The tweet wasn't true, was it? It couldn't be. Was Rep really one to lie? Ceres really did not know the red head too much, but from what she had seen, heard, and talked with him about before he did not seem the type. He seemed like a person who was honest, brutally honest sure, but honest. Did she really know him that well? Still the last text was sent to them on twitter before she closed her phone. Was it a mistake to meet up with them like this? Probably, but she really needed to know what happened and they were the first to respond to her. Stuffing her hands into the dark blue hoodie she flipped the cap on over her raven hair before slipping outside. She had not been feeling herself since... awakening in that morgue, but it was a small comfort to know she wasn't the only one going through this. She had been practically hiding in her room most of the hours she could, besides needing food or to shower. Heck even now she was hiding in her hoodie. Some sort of subconscious form of herself knew that she would get over this eventually, but for now, she thought she earned the right to try and hide in plain sight. Leaning against the wall once outside the building, she wondered if they would even show.

Rep had little else better to do with his time than sink it into twitter, so when Ceres asked if he and Candace would come speak with her, he was actually pretty happy to. It wasn't like he was doing anything else that was of urgent importance.
Besides, he was very interested, more than he would actually admit - in the strange melding of human and weapon, one bleeding into the other until it manifested outwardly. Sure, it had gone wrong in the haunted house, the insanity fog twisting and tainting it into its own creation, within it's own control. But it didn't remove the possibility that one day it might be manipulable by them without ending in death or disaster. He wanted to know if their succumbing to it was mere random misfortune or linked to something else entirely.
It didn't take long for the Sun to show up on the scene, dressed in his denims and - despite the weather on the island - his furred jacket. He'd forgone a shirt, but what else was new really?
"Sup?" was his simple greeting.

Candace was totally supportive of Ceres knowing what happened. She deserved to know why she woke up with everyone thinking she and Bix were dead, it wasn't fair not to tell her.
But it's called tact, Rep.
Dumbass.
But he entertains you. Atropos reminded her with a chuckle. Candace rolled her eyes while she tossed on her coat and headed out the door. ...You're mad about the easy comment. She couldn't lie to her! One didn't have much to do when their entire existence was a soul inside someone's head and weapon. Atropos missed being a golem.
"Being mad would imply I feel the need to agree with him." She muttered to the weapon, heading down the stairs and out of the building to find Rep had been faster in getting there. Damnit. With a quiet sigh Candace shook her head and immediately brightened up upon seeing Ceres. "Hey there, ghost lady~." Candace called out, hurrying over to her to give the 'back from the dead' trainee a tight hug. It made her kind of glad she hadn't given herself a period to mourn Bix and Ceres as others had, it would have been a waste now that they were both very alive.
"William." Candace greeted curtly, her eyes narrowed in his direction. She'd rather be doing this without him but it was Ceres' decision not hers.
Candace turned back to Ceres with a smile, releasing her from her hug and standing back to give her space. "So, you want to know what happened, yeah?"

She heard him approaching of course, she would not be a hunter worth her weight in salt if she hadn't. Well Ceres did not feel so out of place wearing a random jacket now, at least. Though she DID have a top under hers. She lifted her eyes to meet his only once he said something, it was not much but it was a greeting. "Not much, dying apparently because i turned into some sort of 'horse monster' and waking up in a morgue just a week later with no memory of how i died, you?" Sure it was sarcastically put, but she was not lying either. She only pushed off the wall once she saw a second later a familiar dark skinned woman approaching, clinging back to her just as tight in the embrace. She stiffened some at the mentioning of 'ghost lady', but relaxed and stepped out of the hug just later. Ghost lady was a ironic and yet truthful statement, she guessed. "Please try and place nice you two ok... i just really want to know what the hell happened." Takeru within was being oddly quiet, but she could tell that he was listening closely as well.

Rep curled his lip in absolute distaste as Candace hugged Ceres, if ever there was a ******** insincere gesture, it was hugging people you weren't absolutely close with. It reminded him of those dumb rich bitches who hugged and mimed kisses even with those women they loathed. It would always and forever rub him the wrong way. Even Ceres' sarcasm didn't bother him as much.
"It's like I said. You guys turned into ******** monsters. Like. Swirling insanity nightmare things. Your weapons mixed up with you, it ended up half and half." his eye went glazed and there was something almost unhhinged about his expression as he remembered it.
"It was amazing."
He snapped back to earth and added. "We had to kill you both but your ******** friends wouldn't let us kill you off. I took Bix out, you came after me, and then you turned to stone. After that, the b***h in the cloak was using your weapons."

Candace waved a hand and didn't so much as glance Rep's way as she replied to Ceres' request. "I know when to play nice, don't worry." Getting her comfortable and telling her what she wanted to know was higher on Candace's priority list than bickering with Rep. Then again pretty much anything was higher on her priority list than bickering with Rep.
She had been about to answer Ceres' question when Rep cut in and gave his charming version of the tale. You had to be kidding. An unimpressed glare was shot toward the man until she caught the look on his face, an expression that made her actually falter and step away from him. He had once said he wanted to be a monster, that he didn't even want to be human...this was worrisome. She cleared her throat and turned back to Ceres. "It was not amazing, it was awful. The two of you became monsters. Caelius ordered us to kill the both of you, yes...there were others who instead defended you if I remember correctly." Candace frowned, her fingers twitching and clenching into a fist at the mention of that b***h.
"She even took out a few of her own, the very students who had wanted to protect her." She toyed with her rings to avoid hitting Rep, not because he actually deserved it but because she was thinking about her and he was the closest target she didn't mind hitting. "Marcus, Mimsy and another new trainee were turned into stone as well...Caelius seems to have finally bit the bullet too thanks to her." No one seemed to be terribly upset about that one.
