After Lance had left, Bix and Ceres really had no other option but to head back to the dorms. For one of the first times in his life, Bix didn't know what to say. He didn't even yet fully grasp that he'd been dead for a week. Besides all of that the last thing he could fully remember was after the monster disappeared and he'd held onto Ceres and closed his eyes. And before that. With the feelings. The kiss. He had no idea what to say. It took until they'd almost reached the dorm doors before Bix had started to gape like a fish, grasping for any words at all to adequately relate what he was feeling right now. He only ended up looking kind of stupid.

After Lance had gloriously, and literally, rolled out a eery and tense silence had broken out between the pair. For Ceres is was a combination of still 'waking up', emotions flooding, trying to IGNORE the fact that she was dead for a week, and just in general not knowing what to say. Thankfully the pair seemed to escape the life labs without incident, and even get to the doors leading to the living area without much happening. Part of her was thankful, the other part wondered where everyone was exactly.
Somehow along the way she had slipped her hand towards Bix, grasping at his arm. She needed it right now... for a combination of helping her walk straight and for comforts sake. He at that moment really was her rock, the touch keeping her grounded. She too remembered things before... whatever 'killed' them. She remembered the mists, and how they effected her. She already had a protective streak a mile wide... but whatever came over her was not protective. It was possessive.
She remembered kissing Bix as well.
As they reached the door, fingers squeezed his arm a little tighter, signaling that she was going to speak up. "I think we need to talk... but not right here in the open."

Bix actually physically winced when she said it. There was nothing harsh or cruel about how Ceres said that specific phrase but on instinct every man winced. "I wish you would have worded that differently.." He finally spoke, almost a whine but eventually nodded.
"I'll walk you to your room first." Clothes. Those would be awesome. It was instinct to make sure she got back safely, without any public freak outs from anyone else. He'd worry about his own room afterwards.
At the dorm door he held the door open and followed her in, casting glances for any familiar faces. None yet. Only looks from people he didn't know due to his odd garb. "So far so good."
He was most definitely making a concerted effort to avoid everyone.

She saw his reaction and wondered for a second why he was wincing.... only to make a little 'o' with her mouth once she realized why he reacted as he had. "You know what i mean!" She said rather exasperatedly, gripping a little tighter as he opened the door. "Im not really thinking all that straight at the moment, better, but still trying not...to think about certain things." She of course meant being dead, but that could also be taken many ways.
Nodding she allowed him to guide her into the building, but once inside she took the lead and guided him to her door. "Thankfully Deus has so many people that... it isnt too hard to avoid if you really try." Or they were just damn lucky.
Someone could have easily seen them and knew who they were...
She was not sure if she should have been surprised that the door was opened, but she didn't exactly have her key at the moment either. Funny how naked you can feel without your keys, phone, or weapon, without really being nude.
Oh wait.
Stepping inside she glanced around really quickly, noting a few things. "Looks like no ones been in here..." Moving in she made room for him too before closing the door behind the pair. Reaching into the dresser, she searched around for a few things quickly. Returning back she tossed something at Bix, something he would know as his very own superman shirt she 'borrowed' a while ago. "I think the only bottoms i have that might fit you is a skirt, even then im not so sure." He was taller, and a bit wider than she was. But he was a man so, no wonder.

Bix gave her a look to be thrown his own shirt but instead of commenting he merely smirked a bit at her and pulled it on. He wasn't keen on wearing one of her skirts so instead he was stuck in his sheet still, pulled and wrapped tightly around his waist. At least he was covered. "Everything intact?" It wasn't like Ceres had a ton of belongings, none of them really did, but visually it seemed like most of her things were here. Bix sort of hovered by the door. She was back in her room. Was she staying here? Would she go check his room with him? Did she need privacy of any kind? Personally he didn't want to be alone right now. He wanted to be with her, near her. If for any reason, the least of them being that she would be the only one who understand how he felt right now. The overwhelming shock that hadn't yet set in. The albino turned to a wall when she fished herself out some clothes. Peeking was the last thing on his mind now that they were in the dorms. There was something about the building right now that was making him extra careful. "Do you.. want me to come back later?" Bix scratched his head a bit.

"Everything seems ok." She quickly scanned the room once more, it really looked like nothing was touched. Blessing in disguise? Once she was finished grabbing everything she wanted to wear, she turned around to find his back to her. That alone made her smile, he was being a gentlemen. Not wanting to make him wait for long, the sound of a sheet hitting the floor was a signal that she was dressing. She didn't take her time either, because not even a minute or two later she had approached Bix and tapped his shoulder. Ceres had chosen a really simple outfit. A pale turtleneck shirt and white jeans. Maybe she was trying to be amusing with the choice of color palate. "No, lets go get you some pants too." Silently she agreed with him, she could not handle being alone right now. She felt numb, but knew once they both had time to stop and think about it... the emotions were going to have major backlash. Opening the door to her room, she held it open for him and followed him out before closing it behind her.

Seeing her in normal clothes, looking good, made him feel only slightly better. He would go back to his room. He'd get changed. Sit on something soft. Everything would be fine. Bix was silent again on the walk to his room but this time he'd taken Ceres' hand. He wordlessly threaded her fingers with his own, a supportive anchor. The chill of wearing only a t-shirt and a sheet was countered by the warmth clenched between their palms. Bix was relived she'd decided to come along. Alone with his thoughts was not what he wanted to do right now. He just needed to see his room, some place familiar, and then he could deal. Thankfully there were less people to worry about on the second floor and his door stood much the same, closed with the familiar image of Green Arrow taped to it. He let out a sigh of relief to see the picture. It would definitely be okay. The handle wasn't locked. Bix pushed the door open and stepped inside, expecting.... well.... not expecting it to be stripped bare. His furniture was all intact but every single belonging was gone. Every book. Every pen. Every spare sock that had missed the hamper. Gone. Bix made a choking noise, his face flushed bright red. He looked like he might cry.

She made no effort to stop his hand when it grasped at hers, she even spread her fingers so that they could lace together easier. The fact that his hands were cold said loads, though for once she felt hesitant about growing closer to his side to try and help with that. It was not that he was wearing a sheet, she couldn't care less about that, it was just the tension radiating off them both in buckets. She had calmed down some since changing into regular clothing, but she still felt like a caged tiger was trapped within her ribcage.
She hoped once that he was settled back into his room, among familiar things, he would calm down too.
Only once he opened the door, and stepped within... he did not calm. No, something else entirely.
He looked like he wanted to cry.
Peeking around him from the doorway, she understood why. "Oh god..." she whispered, suddenly noticing that every single object that Bix owned was missing. His statues, his comics, even his wall scroll... gone. The room looked bare and foreign, not like his room at ALL.
Ceres felt a different emotion all together... something that made her tense. Something akin to letting a few of the emotions within her leak, and intensify. She was PISSED. "We were... not gone... for even a WEEK." She muttered strongly under her breath, feeling as if flames were tickling her eyes. Ceres wanted to knwo exactly WHO the hell had ransacked his room. Who had taken his things so carelessly and not even thought that maybe, just MAYBE, he as a person would have rather had his stuff laid untouched for a while. Bix's things were important to him, even Ceres knew that. He never outright said it but he took GOOD care of his possessions.
"We need to ask around and see if we can find who the hell did this." Cerulean eyes looked up at Bix now, wanting nothing more than to hold him but knowing they needed to find whomever did this as well. She would go alone if she had to.

A thousand things ran through his mind. All of them were what others might consider crazy. The truth was that Bix was OCD. VERY OCD. He'd managed to focus all that crazy into his own belongings. His room. His space. It was his domain to impose unending control over. It kept his desire for order very much focused and restrained. His place, kept his way. It was a comfort for him. And now it was gone. Bix closed his eyes, stepped backwards, and pulled the door shut. That place wasn't his anymore. "I need my stuff." he whispered with a wavering tone. The albino took a minute. He didn't want to cry or spazz despite every single nerve in his body screaming for a tantrum, some release, some manic episode. Bix wouldn't freak in front of Ceres. To do that now would be opening a can of worms that they couldn't close. And he'd like to wear some pants for that. After a shaky breath he gripped back to Ceres hand. "We have to find my stuff." Bix swiped at the tears pricking the edges of his eyes, sniffed, and tried to ignore the mental screams of 'unsafe!unsafe!' as he tried to figure out who would have cleaned. He also was mentally cataloging everything, as well as suddenly remembering the letter. s**t. Gale maybe? He lived in the town so that would be a last resort. Before probably wouldn't have gone there yet. Maybe Molly? She had a motherly streak a mile wide, a self imposed responsibility to be polite and respectful. "Molly first." He said softly.

"Shh shh." She called out, reaching a hand out to stroke his arm gently in a attempt to calm him down. Once that did not seem to work though, she drew back some, pondering briefly. She was still really pissed off, but part of her also felt intense sorrow for Bix. Her mother-bear mode was going nuts. "We will find your things." She said waiting for him to compose himself, even daring to go on her tip toes quickly and peck him on the cheek. "Molly moved in to your old room, yes?" She took over guiding them then, moving down the stairs to the first floor in a old direction that used to be familiar to her. Once on the bottom floor it was as if second nature took over as she guided them easily towards the door. Using her free hand, she tapped somewhat heavy handed at the door. "Molly?"

Molly was sitting at her desk, going over everything she had written down for the week in her planner. Goodness forbid that she missed something…but with her forgetfulness, it was bound to happen sooner or later. The heavy tapping on her door caught her attention, as did the muffled voice behind it. The young woman thought nothing of it, getting up from her chair and moving over to the door. She opened it, a small pleasant smile on her face and then took a good look at who was on the other side of the door. Molly immediately went pale and her eyes widened as she stared at Bix and Ceres like they were aliens…because they might as well be. “… Ah…” Molly sounded like she had all the wind taken out of her lungs as she gasped, and looked like she was unable to comprehend what she was seeing.

There were probably a few explanations that would be necessary but Bix wasn't feeling very sane or rational right this second. His eyes were rimmed red, his face paler than usual, and all he was wearing was a tight Superman t-shirt and a white sheet wrapped around his waist. "Molly do you know where my stuff is?" His voice was serious, low, almost borderline manic. "I.." He closed his eyes, blew a breath out of his nostrils, and opened them again. "I woke up on a morgue slab thismorning. I have no clothes and all my belongings are gone." Underlying statement: I can't even deal with this right now.

"Hi Molly..." Ceres might have been angry... but even at the sight of Molly, she could not channel that anger when dealing with her. The girl was practically a human tranquilizer gun and she found herself unable to really stay angry around her. Or maybe it was just Ceres not really caring at the moment. Leaning over against Bix Ceres hoped to give him a unverbal sign that she would handle this... He seemed about ready to go into a panic attack. "Molly we just.... had a heck of a morning, and i feel a mega headache coming on." She sighed and shook her head a few times, like that would really help matters. "Long story short is: No we are not dead, No we dont remember what happened, No we dont remember anything about this week, Yes i woke up in a morgue too, and do you know where Bix's things are? His room was empty."

If Molly was a walking tranquilizer, then luckily in this instance, Ceres happened to be one for Molly as well. Bix’s statement, which touched nothing upon how he was standing before her right now, made her sway. Ceres on the other hand, who provided more information and delivered in a relatively calm and stable tone, helped to keep Molly grounded and coherent from the shock. Her eyes were still comically wide as she took a few steps backwards, enough to let the two inside, and she pointed to the boxes that were neatly lined up and labeled along her wall. She opened her mouth to speak but nothing came out, and she licked her lips before trying again, her voice high pitched. “ R-right here…I was worried Deus was going t-t-to come in and incinerate your belongings…G-G-Gale has all your f-figurines…”

Bix seemed to exhale when she said that his things were there. The tension slipped away and he realized his things were safe. "Thanks.." Again he almost seemed like he could cry, this time in relief. "Really. Thanks." His voice actually broke a bit. Perhaps he would come by another day and apologize, explain, but not today. Bix hurried past her and stacked an unreasonable number of boxes on top of each other. It wasn't very much but he wanted this to be one trip. He counted on Ceres to get the rest of it and hurried back out into the hall. Bix just wanted to wrap this up as swiftly as possible. His figures were safe in Gale's hands (he'd given some of them to him anyway) so that issue could wait. "Sorry.." He turned to Molly again. "For all of this. I didn't.." Have any choice in the matter of dying. He just shrugged. How could explain something that he didn't have an explanation for? The albino waited for Ceres to get the rest of his things but he seemed to be in a bit of a hurry.
