I'm a Shooter- trust me, baby.

Will you come now, Peacefully with me? _________________________________________________________________________Alright, so years ago, I had a major crush on this girl (Not saying who, don't ask. If you know me IRL, you know who she is.) who I met due to my friend dating her. (TBH, I met her online way before then, but...) ...It didn't work out between her and said friend (VERY Long story, but it was, nothing short of a nuclear disaster)... well, I tried to take my chance.... Was shot down. Royally.Now, I knew when I was going to try, I was running a risk (and there was some serious sabotage from a couple of my other friends (of course I didn't know that, and despite my suspicions, didn't lose my trust with them... still don't care))... I swore, "If I'm shot down, I'm destroying Ben. I'm one-hundred percent serious." Now Ben is a semi-friend. He's been the target of my wrath before (due to him getting in my way with another girl)... and he's just a go to target for me. (And failing with this girl causes me a large amount of anger. (I asked her to go see a movie with me before hand. (And it wasn't me asking her out or anything-- there were a lot of people going to that!)... she couldn't come. I got extremely ****ed off. Luckily, I had a game to take my anger out on (Chrome Hounds, how I'll miss thee)... thus "the day of berserker rage (or the day Sal Kar took Tarakia)" this time, no such case, but I swore to make a target out of Ben.) Nothing happened, I ultimately curbed my anger and took my defeat in stride. Hell, I wasn't even angry when I later found out I was backstabbed leading up to that night. I suppose, it's my loyalty in both cases. Earn my friendship, and I'll never betray you, ever. No matter what. But..! I did not lie! I DID destroy Ben. Killed off a character based on him in a large-scale fanfiction project ( Project: Ignition, which, no, while I do write some FE-based fanfics, this isn't. It's Armored Core for Answer + Muv Luv Alternative, if you've heard of those). Rather horrifically too. (Well, his tank-type AC got thwacked by a Fort-Class BETA. He met the Gravis's Acid...) True, I only offed him in writing, but after years, I finally did it. It totally counts. Eh, it was years ago. I've gotten over it. (Well, to be honest, not really. I loved that girl. I suppose I still do- I haven't actually seen her since a few weeks after the incident. I encounter her online from time to time, and six degrees? more like one, ok, maybe two or three... I can't seem to find anyone else though (although, I'm not the most social guy on earth, I have my circle of friends, and that's it. I try cons, but nothing happens and I hardly interact with anyone-- so it's my fault.) and I did get another shot with the girl Ben got in my way of back in High School-- that didn't work out.)
Creepypasta BEN drowned. And you read the .rtf, didn't you?
Nah though, I did swear to destroy Ben, who's not BEN, and I did.
(I actually didn't set out to destroy Ben in Project Ignition. I just remembered his stuff for Zion, and used his self/avatar person "Tsuki" and his daughteru "Ciani" (also appears in Ignition, once the plot takes Adler back to JapanSTRING! she's not playing Cat's Cradle, I swear.). Given Project Ignition is just supposed to make people cry, that set him up for the fall. Couple that with Tsuki not being the aggressor to main character Adler (that'd be Bill/Will/"Eagle") and it just makes him more set up to die...)

Eh. Nice Boat.
I only killed him in writing. And, anyone can die in that fic. If I deem killing a character will invoke a reaction (even if that reaction is delayed like introducing Ciani- she's gonna show up being all cute like, but is just going to remind you that her actual parents were killed by Old King, and her adoptive father... well, that's Tsuki....), that character is doomed with a force of one-billion megadooms.
People like May Greenfield. She's everyone's favorite Armored Core for Answer character. The Tank-class BETA found her to be incredibly tasty.

Belzayne But s**t man killing someone that didn't help out your romance? Seems harsh to me. But at least it releases the negative emotion out. >>; I wrote a short story (posted in DA) called "The Bird" to release my anger when I was upset at someone, but couldn't express it in front of the person. It did help release my negative emotion when I finished writing it. In addition, I also like to point out that people do based their characters on RL people. For example, Ayra's two stories from NaNo. She based her characters on RL people and she killed some. >>; It's too bad she wrote be making another story this year. sad

The difference in what Ayra did is that she had no malice when killing characters based on real people.
Though, I'm not about to argue that killing somebody out of malice in writing is the same as actually committing the act.

I would like to make a point to say this- I had no intention of making true that promise when I did so. I didn't destroy Ben out of malice (me making a target out of him when I was shot down was completely irrational, and had nothing to do with anything, and I didn't exactly do anything.)- I drop things hard. I had the fact that I did make true on that promise pointed out to me days later by a friend reading the fic. I killed off his character for the plot. Much like how I also killed off May Greenfield. Like I've said, Ignition is just there to make people cry- an Utsuge in non-game form (reminder that VNs are games, so techincally, even though some say that VNs aren't games and thus "Utsuge" does not hold as a Video Game type, it simply means "Sad Game" (Or something like that) it IS, so simply on token of not being a video game, Ignition isn't an actual Utsuge). ( I've succeeded once already, too., and although.... Tsuki doesn't seem like an important death, the impact is intentionally being delayed.) And Yeah: Jisen Meizuki In addition, I also like to point out that people do based their characters on RL people. Also, Ben isn't the only RL-based character to show up in Ignition either. I'm pretty much the only one of my group of friends to not show. (Arguably, I'm Adler, but Adler has a completely different personality, appearance, everything. The only thing Adler shares in common with me is the fact that his NEXTs are mine.) [Of course, that actually makes things a bit harder on me, considering I'm going to have to kill off characters to keep the plot solid and keep the hammer dropping. I lost it writing May Greenfield's death (And! She was just a completely fictional character!) (I still had trouble with Tsuki too! Not as bad, because CHOMP! This has been my favorite thing in this entire thread thus far. I totally support killing this person in writing if they did you wrong. If this girl simply couldn't make it to the movie, that's another story, but it sounds like you've got some people in your life who carry knives in their bags and see a knife slot in your back. I like my vengeance in real life, however, personally. I myself became known for making "Did I mention you shouldn't cross me?" my go-to phrase for a while when my ex went one step too far in treating me poorly one too many ******** times. And I wasn't going to have it anymore. I told him "You just unleashed the wrath of my Medea and I am NOT the person you do that to" among other things. I gave (not lent) a memory card of his away to someone he doesn't even know, ruined his ability to interact with the fraternity we were both members of in the future, made one of his shirts my c** rag, and gave him such dirty looks and such cold gestures whenever we were forced to cross paths that he started avoiding anywhere I might be. And more. A lot more. He's literally said he feared for his life in my presence (which is ridiculous; why would I want dead what I can make suffer alive?). I AM NOT THE b***h TO ******** WITH. And it takes a lot, I mean a LOT, close to a year of mistreatment and being repeatedly slighted and insulted, to push me there, but when someone does, bitches beware! Because I will do everything in my capacity to ruin them and with much success. We've since sought (very) minor reconciliation, but the point remains. Painful? Yes. Too much? Probably. Out of malice? I was channeling Medea; a b***h who kills her own children to get her vengeance on their father. But totally worth it. He only had himself to blame. And deserved worse than I dealt out, frankly (I WILL always be somewhat satisfied in knowing I've scarred him in ways that will impact his interactions with others forever, making it harder for him to truly get close to people). It was totally asking for it. I could've mentioned "those guys were in my way" too for other over-the-top-"you ruined my love life so I'll kill your a**"-references, but, although more appropriate for me mentioning Project Ignition, it wouldn't be as easily gotten...The BETA killed poor Sumika's childhood friend, raped her until she was nothing but a brain in a column, and then the Americans dropped a G(ravity/ray/-element) Bomb on her (well, not on her, but on the BETA hive where she was "living"). Her one desire to see her childhood friend/lover dragged him from another dimension to her... she ended up getting turned into a Robot, and used to pilot a giant robot/arms fort/superweapon. Well, she knew 'Takeru-chan' was there, and the BETA were again in her way. So she shot them with a Charged Particle Cannon, which pretty much nuked the ever-living **** out of them, their hive, and everything in her damn way to get to her lover- who she saw die before. Yeah...
Ben's just a target because he was an annoying jerk a** back in high school. He also got in my way with a different girl.
The girl I got shot down by, and thus made me swear my eternal vengeance upon Ben for... had nothing to do with that. (I was stabbed in the back by other people. I've mostly forgiven them. (Like I said, earn my friendship and I'll never betray you-- yes, I know that'll get me used a lot, but I don't really care)) And the case where I vented on Chrome Hounds ( crying ), I'm fairly sure she just couldn't make it to the movies that day... I think.
Yeah, I'm not nearly as vengeful. Unless you did get on my bad side (typically by exuding evil)... (I'm fairly good at detecting evil people. I've never been wrong when I've said "[Name] is ****ing EVIL." (Not to say, my friends are perfect or anything. I mean a few of them have done some downright horrible things. (Hmm... I mentioned something "Nothing short of a Nuclear disaster" already...))... But I've never made a bad call on "This person is evil." Ever. Even when the person seems nice and cool and all, I can pick up on Evil.)... get on my bad side and I can make your life hell in more ways than you can count-- and have done so to a few people. I'm the "Sugar in your brand new Mercedes's Gas Tank" kind of guy (In case you didn't know, that causes an engine fire/cracked block/blown pistons. Fun stuff, thousands of dollars to repair) when I'm actually acting out of real vengeance.
As for Ben dying horribly in Project Ignition...
Apparently, he's read Project Ignition and he likes the damn story. Go ****ing figure.
