RP Record (Teusday, March 6th, 2007) Evahnaih wandered lifelessly through the Dragnid Forest. She had been very lonely. It was the first she'd been on her own in almost a year, and she wasn't quite used to it. Knowing that she was on the island alone, and that Midnight had gone back home on the planet floor due to a business trip, she didn't feel all that comfortable. Lifting her hand up to a beam of light pouring through the trees, she shifted her fingers through it, as if feeling a thick or watery substance. 'All alone..." She thought, with only herself to give her company. A thick wind randomly shifted through the trees, leaves danced, a sound ehoed beaneath the treetops. The sound of a faint voice had hit her ears, running a breif chill up her spine. 'Who's there?!" Evah interupted the new silence. "I know somone's there!" Nothing. Walking umong the tree's, even more frightened than before, she was stiff, and fearful. 'There's nothing there...' She told herself, 'Nothing. You're just imagining things. Yes. Imagining.' She laughed at herself breifly. 'There's nothing to be affraid of.' Looking to the ground there was a white daisy, smiling towards the scattered beams of light. The daisy was picked, and was pushed into Evahnaih's green hair. "There we go. As I said, nothing to be afraid of." She wispered aloud.
Walking. Walking. Walking. Skipping. Evahnaih began to skip through the forest with the sunlight on her tail. She felt like she hadn't done this dance if forever, and felt like a little pae'il, either that or naiive. Nevertheless, she continued through the forest, forgetting the faint voice she had heard. 'I wonder how Midnight is.' She thought to herself, imagining Midnight on her trip to the local California Comic Company. ,"Hmmm." She recalled back to when Midnight left, 'Now don't you come back down to Ground Earth! I want you to stay up here for a bit! Be with your own kind and make some friends! That's what I want you to do for now. It'll be good for you. Trust me!'
Stopping her skipping and pondering to her own, she smiled, her head to the grassy forest floor, 'Midnight was right.' She did need to become more social, and more of an extrovert. She was always inside herself, and even on Ground Earth, following Midnight from place to place on her trips, she had never made any friends. They were all human, yes, but she just didn't feel like she could relate to anyone but herself and Midnight.
Looking up from her ground dazing stare, she began to slowly walk again, closer to each and every tree she passed. The forest was getting darker, and the trees were getting taller. She pulled the white daisy from her hair and smelled it lovingly. It smelled like a daisy, incidently. It had a sweet careful fragrance, and brought a feeling of care into the breifly windy air. She pulled her hair down from its tie and allowed it to dance in the wind. She signed terribly. The daisy had lifted her spirit, but her lonelyness had dropped it in double the amount. She wasn't exactly terrified of being alone, she just wasn't used to it. It was always her and Midnight. Always. It was Midnight's fault in the first place to take her evrywhere with her all the time, but she assumed it was to keep her safe. Midnight always thought for the best in her, and didn't trust her alone on Earth. 'It isn't safe!' Evah recalled a memory, 'The world can be a dangerous place sometimes, and you need to make sure nothing ever happens to you! You're my angel. I would die if you dissapeared one day!'
Evah sighed again, this time leaning up against a dark tree. The beams of light were begining to dissapear the deeper she traveled through the forest, and she assumed she was heading towards it's center. Evahnaih slowly dropped her leaning stance to the ground against the tree, and sat in a crosslegged position. She continued to smell the daisy, as if it comforted her.
Fingering the flower sweetly the petals began to die, bent and cracked. She closed her eyes with the daisy still in her clutches and began to drift away to a dreamland.
''Hello? Hellooooo?' Her spirit walked through an empty white nothingness. There was no one around, and she was clearly alone. She was expiriencing a nightmare of selfness, no one around, not even her thoughts to protect her. Wandering around lifelessly and unknowingly she continued, onward and onward, not ever questioning why. Her hair was down, and a rose suddenly appeared in her hand. She did not queston where it came from, and why her hairtie was missing. She only felt nothingness, and a necessary need to continue wandering around the silent white world. It didn't feel like a dream. It didn't feel like reality. It was neither, yet both.' Startled, she jumped from her dreaming state. At least an hour or two had passed and it was now dark outside. She felt a droplett of water land on her shoulder through the thickened tree's branches and leaves. A rain storm was picking up, and she really had nowhere to go. Sighing deeply she stood up from the tree she was leaning on. The rain was picking up, and now was more noticable since she no longer was against the trees thicker branches. Walking deeper into the woods she gained feeling to her hand, noticing that it was still gripping the white mingled daisy. The stem was now broken, but she didn't care. She slipped the flower into her hair, and pulled her hairtie onto her left wrist. Evah looked up into the stormy sky. Water sprinkled her face, and ran down her cheeks. It was much too dangerous to try and fly out of the forest durring a storm, she realized, and instead began searching for somesort of cave or tree dwelling to keep dry in until the storm was over.
