Victoria was going to meet up with her new big sister, and she felt bad about turning up empty handed; however, she was still saving up for a typewriter, and couldn't afford to buy anything too extravagant, even if she wanted to make a good impression. Instead, she thought about what ghouls normally liked, and remembered that most of her sisters back at the orphanage loved bows.
Digging for some materials around her room, she salvaged the clasp off an old hair pin, as well as some strips of black and white cloth and lace. Putting them together, she managed to make a bow hair pin that she was rather satisfied with.
Putting it into a small box she had bought at the 1-seed store, she then proceeded towards the meeting place, excited about giving her gift to Belladonna; the witch was so very nice, and had such an impressive bosom...

As the youngest daughter in a long line of witches, with two elder sisters and a variety of older cousins, aunts and any number of other female relatives, it was difficult for a young ghoul to feel like an adult within her own family. Even with a few younger cousins to dote over, Belladonna just never felt very much like she could be a role model to any of them. Especially when her immediate family always called her the baby, when the rest of the family made allusions to her being very young still and then most people she met still viewed her as a scarling. Now that she was given the opportunity to be in the situation that would innately reverse this feeling as well as provide herself as a role model to a young ghoul, the witch took this very seriously. Seriously enough that she was running a little late. A little late mostly because she was lugging a rather large black, wicker basket full of a variety of things. It had been tied with a pale blue ribbon around the handle and burdened with the glorious purpose of sisterly bonding. Which, really, was just a foolhardy attempt by the witch to be a better big sister than the ones she had been given. Perhaps she was taking this whole Big Brother Program a little too seriously. They weren't actually going to be related in any other way, shape or form besides the fact that they would be very good friends. That the little ghoul could essentially come to the witch should she need anything. Honestly, that was more than enough for Belladonna to want to go all out. She absolutely adored helping people, so to be not only an extended hand of friendship to the ghost ghoul, but to also act as an elder figure providing help... Oh, it was a dream come true. It took her a while, but finally the witch clattered over the hill towards the little gazebo between Reaper and Ghost dorm which had been designated as their first sisterly bonding experience. As Belladonna drew closer she saw that Victoria was already there and let out a loud noise of greeting. "Hello darling! How are you today?" The witch greeted as she finally reached the small structure and quickly darted up the steps. With a loud thump the basket was set upon the floor and Victoria pulled into the witch's arms for a hug. "Brought you a little something, from one sister to another." Belladonna cooed accompanied with a good squeeze of the ghoul. She was really excited. Then she had darted back to push the basket forward. "It has been a while since I've made a welcoming basket for anyone, so I think I've gotten rusty, but here! There are some of my favorite books, a variety of candy because I couldn't be sure what you liked, a gorgeous little handheld mirror, you said you liked mirrors, right? And oh! This!"Here she brandished a large piece of paper with a lot of blanks scattered through out. "Its a measurement sheet! You are so adorable that I just have to make you something. I sew clothing and you would be a perfect model." And finally, after the torrent of words Belladonna blinked at Victoria and let out a laugh. "Sorry! Guess I'm just a bit excited. How are you today?" Excited was honestly putting it lightly. In all truthfulness Belladonna was over the moon to not only be a big sister to someone so absolutely adorable, but as well vastly excited for all the fun they would surely have. Dragain OMG I'M SORRY. ;;;;;; But here have a super late tag where I decided they were meeting XD

"Hello, Miss Belladon-" Victoria gasped in surprise when she was very suddenly given a hug, although her arms went automatically around the witch's torso; it had been a while since she had last been given a hug, and she was suddenly reminded of home... Although Matron hugs were rare, hugs from her sisters in the orphanage were not.
Besides, it was comfortable to lay her head down on her soft, ample bosom, even if it was only for a little while.
"A gift basket?" She asked, squatting down beside the basket to take a closer look at it, her smile growing till it could grow no one; books and candies were luxuries that the orphanage could not afford to buy too often, although they had a library stocked with books that had been donated to the orphanage over the years. When a mirror was mentioned, the ghost picked it up with delight, pressing a finger against the surface, putting a little bit of her Fear in it, like she did with all her mirrors, "A dress? Sewed just for me?"
All her dresses came from someone else, and had already been worn at least once, so knowing that someone was willing to go through all that work to make her a dress made her feel... Special. It was a nice, warm feeling.
"I love it! I love everything! Oh, thank you so much!" Tucking the mirror safely back into the basket, she then held out her own gift - a box containing a bow - towards Belladonna, unable to help feeling nervous, "I brought something for you too... It's not much, but I made it myself!"

Such a cute, fluffy and squishy little ghoul as Victoria demanded all the good hugs, so Belladonna felt absolutely no hesitation in making this one so. She squeezed her arms around the ghoul and even rubbed her face against the smaller ghoul's head, just for the additional cute factor and loving gesture it would bring. Hugs from the witch's own sisters were actions not recreated since childhood, not since they hadn't wanted to claw the others in the back once they got their arms around for a hug. The latest trip home had yielded a hug from Belladonna's elder sister, but it had been a quick, blustery affair befitting one so brash as Hemlock. As for the eldest sister, she only glared at the youngest and wished her harm and deemed her vastly inappropriate to touch due to sheer hatred. Yet all of this was erased with little Victoria's return hug and satisfied to have bestowed this gift upon her, Belladonna let go and gave her a wide smile. The mention of the gift basket was replied to with a hasty nod and the joy of watching someone open a very special present. "And of course a dress sewed just for you! I specialize in custom outfits, so whatever you want. Just name it."Another smile was given, a crinkle of eyes and that happy joy from doing good bloomed within the witch, but was oddly curbed when Victoria presented a box to the witch. Belladonna giggled softly and took it, vastly interested. "Self made gifts are the most precious, because the giver always puts a little of themselves into the present." She replied with a wink as she carefully opened it and pulled forth the bow. The curious looked on the witch's face was quickly replaced with one of wonder and deep satisfaction. "Oh its darling! And you made it yourself? How creative! I might have to get your help on some details for my own outfits then! Its lovely and I adore your eye for detail. Oh thank you!" Another hug was necessary as the witch grabbed the ghoul back again and squeezed her close before she let go in favor of placing the bow in her hair. Once happily situated on her head, the witch turned a bright smile back to her favorite little. "So! How have you been since Spirit Week?"Dragain Apparently not as slow as me XD

"Woooow! I got myself a big sister who can sew!" Victoria seemed in awe by this fact as she smiled in delight. The only other person she knew who could sew a brand new outfit from scratch was her matron; everyone else - including her - just knew how to patch up holes, or alter the length of a piece of clothing. It was amazing and fascinating that someone as young as Belladonna could do something that seemed so complicated.
"I am not sure what to ask for though... Did you sew this dress by yourself, Miss Belladonna?" She asked, floating a few inches backwards to take a better look at the outfit the witch was currently wearing. The second hug of the day was again happily returned, and she felt pleased as punch to see the bow she made on Belladonna's beautiful red locks, "You're welcome! I'm so glad that you liked it... Oh, I would love to help!"
Being helpful equated to her being a good ghoul, and everyone loves a good ghoul!
"I've been wonderful," She replied, sounding as cheerful as she looked, "Spirit Week was wonderful for making new friends, and it helped me to warm up to the school!"

Yes, little Victoria, just keep complimenting the witch. All the ghoul's exuberance and excitement was only feeding Belladonna's own equally enthralled emotions so that she was about to start bouncing at any moment from her joy. This whole thing was just going so well! Here the witch thought it might be awkward for a younger student to make a connection, but already they were fast friends. Most excellent."I sewed parts of this... But not the entire thing." The witch replied with a pose so the ghost could better see the whole outfit. Certainly one to enjoy a bit of attention the witch held her stance, one arm up at shoulder height while the other remained down but out, with a smile plastered to her face. "And there's really no rush. Take your time and let me know if you think of something." Here she dropped her pose to clap her hands together. "Do you have a particular style you like? That is always a good place in which to start thinking of ideas from."Since they were going to chat for a bit, and because the gazebo was rather large, Belladonna helped herself to one of the benches pushed against the sides of the structure. "I am glad you enjoyed it. Did you, ah, happen to be present for the.......... Special guest?" She inquired innocently, though one eyebrow distinctly rose upward at the delicate way of putting the unwelcome and nasty intruder Spirit Week was unfortunate enough to have received. Still, it would not do to show that it had upset the witch in any way so she only continued to smile blithely at the ghoul as though nothing were at all amiss. After all, as a Big Sister, it was Belladonna's duty to also protect Miss Victoria from anything that might want to cause her harm. And that certainly included those pesky Christmas Town dwellers.

"I love it, Miss Belladonna!" Victoria replied with a bright smile, nodding in reply, "I will be sure to inform you if I think of something! I do prefer my outfits feminine... And covering! Matron said that covering up is very important for little ghouls like me."
However, she was sure that once she is an adult with a bosom that is hopefully as impressive as Hel's, Miss Amphi's or Miss Belladonna, she would want to show it off... Who wouldn't?
"Special guest?" She echoed, floating over to the bench in order to take a seat - or rather, hover above the bench in a sitting position - beside the witch. She paused for a few seconds, chin in hands as she recalled the events of Spirit Week, "Are you referring to the really mean "Santa's helper" who appeared at the end of Spirit Week?"

"Oh! Feminine outfits are my specialty." The witch replied with a tiny clap of hands. And this little ghoul was just adorably feminine, she would look fabulous in just about anything! Already Belladonna's mind was off, running through the various patterns and ideas she could bring up next time they met, what fabrics and accents she could use. This little tirade of thought was quickly derailed in favor of more immediate curiosities. "Matron? Oh? Did you come from another school then? Did you like it? What was it like? Was your Matron strict, she sounds like she might be." An exasperated sigh was Victoria's first reply as Belladonna leaned backwards to rest against the structure and stretch her legs out in front of her before she crossed her ankles. "Yes, that exactly. Christmas and Halloween have always enjoyed enjoyed a less than stellar relationship... So look forward to... A bit of fun, shall we say." Here the witch turned a sympathetic gaze upon the ghost ghoul with another small sigh. "Sometimes things get a bit... Much. If you ever have any questions or need some help, I am here for you. I am your new Big Sister, after all." A smile was tacked onto the end, as way of encouragement.

"Oh no, Miss Belladonna," Victoria shook her head in reply, her gaze moving to - and lingering on - the ground as she continued, "The Matron of Bloodworth's Orphanage for Ghouls! It is a lovely place in a small, quiet town, far away from this place... I loved it there, and I get a little homesick sometimes. Matron is a very strict lady. However, she is very kind to all of us, and hope for a bright future for everyone when we leave the orphanage..."
She was getting homesick just thinking about the orphanage; for the longest time, it was the only place she knew... Amityville was just so different!
"From the legends?" She asked, her gaze returning to rest on Belladonna. She was curious about why the witch sounded almost tired when talking about the relationship between Halloween and Christmas, "Is it because Mister Jack kidnapped Mister Sandy Claws? He made it up to him in the end, right?"
The smile made her feel a little less homesick, and she nodded, returning the gesture with a smile of her own, "May I call you Big sister Belladonna instead of Miss?"

Oh! Oh she was an orphan! Just like the witch's own darling zombie love! What a precious little ghoul Victoria kept on becoming! With a small smile the witch listened to her story, her eyebrows occasionally darting up in a look of sympathy whenever the ghost mentioned how homesick she was, or some other sweet thing. The Matron sounded like the perfect type of woman to run a school for ghouls, at once strict and kind, just like any good mother should be. Half curious over where exactly this school was located, the idea that Victoria would never return to the orphanage instead becomes the more pressing matter. If she has since left the school in favor of another, then that would mean... She spent her whole life there without actually knowing what a real family was like! A real mother or father or siblings, aunts and uncles and a multitude of noisy cousins. Having come from a large family, Belladonna cannot fathom what it is like to exist in the world without the backing of her name. While it occasionally creates problems in the form of sibling rivalry or even preceding her own reputation, she also is grateful for her family, however much she might dislike them. Before she can stop herself she grabbed at Victoria's hands and gave them a happy squeeze. "I cannot tell the future, not yet at least. I'm planning on studying that soon... But I can tell that you will have a wonderfully bright and successful and happy future. Your Matron sounds like a wonderful woman and I can tell that she has taught you all about being a good ghoul. You will make her proud, I know you will!"Maybe... Maybe Victoria didn't have a traditional family like the witch, but she certainly had one in her Matron and all the other ghouls she lived with. And she carried the Bloodworth's name too, didn't she? So she really wasn't all alone as the witch originally thought. Yet the conversation derails the witch and she heaves another sigh at the mention of Sandy Claws. "Well, yes... Jack made things right in the end, but you know Halloweentown... We're a mischievous lot and can never really leave well enough alone..." But that was so boring! No more talk of dreaded Christmas Town and their icky elves that liked to cause chaos. The question made the witch beam, eyes all sparkly for her little sister. "Only if I may call you Little Sister Victoria!" Goodness that was a long name! The witch laughed at the sound of it and gave the ghoul a pat on the arm. "I might just stick to Victoria for short, if you don't mind too much." Dragain OK WOW I totally didn't wait an entire month for this tag. OTL I totally understand if you want to drop this, just let me know and I am SO SORRY for the crazy long delay. ;;;;;;

"You'll be able to tell the future... In the future?" Victoria's face lit up as she wriggled excitedly; being able to know things before they happen sounded very exciting to her. She nodded, beaming at Belladonna; she liked it when others praised Matron, because she really thought the world of her, and was delighted that others thought the same, "Yes, I will! What do you hope to be in the future, Big Sister Belladonna?"
It was a mouthful, but... It made her chest feel all warm and fuzzy and bubbly. It was a nice feeling to have, especially since it lessened her homesickness.
"Oh, I do not mind at all," She shook her head, "The thought is enough for me."

"I do hope to, at least!" The witch chirped quite excitedly, continually beaming at the ghost ghoul. She really was a darling little thing and Belladonna was already massively fond of her. Which perhaps wasn't something new, but there was something about Victoria the witch was in particular more impressed with and therefore deemed her more special. Perhaps it was how naive she was mixed with her determination. It was refreshing! And Belladonna felt akin to this precious ghoul enough to lower her voice to a softer note when she spoke, addressing one point before the question. "If you would like, and if it is easier, you may call me Bells. Those I am particularly close to all call me that." To back up her statement, she gave Victoria's hand nearest her own a gentle pat. But then she perked up considerably and tapped a finger to her chin in mild thought. "I would absolutely love to be a Trick or Treater. Over Halloween I helped gather some additional FEAR for the festival and was allowed to go into the Human world to scare some children. They were so easily frightened and I got a few of them to scream! It was absolutely too much fun and I would so love to do similar things in the future."For a moment she got wistful and rose both her hands to cup her own face, a dreamy look, along with a light blush, crossing her features. "And I would love to get married to my one true love in a grand ceremony with a huge ballgown and one day start a family. But very far in the future, for I'd much rather work as a Trick or Treater first and foremost." With a long, illustrious career as a top notch scarer and cheerful prankster! With a flutter she lowered her hands and flapped them at Victoria. "I know you have just started school, but have you any idea of what you'd like to do or be when you grow up?"

"Bells," Victoria echoed, her eyes widening in disbelief that Belladonna was giving her the permission to address her with a name used by those she was closest to.... If the witch hadn't mentioned it, Victoria would never be so bold!
"I participated in that too!" She nodded, impressed with the fact that Belladonna had gotten them to scream; scaring wasn't as easy as she thought it would be, although it might also be due to the lack of practice, "I do not think that I got any of the children to scream, but I did frighten a couple of them!" She seemed pretty proud, even if she wished that she had gotten them to scream... How fun that would be!
"How romantic! Your one true love?" She asked, curiosity getting the best of her as she leaned in, "Do you have someone in mind right now, by any chance?"
The question resulted in her shaking her head, "No, not particularly."

What an absolutely charming ghoul! The way she just oh-so carefully breathed the witch's nickname only made it all the more clear they really and truly should be very good friends. A most special kind of mentor and student, older and younger, cute and cuter. Yes, Belladonna was quite convinced of this entire thing already. It was to be glorious. The warm smile that had already been quite plainly displayed on her face somehow managed to grow even wider as well as take on a horribly awed expression. Her hands clapped together in glee and she cackled quite loudly. "Oh pumpkin, that is positively marvelous! I am most proud of you! To even frighten a couple of them is absolutely marvelous." The witch fluttered her hands at the ghost, beaming all bright and chipper. "As a first year, you must be vastly satisfied with yourself." Victoria's question makes the witch's already small blush bloom into something far deeper. Unsure of really want to do she once more brought her hands up to her face to hold her now red cheeks. "W-well I-I-I-I make no attempts to s-say I do not, b-but I-I do not think it w-would serve well to d-discuss such a thing--" Except that she didn't really have a good reason for why not so she sighs heavily and drops her hands. "W-well... I just... Yes there is someone on my mind right now... B-but... I do not know if h-he feels the same... Or should ever hope t-to feel the same..." It would not due to get all sorts of sad or emotional over this so the witch flapped her hands. "Is there any hobbies you are particularly good at? Or maybe something you might be interested in?"

"I will do better next time," Victoria nodded, somewhat glad that at least Belladonna was proud of her. Her attention, however, quickly shifted over to how the ghoul was acting.
"Oh, but I think that whoever that boil is, is lucky to have someone as lovely as yourself think of him in that way," She beamed, positive that there was nobody who could resist the witch's charms; even if her feelings are not returned, it must be such an honor! Then again, Victoria was awfully biased; it might be their first meeting, but Belladonna had shown her nothing but kindness and support.
Who wouldn't want a ghoulfriend like that?
"I collect mirrors!" She giggled softly, "Of all shapes and sizes and types... I adore them."
