BeliefsEiru believes that there is life energy in everything. When something is loved and cherished, a sort of soul forms in the object and when that need and love dies so does the 'soul'. This is from their belief that the world is in fact made up of two different realms. The world in which we live in and the next world, a world of souls and spirits, with only a small veil to separate the two. Due to these beliefs, those in Eiru are extremely respectful of ancestors who have passed on and anything that may have held a soul. It is custom to occasionally leave offerings at gravesites or at the shrines on tribal lands. Eiru also believes that, on certain times of the year, the veil rips or disappears allowing souls and other spirits cross over into our world. Most of the time the rift isn't great and they hold a festival to appease the lost souls that might try to get through. However, during Halloween, the veil disappears almost completely. During the day the tribe throw a massive feast as a way of honoring those that have come before them and the spirits already here and living in Nature. At night they believe angry ghosts will prowl for unsuspecting victims and they dress up and perform tricks in order to scare away and confuse the ghosts. This is to keep the ghosts from trying to gain a new body to live in this world.

Who we are?The Eiru tribe are a mostly polite group of foxes that will stick up for each other. They also have a love for pranks and tricks, though, so they're polite, but fun loving and tricky. The Eiru often believes in the more mystical aspects of the Modifox universe, whether its different branches of magic, jinxes, or even dark energy that sometimes seeps into the Modifox world. The Eiru tribe understand these forces can sometimes change and and cause certain foxes to become outcasts, and they want to accept anyone with different afflictions that might not make them fit into normal society. However the Eiru aren’t all about being serious and understanding the more interesting parts of the universe. They also love to discover different ways to trick others, different types of food, and what elaborate schemes they can come up with. There is a natural drive to understand their different fields to show exactly how skilled they are. Like any other tribe, Eiru places value on kits. After all they are the next leaders of the tribe. Plus as kits, they are more susceptible to being taken over by dark energy or other evil natures. While Eiru tribe is usually peaceful and welcoming to anyone that visits their tribe and, in fact, encourages visitors, the tribe isn’t made of pacifists and will fight back whole heartedly if someone hurts one of their members or invades the tribe

LandMoors: There are two of them that dot the land, from the air they serve as the eyes of the pumpkin, hunters can occasionally wander into them as they have protection from the modeity to search for food. Otherwise, the moors are dangerous and not to be entered. Clearing: Most of the free time is spent here, it's a place for gathering and socializing or sunbathing when there is nothing to do. During festivals, the area is dressed up according to whatever festival is happening and the food is gathered up here. This serves as the nose of the pumpkin Lake: This is their source of clean water and also houses fish for meals. When it gets hot, the lake also provides a place for swimming. To the tribe it is a fun, food-filled place to get water, however to outsiders seem to think the murky lake is slightly creepy. It serves as the mouth of the pumpkin. Caves: The caves are mainly used as a place for the tribe members to sleep. They shelter the members of the tribes from the elements; and the tribe also stores food and possessions in the caves. The caves are located along the cliff face of one side of the lake. The cliffs serve as the teeth of the pumpkin. Forest: The forest covers pretty much the rest of the tribelands, it's very dense and hard to move around in, and often is either covered with mist or very dark once you get under its branches. The tribe members know the area well, and use the forest as their main hunting area. The forest also serves as a barrier to keep the rest of the world from getting to the tribe and is quite easy to get lost in without protection.

Tribe members:The Elder is the fox that watches over the tribe. All final decisions are made by this fox. The responsibility of the tribe and its safety falls to him. Can pray and speak to the Modeity. Also partially responsible for keeping ties to other tribes. The Guardians: Tribe Guardians protect the tribe. Depending on the number, the Tribe Guardian's duties will change to watching over the tribe, making sure foxes don't wander out into forbidden areas, or accompanying large groups if they need to leave the tribe. In case of the Elder going missing, often the Guardians will watch over the tribe until the Elder returns. However it doesn't hold authoritative power. (two max) Beta: They get no special powers or perks other than the ones associated with their species. They are the one to go to if the elder is not available or is away at the moment. Basically their role is to be second in command if the need ever arises. Shamans: They are the teachers of the tribe. Their main job is knowing the history about the different festivals and how to conduct them. If you need a voice to listen to or get advise from, it's advised to go to the shamans. They also have the ability to use small amounts of magicks. Nothing extreme like splitting the earth or anything, but small commands over Earth, Air, Water and Fire. This is mostly used when they make protective charms to shield against various things and to help heal the sick (Three are allowed) Gatherers: Gatherers have the very important task of finding the food, and planning the meals during festivals. They are also in charge of making sure everything goes according to plan during the festivals; under guidance of either a shaman or the elder. Gatherers are mainly responsible for gathering different types of seeds and herbs for the shamans and helping to bring back the meat if the hunters have brought down excess food for a festival. When they are not working they are often found learning different types of dance or music. Seers: Its their job to monitor the more mystic elements of the world; they are often trained in the art of fortune telling and learn different methods such as using runes or reading paws. Their fortune telling is not absolute and only tells of one path that might happen if nothing is changed and can often be faulty. Seers need certain conditions to actually preform their fortune telling (can only use this ability with the permission and plotting of the other tribe members or players.) Two Seers are allowed Scouts: The scouts are responsible for finding out information such as where prey is currently located and searching for any hostile force. They are trained how to fight so they can deal with any situation they encounter accordingly. Its also their job to pass messages on to other tribes if need be. The scouts are the only ones allowed to enter the moors and will accompany the hunters if prey is spotted there. They have the ability to use telepathy, in order to send news faster. The telepathy is only one way unless talking to another scout or the Elder. (Four allowed)Hunters: It's the hunters job to protect the tribe if hostile forces slip past the scouts and to obtain food for the tribe. They are experts at traversing the dark forest that surrounds many parts of the tribe and are the only other member allowed into the moors when accompanied by a scout. Hunters often have heightened senses that allow them to move and react quicker and more accurately than the other members. (Four allowed)Carers: Due to their calming, soothing aura, the carers often look after the kits whenever their parents can't (parents are out working or kits are orphans) and tend to helping foxes give birth. They often work with the shamans to help speed up the process of healing an injured fox. ( Three allowed) (as tribe grows number of foxes allowed in a position will change)
