Reverse Mountain is a mountain at one of the points where the four Blues meet and is one of the two known entrances to the Grand Line

In this area you will be able to dock at a nearby own which is located right before the entrance of reverse mountain. The current entrance is blocked off by the Marines for reasons unknown currently. It will not stay like this for long so don't interfere with them and you'll be fine.
