Water field: Five large platforms float on the surface of the deep pool. Four form a diamond formation around the single platform in the center. While land pokemon can move around on this field, it is mainly built for water-types. This field gives a 25 HP attack boost to WATER type attacks.

Alexa walked into the stadium a bit nervous. She had been alone in the wilderness for quite some time training her pokemon. She was nervous to see how the training paid off and because... well she hasn't seen another person in some time now. It was nerve racking and wonderful to see another person. She entered her trainer box and fingered her pokeballs. She already had an idea of who to use but she wanted to meet her opponent before sending anyone out.

Kate walked to her trainer box and let out a groan at the field. Her luck was just not liking her lately. She sent a smile at her opponent, who seemed a bit fidgety, and dug into her pocket for her pokeballs, anxious to start the fight.

Alexa selected a ball and tossed it out. Out appeared a dark shape with a loud howl. She smiled back at Kate and then focused on Farvardin. Seeing the Houndour staring at the water and then pawing it... and proceeding to freak out nearly made her face palm. Figuring it was a good time to get this started she called Farvardin to attention with an attack, "Farvardin use Flamethrower!"
Farvardin let out a loud howl when she was released. She immediately became interested in the water slowly approaching it. She looked at it, saw another Houndour, and pawed it. Her paw became wet and cold and she freaked out and jumped back. "What the?!" She yelped looking about. Hearing the attack called her to attention. She saw the opponent be released and unleashed a pillar of fire at him.

Kate threw out Ozar's pokeball, wincing as a plume of fire hit him right at the get-go. He shook himself out, claws scraping on the surface of the floating area. Letting a growl out at the Houndour, Ozar leaped from platform to platform to give her a good bite.

Alexa watched as a Growlithe was tossed out. She smiled thinking about her Arcanine and Growlithe. However she wasn't going to take it easy on this one just because she happened to like that breed. "Farvardin use Mud-slap!" She called out.
Farvardin barely felt the bite and stared down at the pup. She growled slightly and shook him off. She then slapped at the platform kicking up some dust ((why is there no mud?! DX)) and slapped it at him. Hopefully the dust would work in place of mud.

Ozar was thrown a little by the wave of wet dust, shaking his muzzle to free it from his eyes.
"Let's use Mud-Slap too, Ozar!" Kate yelled.
The Growlithe kicked up his own cloud of moist dust/dirt and threw it in the Houndour's direction.

Farvardin dodged the 'mud' and jumped to another platform. She turned to look at Ozar and wagged her tail. She then jumped around until she had circled around him. She kicked up more dust/dirt and slapped it at him.
