Reasons: The orange and black go nicely together. Although it looks a little plain, maybe try adding some more accersories/items?

We're not going by the name for our ratings, but the appearance. Look at the color and decide on your own. Most people won't look at shoes in real life and say, "Oh! Those are definitely a shade of flashion purple". They'd say, "Those odd but cute bluish shoes don't go with that outfit. Tacky". I'll rate people later. Don't worry about insulting me. I have doubts that this deserves over a 3/10.
