Quiet. Cyrah thought to herself as she quietly stalked a lioness who was in fact stalking prey. Cyrah was hungry, but she was looking to learn how to hunt through mimicing the lionesses movements which up until now she had just been eating what was left or managing to be in the right place at the right time. However, Cyrah was intent on learning how to hunt and once she put her mind to something she wasn't going to let up no matter what. Luckily for her, the lioness was more focused on the prey than the somewhat idiotic creature tagging along behind her. She had to be a bit crazy or something to think this plan up. After all, lions were certainly the top of the food chain. Maybe her kind was underneath that but Cyrah lacked the ability to hunt and could barely defend herself so she was probably below wild buffalo. In fact, she was certain she was.

Cyrah let out a deep breath when the lioness made her move on the antelope and followed her movements closely behind until she found herself in an odd situation. The lioness didn't catch her prey. The adolescent dog frowned and gently kicked up dirt with her claws. Well there goes that idea. She thought to herself before she noticed that she was in fact pink and well... Pink didn't blend into the brush well. Then she noticed, the lioness was looking at her and thinking SHE would be the meal. Uh oh was all she could think before she ran off in a fast sprint to try and avoid being caught and eaten.

After a while of running she managed to escape the lioness by hiding in a small cave which was hard for even her to squeeze into. Thankfully the lioness gave up and Cyrah was left almost completely unscathed. When she squeezed herself out she found that she was bleeding a bit from the right side of her back end where there were claw marks dug into her flesh. That's probably going to scar. She thought to herself with a sigh. Not only did she learn useless tips on hunting but now she had an injury to tend to and it would certainly slow her down a bit. It just wasn't her luck today. Tomorrow or maybe once this heals I'll find someone else to follow and this time for sure I'll learn something new! Cyrah thought positively to herself as she began to try cleaning her wound. Maybe it was a bit more painful then she let on.

Yagoda barked in fear as he got separated from the rest of his family. Scared and alone, he walked in fear, cautiously watching everything that followed him, even jumping up at the grass blades that blew alongside his paws. Where was the rest of his siblings, and worse, how did he end up... alone? Maybe this was the life that he was to live into. His parents were rogues after all, but he did not expect for them to depart from him so quickly. It would take the wild dog some time, maybe a long time, to get used to this new lifestyle.

He was focused in heavy thought until the ground began to tremble under him. Feeling the ground underneath quake his paws, the male dove himself into a bush of thorns. He wanted to scream in pain, but whatever was causing the ground to shake had also caught his attention. He was able to feel the cuts and blood oozing onto his lips as he saw the grand beast, headed in his direction. His eyes locked on it. Antelope.

Knowing that he was to eat soon, he shot out of the bush to find himself leaving a small trail of blood, chasing after the animal. His senses left the antelope once he felt something queer though. Something was chasing him. Turning around, his eyes opened in fear as they locked onto a lioness. Filled with fear, the dog pelted away in fear, only to find it chasing something way different. A flash of color sped through his mind and then the lioness stopped, leaving whatever was fleeing alone.

Curiosity fell onto him as he eyed the lioness suspiciously, watching as it miraculously returned to its chase with the antelope. He sighed. Well, there goes his next meal. With his white paws now patched with reds and pinks, he gave a little cry of pain and headed toward what he thought was to be a somewhat structured cave. Yagoda headed straight for it, determined to rest there temporarily until he was able to catch up with the rest of the antelope, and of course, away from the lions.

Cyrah hadn't seen Yagoda coming and hadn't really been paying attention enough to notice his approach until he was very close to reaching her. Her pink ears perked up and she seemed a bit more alert now. Of course if he wanted to kill her or something it would have been to late for her. Her yellow-ish eyes scanned him as he got closer and she noticed that he was a lighter pink then her, which was rare for her to encounter. Wow, he looks amazing! Cyrah thought to herself as she tried to unlodge herself from between the tight cave. After a moment or two of struggle she won and popped right out.

Her pink tail wagged slightly behind her as she grinned at the male. Since she was young, Cyrah hadn't spoken a word to anyone, not because she couldn't, but she absolutely refused to. Without so much as a warning Cyrah approached the male, trying to get a better look at him. Her eyes found his paws which were stained with his blood, just as her flank was. She lifted her head to look at him, then back down at his paws. Looks like that hurts... The wild dog thought to herself.

Cyrah smiled to him and then stared intently at his paws for a moment then looked back up at him as if she was trying to ask him what happened and also for permission to treat them. This girl was certainly used to get scrapes, she had been alone in these untamed lands since she was a pup.

{{As you can see in my signature, Cyrah has grown! c: I also wanted to ask, are you up for Yagoda joining a pack?}}

Had he not expected a creature to even be living in the cave, Yagoda would have casually strolled in, for it would have been his. And so he did, well, for a pawstep or two. Met by the eager eyes of the she-dog that seemed to have claimed the area before him, he gave a quick sniff to make sure that she was not one that he knew. Obviously, she was not. Surprised, he was greeted back by her somewhat examining him. ... Like if he was a piece of meat or something.

Alert, his senses told him to just walk away from the she-dog or just pick a fight and claim the cave as his. He himself was tired and did not want to just leave or attack her. Giving off a little growl of a warning, he refused her kind offer of trying to help him. Why even allow a stranger to get so close if you would just never see them ever again?

Regret fell into his eyes, and he laid down, eyes filled with pain, staring at the stranger that was in front of him. "Why share my misery?" he muttered, not intending for her to respond. He was in fact, glad to find another pinkish canine like him though, maybe there were more like them!

Would you be RPing her as an adol or adult? Any's fine by me. ^^

I can see Yagoda having an interest in the whole pack system, but he would just remain in one for a while, for his rogue senses would call him back to solitude. Or maybe he would join a pack, but would wander off tons of times, trying to relive his free days.

Cyrah was taken aback by the growl that came from the stranger but she shook it off. If he wanted to fight she could take him if need be. Or she would at least make sure he wouldn't walk away with a couple scratches, no, he would make sure to remember not to fight with someone for no reason. However, she merely chalked it up to him being injured and maybe not used to this type of kindness. A smile came to her muzzle as she stepped closer, trying to make eye contact.

With a slow movement she leaned her head in close to his and rubbed her head against his to show she wasn't looking for a fight and maybe even to show him some much needed kindness. Then she turned her attention to his paws. They were scraped up pretty bad. Not as bad as her flank, but it couldn't be pleasant. Cyrah turned herself from the lighter pink male and wandered from him towards the trees, searching for some leaves. When she had found the one's she was looking for she returned and laid them on his paws.

Her eyes looked at his and she smiled again. It was hard to convey what she wanted to, to strangers. She knew if she opened her mouth she could bridge that gap but, in all honesty it was a fear of hers to do so. Maybe one day she would get over it but, it seemed unlikely. After all, she had went all this time without uttering a word. Why start now?

{{I think since I already started to RP her as an adol I'll leave her as that. After this is done we can always do a meet up with them where she's an adult or maybe they stick together, she grows and if it leads that way, so does his feelings for her?
If they are on the path to becoming mates then I'll not have her join up with any packs. c: She's pretty much open to anything. XD}}

He could feel the warmth of the stranger onto him as she came closer, just like the love of his mother. She was gone now, and as soon as he knew it, so did this one. He did not know whether she would have returned, but she did, with leaves being brought back. He stared as she laid them on his paws and was able to feel the freshness of them entering his soul.

There was not much that he could do since he settled to the conclusion that he would just lay down here and hope that the vultures would not dare to eat his flesh. He shuddered a bit at the thought of being eaten up by the birds of death. He was much too young to die, and so was the she-dog. Looking up, he couldn't help but smile back at her, since that was one of the only things that he could possibly do without straining so much of his bloodstream.

Something was off though. Why is she all alone here? And that flank of hers. Scarred, bleeding. Why wasn't she making a fuss too? Not wanting to speak much for now, he just looked at there and gave a little whine, wondering how one so young and innocent was able to end up in this state.
