POWERS
Spirit's Grant: (5) By making a pact of word, blood, or writing the 'spirits' that empower Jaiden can empower others for a short time. She can only bestow one gift upon a person at a single time, but may indefinitely re-grant power if she remains close enough to them. All levels under currently available ones remain available for use. Jaiden cannot use this power on herself. Duration can be terminated early if 'terms' broken.
Level 1: Jaiden's spirits cause one of the bearer's powers to act as if it were one level higher. This cannot break the level cap, but can activate a level 0 power temporarily. Lasts one hour.
Level 2: Jaiden's spirits now grant two levels to the target's powers, if used to raise a level 0 power, or a power to it's natural age cap.. Lasts one hour.
Level 3: Jaiden's spirits now can grant one level to a power that CAN go past the level cap for that age (except for Elder). Lasts for 1 hour.
Level 4: Jaiden's spirits now may grant three levels that must be split between two powers - cannot go over level cap. All levels now last two hours.
Level 5: Jaiden's spirits may now grant two levels that may break the level cap. Two and a half hour duration.
Spirit's Due: The Spirits, and Jaiden by proxy, sometimes require their due. This comes in the form of power copying.
This power does not have a level system, it instead allows Jaiden to 'share' on anyone else's power if they wish to allow it. These 'shared' powers are copied by xer until they are replaced by new powers.
Xe may both only have enough powers to reach the maximum for rheir age (2 for Child stage, 3 for Teen stage, five for Adult stage, and 7 for Elder stage) and they may only reach to their maximum cap (3 for Child age, five for Teen age, 7 for Adult age, and 10 for Elder age.)
If a specific power grants a Resistance to the original wielder, Jaiden gains the same resistance. However, if a specific power grants a weakness, then she also gains same weakness.
Siren's Song: (5) By tapping into her natural voice, Jaiden can assure that their deals are... extra sweet sounding.
Level 1: Jaiden's voice is unusually appealing, though not in an obviously magical way.
Level 2: Jaiden's voice sounds sweet at all times, even when upset or misspeaking.
Level 3: While Jaiden is singing (and only singing) people who can hear the song are compelled to listen to it.
Level 4: Jaiden's voice is an actual compulsion, and people weak to mental influence can be talked into actions they normally would not do, though nothing with threat of injuring them or someone they care for will be done. Even normal strong-willed people may resist this.
Level 5: Stronger compulsion, that naturally causes listeners to want to listen to her until she finishes. Can convince people to give moderate amounts of goods or services for free.
Levitation: (5) Jaiden's jewelry glows softly while this power is in use, as it allows xer to fly without wings.
Level 1: Xe can lift off the ground (a few inches) for a few seconds, or slow a fall for a foot or so.
Level 2: Xe can lift off the ground (about a foot or so) for 30 seconds.
Level 3: Xe can hover a few inches (3-4) above the ground indefinitely. Movement is half the speed of walking.
Level 4: Movement speed raised to normal walking speed. Height raised to three feet.
Level 5: Movement speed raised to running speed. Able to float up to seven feet.
Mane Power!Shadow Existence: Kaiden's power is to live inside the shadow of Jaiden, causing it to become a separate entity. This entity (Kaiden) is able to interact with the physical world by interacting with the shadows of people or objects. Kaiden's strength is always limited to what Jaiden would be able to do physically, though if they can position it correctly they may both work together to move something too heavy for one of them.
Resistances:Tough Sell: (5) Jaiden is more difficult to convince by natural and magical means than the normal person. She also resists illusion affects better than most.
Shadow's Friend: (5) Shadows and darkness do not harm Jaiden as much as a normal person, her body absorbing parts of the shade before they touch her, weakening it.
Weakness:Light Sensitivity: Due to the nature of her Mane, if xer Shadow is ever suddenly 'lost' for even a few moments, their souls tug at each other as the Mane loses its grasp on reality. This causes Jaiden to become unable to use any powers (including Racial Powers) for one hour.
Pride: Jaiden takes great pride in both xer powers and xer appearance, and becomes extremely upset when either are insulted.
