Currently in the library reading a book but not a normal book that Tori would be reading for her research on Halloween creatures, but a book or several of them lying on the desk trying to learn more about dating. That subject was so very a foreign concept to her and she thought to learn a little more about it before going on a trial run date with Dwight since she didn’t want to look like a total fool when it happened. Tori did have to wonder to why her parents didn’t aloud to learn any of this when she had been younger but she knew they must have there reasons and mostly because of her seeing shadows.

Still confused to what she had read as it still made no sense to her and Aklin wasn’t help at all with his input as she had read. Looking at the clock to see that she had been at this for many hours and still nothing was gained at all. Tori didn’t want to go ask her best friends as they were guys and she just thought this was something she might not want to ask them about. Thinking hard to who just could she and thought that maybe something to eat could help her make up her mind.

Tori was going to get a sandwich but as she was looking around she spotted Ariane and thought it could be a good idea to ask her since she was also a death hunter too. Changing her direction right for Ariane and debated with herself on how she would ask her questions and not make too much of a fool of herself.

“Hi, Ariana,” Tori finally said waving at Ariane as she got closer. “Can I ask you a question?” she asked a little sheepishly once she had gotten closer to Ariane.

Tori had no idea that Ariane had been on her way to the Library or she might have not called Ariane over for her to ask some questions, but she so wanted to know more and other peoples opinions on the topic. Aklin just snickered at his hunter as he was finding this all just too funny.

The lifer did smile more and glad that Ariane was willing to answer her questions, but then Tori did start to get more nervous since she didn't know what Ariane would think of her not knowing much about dating and the like. Trying hard to calm herself down enough where she wouldn't ramble random facts off then the questions at hand. "Ok, uummm....," she tried to say, oh man was Tori ever so nervous.

"What is your definition of dating and ummm...also how would you know if you are on a date or even what does one do when going on a date?" Tori rambled out all at once just to get it out in the open to how clueless she was about dating and blushed a little too since she didn't like not knowing things but when parents never let you do anything with men beside just general talking and a dance only at parties. Still ever so relearning to be around men her own age that her parents wouldn't never approve of.

Well right now for Tori asking tips about dating was serious business since she had no clue about anything that pertained about dating. To which Tori did get more nervous when Ariane just stared at her as so many things when flying thought her thoughts. Hearing Ariane laugh did the lifer start to blush and when Tori heard what the other girl said did Tori blush even harder and Aklin was also laughing as it was just too funny. Tori tried to talk but at first nothing came out since she was embarrassed about her own reaction since she really wasn't dating anyone or anything like that right now. "Ummmm...it was something that had come up when I was getting my intermediate coat," Tori finally said. "I was never aloud to date or even hang out with boys my own age and if I did it was only at parties under heavy restrictions and supervision in my old life. Well I'm not really going on a date more like a practice one or at least that is what Dwight said since I had never gone on one and I didn't want to go without learning more about it," she added still sounding sheepishly and still blushing.

Tori did listen carefully to what Ariane was saying and making mental notes for later on. "That is all good information as I have been reading what I could find about dating and it wasn't much to what I could find. But everything I read said different things and it was just so confusing, but what you have said make much more sense," Tori said. Tori was so very clueless about the whole thing. "Is there anything more that I would need to know? Another thing that I read was about group dating is that the same thing as a date or is that something totally different?"

"In a way there were except they weren't boring since they were really social ladder climbers to make sure that everyone knew who they were," Tori replied and money also worked to make people like you if you payed them the right price to which Tori's parents did most of the time. Tori was totally glad to have finally broken free of that life were she could have one of her own making. "My parents broke me when I was a lot younger to do there bidding and be there perfect daughter to show off at parties and to be locked up the rest of the time to make sure no one of importance saw how not perfect I was, only the help saw that from time to time," she added since what her parents didn't want others to see were her break downs when there were too many shadows around to bring bring up bad memories since a puppet wasn't suppose to be broken ever in her parents mind.

Still blushing but not at much when Ariane put an arm around Tori's shoulder. "Well for a long time all I had was reading or asking, but I do get your point and I will try to not read about dating too much more," Tori answered and she might ask others since she really wanted to know what she was getting into and for the fact that she was really nervous about it. "That seams simple enough...." she added and she was going to say more until Ariane said to give her date a kiss to which Tori blushed a little brighter. Man did the Deather so knew how to embarrassed the lifer about kissing.

After a little silence did Tori re-find her voice. "That is what I thought it might be but I had to ask since to what I had been reading was never too clear about group dating except that it could be fun for all," she answered. "Thanks for the help, is there any more advice that you could give me," Tori asked in a quiet voice unsure of what Ariane thought.

Tori just shrugged a little since they were the only parents she knew since she really didn't meet the parents of others she had know that had been her 'friends' while in that hell hole since the only think had made that all bare able had been her books now that she looked back on it. "Your right about that as I'm glad to be done with that hell hole and to be my own person," Even if she did have to relearn things but Tori never knew the difference after all the blackmail her mother threatened her with if she didn't do everything they wanted her to do it had been easier to do what they wanted if she didn't want to repeatedly to have a broken heart.

The lifer had always too wondered what he parents had done with her being 'dead' if it took a dent out of there social standing among other things.

Giggling slightly when seeing Ariane's eyebrows wiggling at her blush as that was something she couldn't help since she really had never talked to anyone about dateing or anything of the like and just thinking about it just made Tori blush just a little more brighter. "Ok I can try, but it could possibly turn out to be a disaster knowing that when really nervous I spout out random information," she answered trying to get her blushing under control but Ariane really knew how to make her do so well. "Well I do hope that you are right and I bet that no mater what happens you will be hearing about it," Tori said fully well knowing that anything wouldn't be kept a secret for long even if Tori didn't talk about it she knew others would know.

Tori smiled really big as it felt good to at least start to be free to be her own person well as much as she could here and it was always better late than never. "Thanks," she replied taking the whack to her back with grace as the gesture made Tori feel really happy and was really glad to have Ariane as a really good friend. That she reciprocated the gesture to Ariane but with less strength to it, aww Tori is learning new things from you Ariane.

Blushing more now as Ariane just had the magic touch to make Tori blush and in general to tease. "Well I really don't know about my blushing being cute, but I will just take your word on it. Since most of the guys I have known just wanted the money and the status too," she said thinking a little to her past. "Well I won't know until I do, so we will have to see if I'm a natural or not," she added not knowing what would happen at all.

"Then its a plan, you will be the first I tell when it happens and thanks for talking with me about all of this it really has helped me out too," Tori also hope that it would be a good time but one really never knew.

Tori hadn’t seen Ariane’s surprise but she had seen her grinning as that just make Tori just smile even bigger.

“I’m glad for that. It’s something that I now don’t want to go back to,” Tori replied and now that she had seen the other side of the pasture she didn’t want to go back to what she left behind. So this one time the grass was greener on the other side. “I’m very glad for any help,” she answered as her weapon chuckled at her for the questions she asked. “Lets, as that sounds like a wonderful idea,” she replied as there were times doing all the reading did make one thirsty.

Tori laughed softly as Ariane was right in what she was saying. "Alright," Tori replied as she just let Ariane lead her to the cafeteria. "Yep I do as its only fair thing to do," she agreed with a smile too.
