Biography: Built during the Old Republic Era, HK-24 saw a lot of usage as not only as a protocol droid… but as an assassination droid as well. His list of masters was a sizable one until he was bought and sent to the wastes of Raxus Prime, there he was rebuilt and was left unactivated for several hundreds of years before being collected and scrapped for parts. He was accidently awoken to find most of his important pieces were missing, but his assassination programming was still inside him. Being shot down again, he was sent to several places before he landed with the smuggler Rod'rlilk in a wooden crate.

Spoke the damaged HK unit standing on its rusty and nearly seized up hinges, It had been a long time since it had terminated anyone and was willing to do anything to terminate anyone but it’s master again. Slowly turning on it’s old and rusty hinges, The HK unit spoke again. “I do so hope that the present is expensive master, It could be my only chance to becoming the flawless piece of engineering that I once was.”
