Axel had found himself lolly gagging between his classes. Having a couple hours in between left him a lot of time to just hang around the shops close to DCU. Which also gave him a lot of time to think about recent events. Perhaps a bit too much time really. He'd parked his motorbike outside a nearby coffee shop. Grabbing a cup he worked his way back outside to sit on the outdoor patio. Back pack slung into a chair next to the one he was sitting in and coffee cup resting on the table. He let out a yawn while giving his left eye a rough rub. Last night had been a long one, but he had thoroughly enjoyed himself. Even if it'd left him tired. Reaching into his pocket he pulled out his iPhone and flicked around a bit. Surfing the web here and there, watching a few YouTube videos and checking up on any postings about fighting match sign ups. He could certainly use a little extra money. Perhaps to buy something for a certain lady. Not that he really knew exactly what girls liked bought for them. Lingerie? Puppies? He flicked open a new browser tab and ooggled about the Victoria Secret's website for a bit.

Fritz was juggling two cups of coffee, a small easel, a five by five canvas, a satchel full of art supplies, three textbooks, and a book with a gold embossed title that read The Once and Future King. He had thought he was doing well as he staggered carefully into the little coffee shop, except with the added coffee, his balance was somewhat skewed.
Which explained very well while he very nearly dumped it all over some poor bloke's head after finally making it out to the patio. As it was, Fritz at least managed to catch the coffee before it spilled. His books, easel, canvas, satchel, and books all fell to the floor with a resounding crash that echoed throughout the crowded little patio.
"...oops."
Setting the coffee down on the nearest table, Fritz scrounged around to gather his belongings, turned, and saw a young man at the table he had currently just used as a resting place, looking down at his phone.
Fritz peered over his shoulder.
"Nice use of your time," he said agreeably, flashing a cheerful smile at him.

The crash of items falling to the ground hadn't gone unnoticed. It had drawn Axel's attention momentarily as it was in very close proximity to himself and his own stuff. After that he had payed no real mind until the coffee was set on the table next to his. To which an eyebrow slowly raised. And then a voice over his shoulder. He picked up on the familiar accent, except it was masculine. A wide toothy grin spread across his face as he rubbed at the hair on his chin. "Well I figure its better than watching porn out here and getting strange looks when it gets particularly noisy." Turning in his seat slightly, Axel reached down and picked up a couple of books off the ground setting them down on the table. "You gonna be ok there bro? That's a lot of stuff to be carrying"

Fritz cleared his throat in amusement, hardly bothering to hide the wide grin that passed across his face.
"Well, I'm glad to see that you're someone who doesn't have any regard for what other people think of them," he said cheerfully, finally managing to gather everything up and pile it on the table beside him. "I always find that to be a rather refreshing quality."
Smiling, he added, "And thank you for helping me. I'll be all right; I just loaded myself down with too much rubbish, after all."
He stuck out a hand. "Fritz."

Grins seemed to be infectious. This guy knew. He totally got it. Waving a dismissive hand he laughed. "I don't see much point in worrying about what other people think honestly. You live a longer life that way. Or at least I like to think of it that way." He gave him a little two finger salute off of his temple in a way of saying 'no problem'. When the hand was offered he took it with a firm shake. "Axel. You at DCU?"

"True," said Fritz, with a nod of his head. "A wise philosophy of any good man, I might add."
He shook the young man - Axel's - hand with a firm shake and a smile before he stuck both hands into his pockets, rocking back on his heels.
"Nah, I'm at HITS," said Fritz. "Although I've taken the last semester off to do some soul searching. Or something. You at DCU, then, I take it?"

"Can't say I know too much about HITS. I think I dated a girl from there once upon a time." From what he remembered they all wore some kind of uniform and were like super brainy or something. If he was remembering correctly at all. Axel hated uniforms. He offered a hand towards the second chair at his table. No point in letting his knew friend stand while they chatted it up. "Yea. Mechanical engineering. I might not look like it but I'm pretty good when it comes to tinkering with stuff. But its at least helpful when I need to take a part my motorcycle and put it back together."

Fritz smiled and took the offered seat, sliding in comfortably and leaning back as though he had been friends with the other for years and years.
"Oh, really?" he said with a smile. "Yes, I wasn't quite predicting that major, but I find it pretty fascinating all the same. I'm not really very good at that sort of thing, however; my focus runs more towards the fine arts, you see."
