Muertos was moving about rather aimlessly around the town she'd wandered into. The name she couldn't remember but the streets were alive with many other sparkles. Who all avoided her like the plauge, it made her sad, she wan't that scary looking compared to others that she had seen with mouths on their stomachs or these new zombies who had their guts hanging out. So she stopped and sat down in the grass stretching herself out and watching the people who passed by. She had a feeling that something interesting would happen today, and her wings shivered with anticipation.

Kohl stepped through the streets, head low and tail carefully raised. A trail of soot marked his passage, black paw prints on the stones. Others cast a wide berth around him, but he supposed that fire could be a frightening thing. It had never scared him at all, but then he couldn't remember a day when he hadn't actually been on fire. He chuckled a bit as he watched their frightened faces, though a few surprised him by staring and he could see the same desire in their eyes that he felt every time he wanted to burn something. It was such a rush...
Speaking of a rush...at the edge of the street sat a dark colored female with cute little bat wings and odd markings on her face. He could see others passing her by and ignoring her, he wondered how they could do it. She was striking...and he meant that in the best way possible. With a smirk on his lips, Kohl walked right up to her. "Evening, miss. How might you be tonight?"

Glancing up she saw black paws standing infront of her, shifting her big yellow eyes even higher she saw that he was all black with flaming hair, ears and eyebrows. "I am very well." She sat up and looked him in the face. "Do you know you are on fire?" Muertos wondered if he could feel that, or if it was natural. She did notice how the others gave him a wide berth, but why?
This male had the most beautiful golden eyes she had ever seen, and his coat was black as night against the flames that sat atop his head. He even left a trail of soot prints that she spotted behind him. He was the first male that had caught her eye in a long time. On top of that he hd approached her, didnt he find her scary or weird?

He grinned at her question and chuckled a little. "I have always been on fire," he answered. She was curiously beautiful and she intrigued him. "Does it frighten you? The fire." He certainly hoped not. He'd never once seen a female like her, and didn't want to miss a rare chance for a friend because of his flames.

She shook her head and her little wings flapped a little then rested flat against her back. "It is beautiful." She said and cocked her head to the side. "Should I be frightened?" It was strange that he was staring at her while most would have looked away, her eyes were too big and wings gave people the chills. She looked like she was mashed together from halloween sale bin. "Why aren't you afraid of me like others?"

He smiled and inclined his flaming head to her, then cocked his head to one side. "Should I be afraid of you?" he asked, turning her action and question to her as well before chuckling and sitting next to her. "It seems that we two are...for lack of a better word, outcasts in a place that says they welcome all. Though, I don't see what's so frightening about us when those zombie things are running around unchecked. I mean seriously. Ew." He laughed a little and smiled at her.

Muertos shifted a little, not used to having someone so close to her. She chuckled at his comment about the zombies, having thought it herself for some time. "They are quite strange looking, but some of them are nice." She had talked to one not too long ago who wanted to know about her leg webbing and what it was for.
"Most sparkles are scared of me, some of my. . features are unnerving." Muertos said and looked at the ground not sure what to do. This was strange to her, he was so closed, and he smelled like a bonfire and soot. It was sort of comforting.

Zolis Sorry about that! I got distracted and then forgot >.>;;; He nodded. "I haven't talked to any of them myself, but they seem alright," he said with a smirk. "Already rotting flesh plus flame doesn't always work that well," he chuckled. He noticed she shifted when he sat next to her. He blinked when she explained why sparkles avoided her and snorted. "I don't understand that...I think you're rather pretty," he said and grinned at her.

"Really? Y-you think i'm pretty?" She had never been called pretty before, part of her wanted to believe it was true. "Rotting flesh? I don't smell any on you like the Zombies."
Muertos liked this male, he was nice, maybe he would stick around her for a while. Secretly he hoped he would stay for a long time.
