Title: Senshi of Spring, Handmaiden to Princess Chronos
Birth name: Fleur ((Alias: Dawn))

About:
Generally, having being born as the Spring handmaiden of Princess Chronos and being taught in the ways of being the handmaiden was pretty boring to Fleur. She was happy-go-lucky and sweet, but disliked always being told of her responsibilities, which made her a rather rebellious child. While she was young, Fleur made good friends with Sailor Zephyr, and the two would constantly flee to other planets in search of adventure, hoping to escape her predestined life.
When Princess Chronos turned eight, Fleur was eleven and was officially sent off from Flora to the Surrounding. While Fleur grew to love her Princess and her fellow Seasons, she constantly wished for a more carefree life to explore the universe. She was very much of a daydreamer and giggly, trying to inject some fun and life into the Castle. Though she approved of Chronos and Eon and spoke of them as the 'perfect couple', she never seemed to take relationships seriously. It wasn't uncommon to see her flirting with some of the Knights, but she went no further; Flora always kept romances to brief frivolous flings.
Every year when she briefly returned to Flora, she would sneak away with Zephyr to explore other planets... though she was always chased after and eventually brought back.
Canon Relationships POSITIVE: Princesss Venus - 3 - Moderate Standing You know each other well enough to use the word friend but this is not close enough to perhaps have shared many secrets. You are in moderate/good political and social standing with this character.Backstory: Flora respects Venus and looks up to her because she's really pretty, oh gosh and also the leader of the Inner Senshi! The two got along when they were kids because of their similar temperaments; both were generally silly and liked to fool around but knew when to be serious. When Flora was sent to the Surrounding, the two didn't get to see each other much, but generally regarded each other as friends, writing to each other every now and then. NEGATIVE: Princess Uranus - 6 > 5 - Minor Differences You and this character do not particularly enjoy your interactions but they are not entirely impossible. You are in minor negative political and social standing with this character. Backstory: Princess Uranus' first encounter with Flora was when the handmaiden escaped from her duties at the Festival of Floralia along with Zephyr as usual. Princess Uranus has not regarded Flora in a positive light since then, and Flora thinks that Uranus is a bit too stiff and boring. They do, however, put up with each other out of respect to Princess Chronos. POLITICAL: Princess Jupiter - 1 - Physical Alliance There exists a physical alliance between their family and yours where one member of your family married into theirs. Perhaps there is even talk of you being the one to marry into their family.Backstory: Flora's older brother was betrothed to a cousin of Princess Jupiter. Flora was unable to attend the wedding due to her duties, but generally thinks that Jupiter is cool because of their gardens. ------ Neutral Relationships: Pluto, Neptune, Mars Unknown Relationships: Saturn, Mercury
Appearance: Fleur resembles Eve greatly; born with the same blond hair and blue eyes. Fleur, however, kept her honey blond hair long and braided to the side, usually with flowers in her hair if she was on Flora. She wore a long flowing dress that resembled a toga, in hues of green and pink, along with gold-colored sandals. While out gallivanting in the universe, she also donned a white hooded cloak over her usual dress.
Notes:
Fleur is pretty good at combat. After all, fighting Chaos monsters isn't really easy and she'd be dead fast otherwise! She's a lot better at magic though.
Fleur has an older brother named Crizanto who married into Princess Jupiter's family, a cousin named Astrid. He is five years older than her and a pretty cool guy. Lives on Jupiter with his wife, though does return to Flora every year to see his sister again.
Fleur has a guardian cat, Yue, who served as her tutor before she headed into the Surrounding, and also an adviser to the Council of Flora. He generally has to help hunt her down and drag her back.

PLOTS
Childhood friends -- Fleur stayed on Flora for eleven years before being summoned to the Surrounding. The rebellious girl usually liked skipping her lessons and may very well have bumped into people touring the asteroid!
Codename: Dawn -- Whenever Fleur is out "eloping" with Zephyr, she normally introduces herself as Dawn (because her name is a total giveaway ok) to people she meets along her journeys. Such meetings don't exactly last too long because they are constantly on the run from pursuers.
(It'd be interesting for someone to meet her as Dawn and while vacationing on Flora, realizes who she is!)
Festival of Florailia -- An annual festival which lasts a week where Fleur can return to Flora. It is not uncommon for Senshi and/or Knights to be introduced to Fleur during the festivities, though this usually takes place after she is dragged back from her adventures.
Zodiacs -- Fleur liked flirting with Chronos Knights. I'd imagine she'd be quite good friends with some of them... though others may disapprove of rumors of her running off whenever she was allowed to go back to Flora.
Zodiac and Season relationship plots are open as well!

About:
Princess Chronos was born as Euthalia to the Queen of the Zodiacs a few years after Aeon married Queen Serenity. Her birth was announced officially at a party held by the Moon Court, along with that Zue was to be her Guardian Cat. A few years later, Princess Serenity, Euthalia's younger cousin, was born.
In her youth, she was usually addressed as 'Princess' or 'Your Highness', although there were some exceptions made; her mother called her by her birth name and she would allow anyone close to do so as well. The young Princess had a curious streak, constantly exploring the Castle as her mother and the Zodiacs left on their missions, and finding many hidden passageways. She was given many lessons in her youth; Royal Etiquette: How to be Prim and Proper as a Princess, studying the ceremonies and traditions, and was trained in basic combat as well. When Euthalia turned 8, the Seasons were sent to be her Handmaidens and she was delighted to finally have playmates her age.
Princess Chronos was engaged to Prince Eon at a young age and was fascinated by him, thinking him sweet and kind from when they first met as children. The latter was always patient with her despite being older, and she was excited every time he made a visit to the Castle while on his pilgrimage.
Queen Chronos died soon after the last of her Zodiac did, when Princess Chronos was 15. While the Princess mourned her mother, it was time for her to officially take up the role as the Royal of the Zodiacs and fight alongside them. She was then also announced to be officially engaged to Prince Eon, although the two constantly put off their wedding due to the frequency of the Chaos Monsters slowly increasing.
However, this was also partly because Princess Chronos feared having to take up the mantle her mother left behind. When she married Prince Eon, she would then be known as the Queen, and Euthalia did not think she would be as good a Queen as Papillion was.
Appearance: Euthalia looks similar to Serenade; green hair, cerise eyes and all. Usually wore white dresses.
Notes:
Euthalia will tell you her birth name if she is close to you. Generally meant to be used in secret, but to have the Princess tell you this is pretty much an honor.
Queen Chronos; Euthalia's mother, was the sister to Prince Aeon, who married Queen Serenity.
While Euthalia officially fought at the age of 15, she has been on the battlefield before that, to gain experience before she officially took over her mother's role.

Exploring the Castle -- Euthalia likes exploring the castle in her free time, and could very well bump into other inhabitants of the castle as she does!
Touring Wonders -- Not all Wonders are situated in the main Zodiac fortress after all, so getting to see different wonders would be quite interesting for Euthalia!
Predecessors? -- When Princess Euthalia was young, Queen Chronos, along with her Zodiacs and Knights were still around. I'd imagine that some of them would be quite affectionate to their young Princess and would serve as older, wiser figures who would teach her stuff?

I would be interested in past life interaction between Fleur and Minkowski (Hwamei)! c: Minkowski's homeland has gardens as well, and butterflies also (butterfly gardens?), and she would have been something of a gardener as she grew older, but they could have bumped into each other at any point in time, if you'd be up for that (Minkowski could have come to Flora to visit, or vice versa)
