Remnant only focused. His chakra As he decided to do something he had not done in years. "Hand seals.. hand signs.. chakra.. jutsu.. it should work.." He raised his bloody arm and started to form handseals. He did them quickly in different orders. Nothing happened. The Mammoth qwas growing closer. It's Tusk stained blood red. Remnant eyes went big. <******** Looked at his dagger and he started to concentrate again. As he started the handseals again the chakra started to surge through his body. As he focused he looked up to the sky and saw the most beautiful sight. Multiple white arrows raining through the sky. Piercing the Mammoth. The mamoth didn't stop at first. IT kept charging through the barrage. Remnant flew downwards and underneath the beast. As he flew upwards he stuck his small bone dagger through the belly of the mammoth. Cutting through its insides. Remnant created a large hole which he flew inside. The Mamoth let out a cry of pain. .. . Remnant flew with all his might upwards. Flying out of the beast like a cannonball. The mammoth fell downwards and Remnant looked at his fresh kill. He sat there covered in blood and guts and he never felt as good. Remnant grabbed the tusk of the mammoth and started to try and drag the beast towards the base camp. It took a few hours but eventually... but eventually. "food." Remnant chopped the tusk downwards and threw it towards Mashira. "There.." He said with a smile. His body covered in dried blood. He only sat down and started to create a fire. It would be a celebration.

Reiko formed a sneaky smile at Mashira's comment about Remnant's wings. His wings may not have been in the best condition after his fall from grace but bdsm? Seldab didn't know that she was into the leather, whips and chains scene. As for Reiko's comment about their odor, it elicited a laugh from the Lycan. It was true that Reiko should have gotten used to both of their smells the way one does with their own scent. "I am just saying it would be nice to get a new whiff is all." Speaking of scents, Reiko took off a portion of his jacket on his left side, staring at his beast seal tattoo. Afterwards, he took a thumb and gave it a p***k to his canine teeth. If coming to this world has affected his body, then being in this dimension for so long must have as well, including his beast seal. "I should have unlocked the last stage by now." he thought, remembering the words of the nightsisters. Perhaps he had been so focused on training with his magnetism and phoenix force he had forgotten about the beast seal doors? "Hm."
"His affection, I think that's his way of showing his affection." Reiko jested. He was taken back when Mashira didn't appear to know what he meant. Maybe she was just toying with him. They have been here for too long to suddenly realize the Lycan and her sailor mouth was hitting through the obstacles of puberty once again.
"Now that's a name I haven't heard in years." Reiko was referring to the Joker, who was a medical ninja, one of the best actually and a mass murderer at the same time. He was saving lives, along with taking them. The man was a perfect example of someone's mind mentally snapped into two. But during the Sannin exams, the battle with Joker was a tough cookie, and an annoying one to break. How much could he have changed during all of these years? Would he have tried to atone for his sins and do more good for the village, or would he still take lives as if he was taking candy from a baby? Justifiing his killing sprees with his medical nin status? "Tch.." This was the clown prince of crime they were talking about. Mashira should have given him more credit than that. "He would have been the one to step on the fly and somehow, the time shift would have made him leader of all the villages."
"But you have a point. We are the lucky ones. Our actions during our time here, interactions with the gods, simply surviving; multiple time shifts would have to occur from our presence alone here. But its not. My question is...why?" he asked.
The beast seal had changed Reiko's senses, and it may have played a role in his appetite. When he first arrived here he knew that he had to survive, and that the only meat available was from the demons and other types of beasts trying to kill them. At first it was disgusting to say the least, but as time went by not only did his body get used to it, but he started having cravings every now and then; something he kept to himself. Mentally his mind had twisted an contorted to deal with the situation thrown at him but he did not want to show signs of his downfall. "That's why you pluck all of their feathers before cooking them." he suggested.
"Huh?" Their dinner was going to be collected by Remnant when Mashira asked about his personal flight time. The blade he was materializing and dematerializing shifted back to normal, and he canceled his concentration, allowing him to drop with both feet planted firmly into the ground. "Not too long." he stated. "I prefer to stay ahead of the curve anyway I can...I have to." the Phoenix told Mashira, speaking about his training and his powers.
Hours later...
"I'm going after him." Reiko told Mashira. The plan was simple; kill something big enough for the three of them and they can eat happily. So why in the world did it take him hours to do so. If Reiko or the Lycan were hunting for food, they could have done so in less than half the time. The Phoenix was concerned and aware that Remnant still played a vital role in this endeavor. Hours before this would have been spent with Reiko designing his new armor set, training, napping, and using his ryuugan eye to circumvent into present time. Even though he mastered it, the distance was still great. It was similar to having the conditioning of a marathon runner, but still having to do the marathon. Out of the last few years it was a distance that he traveled only a few times. Recently he has not traveled that far with his eye. As far as he was concerned he was their only eyes into the present, and would have allowed them to visualize what he saw.
All they had to do was ask.
That was when he had sensed the chakra energy of Remnant. It was a bit depleted and it obviously took a hell of a lot work to take down their dinner but he emerged victorious in the end. "Did you take a stroll around town?" he jested; more than likely Mashira would rib him for taking so damn long. While Mashira was given a portion of the mammoth, Reiko took one of his blades and cut fine portions into the rib section of the mammoth before excavating it. He would be having ribs tonight. "Remnant..."While their fire was being prepared, Reiko decided to open a conversation that the three of them may have to deal with. "What do you think has happened in the present? I have not checked recently with the ryuugan, otherwise I would already know." He was curious about Remnant's view, along with Mashira's as well. And with Omega loose on the Shinobi world, anything but good could not have happen.

Hours had passed by as the two had waited for Remnant to return, yet as each second flowed Mashira could help but to be on pins and needles. It was not silence that she was sitting in as Reiko seemed to be a meditative state of sorts, but more of the fact that their devil friend had yet to return. She may have lost track of time a long time ago but she knew it had to be more then a few hours by now. Surly he would have come back by now if he was just hunting, after all these beast were no match for them, at least none she could sense. Normally she would be able to just pin point him however her nose was off here. There was so many new scents and the smell of blood seemed to linger within this place. A new spill of the liquid would happen within a few minuets, making the air taste of iron on her tongue. It was nearly impossible to concentrate here. Maybe he got hurt,..' She thought while narrowing her eyes. ' Maybe we should search for him... As what if he's dying?'
Her thoughts and worries must have been shared though with Reiko as the male suddenly announced that he was going after to look for their winged comrade. “ Sounds good...?" She said, in more of a asking way oddly enough. Honestly this would be the first time they had to worry about someone in years. Sure their first few weeks here were like this, always on edge and being cautious, but as time grew on it left. Of course none of them took this long to gather food. ' He better he lying bleeding on the ground or have slain an entire army of orcs to make us worry this much,' Thinking this as she narrowed her eyes a bit. She hated him at times and her worry for him was causing the feeling to escalate. The feeling of caring for these too was nauseating, yet new. Sure she cared for her sister but the possibility of her death was long gone from her mind as who could kill the already dead? With the living though such as these two it was a whole new story. They were like the off brothers she always wanted, just more macho and more power then she could hope for.
“ Gah!" The girl yelped, jumping back a bit as she saw the body of the mammoth fall right in front of her. She even fell backwards a bit, but did not fall straight to the ground as she caught herself in time. “ The hell man!? You want me to really die from heart fail don't ya?" She asked while shaking her head a bit. Least to say that mammoth body from out of nowhere really did surprise her a bit. However she quickly gained her composure after a few seconds and even managed to sit up right. Her eyes scanned over the dead body, listening to Reiko's comment on how he must have gone on a stroll or something. At this she couldn't help but to laugh and pipe in “ Heh yeah you took way too long. We thought you were dead or crying in the snow because you needed our help." She explained in a mocking sad voice, as if she was making fun of the idea of him being alone and scared while dying. It certainly wasn't the most manliest of ways nor mental images, but it would keep a smile on her face.
The child's eyes moved back and forth between Reiko and Remnant, listening to their conversation at this moment. As she listened she simply tore off a piece of the mammoth and started munching on it. The men were trying to set up a fire of some kind at this moment, wanting to cook the food. Personally she didn't mind the meat any way. Raw had it's advantages as she felt it easier to tear threw while cooked did taste better and less iron. There was also the debate for certain parasites in the uncooked meat which made her stomach whirl. She really didn't want some kind of ring worm living in her. ' Guess I'll wait,..' The child thought with a sigh before turning her attention to the conversation at hand. It seemed that Rekio wanted to discuss what their worlds were doing in this time. “ The present...." She said with a tilt of her head to the back. It certainly was a brain teaser. Personally she wished for the flying cars as they had in the films or buttons she could push to blow up her neighbors fax machine in Hidden Twilight. Plus vampires who had glitter on them and anyone in her village who even thought it was cute. Yes that would be her perfect dream on how the world would. But that was a fantasy and reality was certainly a unknown yet painful idea.
“ Who knows.." For all she knew was that Omega had won the entire Shinobi world, or that their friends and families were being destroyed right now. From some punk kid or they were taken as lab rats. This was why she hated even thinking about this. She knew the imagination was always worst however she couldn't help it. “ All I really hope is that there isn't some ninny hammers sitting in our chairs and declaring war or treaties with certain villages. Remnant eyes went up to all the sly comments. They only made him smile. They grew in bonds. Even though his wings started to flutter. He finished his piece of mammoth. They would have enough for hours.. or however time passed here. He only gave a toothy grin to Mashira. "I know you would miss me to much if I disappeared or died. What I am going to leave you with.. Mister No style or fashion." Remnant eyes then weren't even focused when he said the present. He however listen to them think and speculate about the present. He figured.. he had to figure it wasn't good. He only started to look at a reflection of himself. IF the present was anything liked him. The present was damned. However, there was no need to kill the mood. No need to kill the optimism. He only continued to give that toothy grin that he had since looking at Mashira. "The Present.. it has to be going good. I mean just think three of the biggest.. Screw ups are here. Well at least me. Mashira. The boy connected with the god that can destroy worlds. Seems as if we were meant to be here. Come on just think.. We could come back and be on the faces of mountains." Remnant was unconcerned for the world that they left. After all the world that they left had forsaken him. He wasn't an angel anymore... He was something so damaged. He only sniffed a bit and he leaned backwards. He only picked at the ground with his claws. He only gave a short sigh again. "You ever wonder if we are causing drastic changes in the present. We unleashed some sort of extreme monsters... That our little basic changes have caused shifts in the present.. or if all of this is destined and that we were meant to go back in time and cause all of this to happen. What if we were meant to be destruction of the world? Could you live with yourself if that was the case." Remnant heard the calls of the monsters. His hand dug deep into the sand and he felt some connection to the sand. He love the feeling of the earth. "I could honestly say I would Love to be apart something so..dangerous. To be either the cause of the birth of the new world or the destruction of the old one. It is like being.. more important then a god, and who doesn't want to be more important then one of them." He said with a smile...with a devilish smile. He then shook his head a bit. Realizing he had been to cryptic and not exactly gave an answer. "Do look in the present.. see if you see something. See if you can see where and how we escape. But find out what your eyes can tell us.." He said with a serious face.

Reiko Seldab. Chapter 4: Into the Grey "Its okay to care..." Reiko assured Mashira, who appeared to be at a conflict of caring about the safety of the fallen angel. That was the result of having a relationship, whether it was friendship or something more and building upon that for years and years. In there case it was forming a bond with one another since they first entered this section of the universe. Furthermore, if one was gauging strength by the rules of the land of the shinobi, Remnant would be at the lowest of the three, coming in at a chuunin level. That would change when Remnant would participate in the next exams...if they still had them that is.
But she showed some hint of caring about whether or not he would end up back in one piece after Reiko joked about Remnant goofing off while they were trying to hunt for food. She did a good job to mask it however, saying how they thought Remnant would have been found dead or worse; in a fetal position crying his eyes out. That may have killed his pride and ruined his new image if either of them found him like that. " You'll leave me with the mental note to send someone who's a bit faster next time to get our food." Reiko quipped, placing his dinner to be cooked with the fire to do its best to kill the baddies that were most likely in the meat of the creature slain by Remnant. "It's good to have you back." Removing portions of the dirty blood from his blade, Reiko would have sat down near the fire in his Indian stance they would have all gotten used to him doing by now.
The topic at hand during their feast would have been the present along with its state? Were the actions they were doing here affecting the real world? And when they would return, because Reiko still clinged on to hope what would they do? Reiko gave a nod when Mashira had asked him again. Who could blame them for not knowing what they would do? Reiko Seldab already had a goal in mind the second he came to this world but after being here so long that plan may have gone into the depths of the afterlife. What would he do if he came back to the real world and all of that planning for years was gone? At least with the Ryuugan he was able to keep track every now and then in the real world, if only for a brief moment. But as of now, he did not know the whereabouts of his peers, or their existence.
Mashira would not have known what she would do when she would go back to Hidden Twilight and take her position as the Kage, but all she hoped was that their spots were not threatened. Mashira also looked forward to not expecting any wars or treaties going on with different nations around the globe of shinobi.
Remnant on the other hand was thinking alongside the opposite field of Reiko. Instead of their true place being in the present, Remnant gave the idea that perhaps this was where they were supposed to be. He even gave the idea that when they would return back to the real world, their fame would be worldwide; faces spread on mountains, pictures and portraits of the three of them that would last for decades, etc. Granted, they would be screw-ups but at least they would be famous. "That's assuming that we will still be remembered. Even if we did do what we originally came here to do, would it have mattered? If we protected our world from destruction, but nobody was around to witness it, did it even happen?" Reiko asked. The answer from Reiko was of course, yes. But hearing about fame and popularity, he wanted to know if Remnant cared about that or considered that they could come back now and there's a chance they would be strangers.
"Nearly all the time." Remnant was beginning to get deeper into the barrel of their situation, pondering the question that was similar to Reiko's question. While Reiko Seldab wondered what the gods planned for them and why were they allowing them to survive this long, Remnant posed the question of what if they were meant to be here, to cause flux in the present time instead. If anything, Reiko could be considered as going down the path of the sword, and those who lived by the sword..."Everyone's held liable for constructing their own fate. Every obstacle that's been in my way, to become the best, the pain that I experienced...To say that all of that was part of a higher being's plan is nonsense." The Miyanari did not believe, or perhaps did not want to believe that all of his blood sweat and tears that his body relinquished in exchanged for strength... was all planned out by a higher being operating on another plane of existence. And then there was the hundred dollar question; were they meant to be the destruction of the world if Remnant was right?
Reiko was stumped by Remnant's question before trying to take a stab at it. "If it's all for a good cause....which is different in the eyes of a lawful individual with good intentions, and a chaotic one with good intentions." There were multiple paths to go while forming an answer. Creating a new world would be on a status among the ones that were remembered eternally, but Reiko did not want to be among those if it wasn't for the greater good. He did not want to create a new world if it meant killing innocent people in the progress...at the same time, if the destruction of the old world would give birth to a better life, would it be worth it?
"You're persistent with this idea that an exit will wait for us aren't you, instead of creating one for ourselves?." Reiko looked towards the fallen angel. He did not like looking too far ahead of his own future. Something about knowing how the pieces fell before touching them didn't' sit well with Reiko. Plus It was not like they were stuck in some sort of prison or the afterlife or anything like that; all three of them were stuck in the past! And to Reiko's knowledge there was no sort of jutsu involving chronokinetics; the ability to manipulate the flow of time itself. And those that dabbled in it did just that; got its feet wet, nothing to the level of traveling back into it, taking members, and going back into the present! Reiko's eyes closed shut for a brief moment. When he opened his eyes once more the pupils of the Ryuugan took"But I admire that you hold on the idea that we will escape, even if we hold different views on how to do so." over, and though the eyes of the Phoenix, he began to move through the fabrics and eloquent design of time, going though different time periods at a fast rate. Let's hope that our answer is on the other side." The process would have taken at least a minute or so before he was getting close to the period of the present shinobi world, where he began to transverse over multiple villages over time, focusing on the important matter at hand. His own pursuit for his answers could wait. After another minute, it appeared that Reiko wasn't finding anything yet again on a way back home through the distance that he was comfortable of going through time. Then suddenly, a discovery took Reiko by surprise; his heart quickly shooting up. This couldn't have been it, could it?
"!"
"But how!...that's...." The ryuugan eyes faded from Reiko and his regular crimson eyes returned. Immediately he rose back to his feet and began to walk past Mashira and Remnant muttering to himself and looking around his surroundings as if they were new again. " That's too much of a coincidence, the link between the past and present...And how would it have been able to in the first place if......" Reiko got the idea afterwards that maybe he owed an explanation to Remnant and Mashira on his sudden actions, "I'm sorry...Let me start over. There's good news and bad news...The bad news, is that I do not know when our ticket for our exit comes."
"The good news... heh heh heh....is that there is a way out of here." he glance over at Remnant for a moment before focusing his attention to both of them. "Through a portal...not only by the killing of some form of beast....but if what I saw is true." He spread his hands our in a welcoming manner. "Then we're right where it should open...."

Remnant only looked around for a moment. His wings started to flap when he thought about the death of the mammoth. IT only made him smile. He wasn't even caring about going home at the moment. However he only smirked when he was back with them. Even though he didn't like to admit it.. being with them was a lot better then being in the wilds by himself. As they finished dinner he only hummed softly. Reiko wanted to go home. Who could blame him... however.. They had been here for so long. that getting home seemed to be so distant. "Meh with a world that is always in danger. Always in the verge of dying.. we aren't really heroes.. we just stopped the inevitable for a little bit longer." Remnant said those things with spite and a bit of hurt in his voice. He wanted to defend the world at one point in time. However, he only tried to contain his sadness for the destruction of the world. But after destroying so much of the past.. what if they altered it beyond words. It only kind of made him happy to think in this sense. A small devilish small crept on his face. He only started to fly again but he was caught by the boys look. He flew back down and his feet touched the ground and his eyes almost started to light up. He saw something. No... really? "You saw something." He grabbed Reiko with excitement. He almost shook him. He then heard there was good and bad news. The Good news was a way home. The bad news was a fight. He took both of htem as good news. A giant beast was always something fun to fight. TO tear apart. To kill. He licked his bottom lip and he clapped a bit. "Stand back human.." He then pushed Reiko off of him. Remannt said with a bit of a sigh. He then started to float a bit. It was exciting. "So... how far is this portal and how strong is this beast.. and Where will we end up? The same spot where we left from oh so many years ago.. or the future?... How sure you of this portal..." He said with a bit more questions. He gave up trying to see things. But he only tapped his forehead and closed his eyes. He still had some connections with the homeland. A few years had passed... and things were violently different. But it was still home none the less. He would do anything to get back there... he only shrugged. "It looks like... it's better then nothing.." He then landed on the ground and planted his feet. "Then it is time we start to develop a war plan..." He said seriously.

“ Pfft as if we can't be remembered? Who else is going to cause those ninny hammers head aches like we did?" She asked in a joking manner. Honestly she didn't know what kind of trouble the newest generation was p to. For all she knew half the villages were on fire and new groups had been formed. Sure the possibility of their old arch enemies being over thrown in power was possible, or they would be in a whole new world of clans they never heard of, but still, she refused to believe it. As far as she was concerned the were the ones who she knew in names and no new generation could take their place. “I bet ya half a coin that those people will be crying there eyes out when they see us returning... Then they could give us summon mission and all that s**t but still they will be crying for a bit. Yeppers. " Of course the mental image of some of those people trying was creepy. ' As long as it isn't one of those clowns with their smeared makeup..'[/i[ She thought as her left eye twitched. Joker alone gave her a heart attack with his make up.
The topic seemed to go to a darker note as the two men started to speak about the world ending. A part of her had to wonder if it was just gone and maybe that they were the only ones left. It crossed her mind so many times as she laid on the ground, staring at the night sky. The what if's were the things which haunted them all but still they could not give up hope. After all they had to return, each for their own reasons she was sure. She had family, friends to check up on and a village to take care of. As for what the two men had though was always an unknown thing. Of course they talked about what they missed and who they missed when those moments came up however it was rare. Sometimes too painful and too annoying to think about it. “We would be the worst heroes anyways, " She finally said in attempt to lighten up the mood. “Like explode the earth on accident heroes but I'm sure we'd all feel very bad about it. " Her voice went in to a more innocent squeek at that moment, proving some point.
She brought the meat back up to her mouth, now watching as Reiko. It was like dinner and a show. Seeing his eyes changed was nothing new, however she did admit in worrying about the man when he was in this mode. It seemed to have little defense and an attack on him in that state could mean trouble. She always tried her best to stay relaxed however when he was in this mode she was always tense. There was no chakra here, at least none she could feel, and smelling creatures was iffy even with her nose. It only lasted a minuet however when it ended she swore her entry body went in to instantly relax mode. His eyes faded and then his normal eye color had finally returned, causing her smile lightly. Still... There was something off. He had shock in his eyes.
“Whats wrong?.. " She asked while watching him walk past her and the devil. He started to mumble to himself, causing her to tilt her head to the side a bit. However when seeing him turn around she swore that she saw hope in his eyes. As she listened to him speak over the bad news and the good news, the females eyes grew wide with joy. A childish smile seemed to grow on her face as she stood up with excitement over this news. “ Wait so all we have to do is kill another beast and possible freedom?" She asked, wanted to make sure she got the minimal joist of it. It seemed too good to be true and she should have known that, however she was too busy finding the joy in this news. The wolf kage couldn't help but to keep on smirk and threw her clenched fist in the air in a fit of joy. “ Yeah-hooo!" A wolfish howl seemed to come from the female in that second. However when realizing the strange manner she was in the girl quickly covered her mouth with her hands, before clearing her throat. That was just embarrassing.
“We are going to ignore what just happened... " She said while removing her hands from her mouth before simply trying her hardest to not grin in joy. Suddenly Remnant lifted himself up in to the air, causing her to watch him. The man had lost his wings and his angelic side, however despite this she knew he had a small link to the real world. After all even demons knew of it and are apart of it. What he saw of the world though caused her to smirk a bit, as he just gave it a shrug. She guessed it wasn't the best or the worst at the moment. When he landed back on the earth though he posed an interesting question: A war plan.
“ A war plan? For attacking this new beast or to take on the world?" She asked while lifting her left eyebrow at him. Honestly she was fine with either way as both would be much more fun then sleeping in a tree again.

Reiko Seldab. Chapter 4: Into the Grey "That certainly makes us something along the lines of heroes though don't you think?" Reiko asked. The angel had a point; there was so much chaos going around this world, as in his. But when it came to beings that didn't belong in this world, destruction that did not belong to the ones that were initially here, it was easy for one to wonder what did this world had to offer that destruction was the plan of their adversaries?
"I wasn't exactly on good terms with my village apparently, so I doubt I will hear any lamenting if I choose to return there." he responded to the Lycan. Even now all he knew about Hidden Cloud was that he was betrayed. His memory banks that contained what he did afterwards was still locked. Did he not want to remember what he did, or did something else restrict him from accessing that data.
All sorts of emotions was being mixed up after so much time had passed here, Reiko had finally found a way out of the past, and into the present. There were so many questions that he had about this coincidence. Were the so called gods constructing this, as a result of some grandiose scheme Reiko or the other two wasn't aware of yet, even with his ryuugan eye? Being so caught up in the small details, he couldn't react to the sudden hug he got from Remnant. Even Mashira grew a smile on her face when Reiko told them what he saw. Even she couldn't mask her tough as nails sailor mouth image as the Phoenix heard her howl in joy and celebrate like a girl.
"Heh Heh your secret is safe with us..." he replied. Whatever happens in the past stays int he past. "And It appears to be that way." he said in a happy tone, while still being in the angel's bind. "One kill away from going back home." Reiko had just wished it was that easy for their way back to their real home. His bind was released when Remnant had pulled himself together, even though his tough image was already broken as well.
Reiko pushed him off as well, returning the mutual feeling; casually cleaning his shoulder and pectoral region off with a hand. He expected questions after his discovery, such as the strength of the beast, along with the certainty of this portal taking them back. "The portal will open here, so its safe to assume the beast will be here as well...As for it's power, I didn't check. I was so focuses on trying to find a way out while sifting through time, I must have bypassed seeing it in action."
"I could double check..." The phoenix trailed off, as a small grin appeared on his facial frame. "Or we could just find out for ourselves the old fashioned way, where i can find out when we meet it." Reiko told them, referring to the second stage of his Ryuugan, where he would be able to scan different levels of performance. It worked on shinobi and creatures from the present so their ticket out of here should not be a problem.
"Taking on the world?" his tone was a concerned one. "You're that certain we'll be that infamous when we arrive back Mashira?" he said, before his attention turned to Remnant. "We could...perhaps get the jump on it.but..there are many variables to consider..on the other hand we already take risks just being here .words=582

Remnant only thought about how much of a failure he was back at home. He couldn't fly and he didn't have a mate. He only frowned a bit but only for a moment. He knew that these people were his only friends. Terrible friends albeit but friends none the less. He only let his wings flap a few times as he let all the news go through his mind. He only gave a fake cheer. He stepped back from the Phoenix boy who was using both of their powers to see in the future. He couldn't handle the unknown unknown. He only scratched his head a bit and listened to the details as he faked cheer continued.
"Yes!"
Remnant only started to walk towards Phoenix when he said something else.
"Double check? For what. We go in there. We kill it. We never thought about things like this before.. so why should start now? Muddling up things and what not."
He only looked and he thought about these leather wings. How soon they would transform back into his one white wing. However, he would be excited when he did return to the living. He only flapped his wings in enjoyment. He looked down and grabbed the bone knife he had made and held it up with joy.
"Sure happy I made me one of these then...because no matter how mighty a beast. It shall not stand to the might of us."
He said with a smirk. Remnant had never been more sure, more scared, and more uneasy with anything. However he knew that now wasn't the time for becoming weak. They had spent almost an eternity together, and it was time for them to move on from each other. His eyes only had that same one moment of weakness in them. That one thought of self doubt. That he hadn't seen in the other two. Which made him feel a bit worse then being worried. A thousand questions were running through his mind, but he knew better then to succumb to these what ifs, and he decided to move forward.
"But I know we can take them."
He said with a large and wide toothy grin.

Mashira's eyes turned over towards Reiko, narrowing them slightly over his comment on if the people had not remembered them. It was a troubling though, one she truly didn't want to even think about. Death was one thing however being forgotten meant that you left nothing in the world. No heir, no legacy, held no power , no love, nothing. It meant that you might as well have been in a whole other word from their own. “ Heh," A smirk seemed to grow on the young woman's mouth, showing off her canine teeth. “If they don't remember then we just simply make them. Bad publicity is better then nothing as they say in those tabloids. " She explained with a simple shrug of her shoulder's. Maybe it was a cold though to end up creating chaos around the villager's who forgot them and maybe it would cause her to become a wanted woman or better a war starter, but it was better then being forgotten again. Besides she had to keep those little soldier's on their toes some how. If the new generation as going to lazy around then she'd gladly help start a war or kill sensibly with these two. For all she knew these two men were the only one's left she had ties to in the world. ' Not sure to be happy or depressed over this,' She thought as her eyes moved over towards the dark angel.
“So we are all agreeing to kill this ******** thing- whatever it may be, right? " She asked while looking at both back and forth to watch their reactions. It may be a long shot but it was worth getting back to a land they knew. Plus technology was something she missed and other females even though she always found them to be a bore. She use to think of them as nothing but chatting meat sacks but now she rather missed them. “ Since we are all agreed then for the love of whatever gods you believe in, lets go!" Mashira only gave a proud nod of her head as she picked up her axe and simply started to walk ahead in the direction that Reiko had pointed out to them. As she took a few steps forward her eyes glanced back over at the two men, causing her to raise her left eyebrow at them. “ You guys coming or am I going to have the pleasure of kicking some monster booty?" Truth be told she hoped they would come. From what she could tell the creature was fairly powerful, smelling it from even here.
When they started to walk after her she simply waited for them before they got over to where she was. When they were she started walking again, keeping at their own pace. “Soo, " She started to ask while glancing over towards Remnant. “ You going to get rid of those bdsm wings and outfit or are you keeping them?" Asking this as she looked over his outfit. It wasn't over shinobi attire but then again all them were dressed very off. Leather and armor made of bones were not very popular in their world and she had even lost her head band a long time ago while in this hell. “And you Reiko,? Going to keep that tight body suit? " Her attention then turned over towards Reiko, who was always wearing something strange. At least she thought so.
