Backstory:
The daughter of two scientists employed by Team Rocket, Iovi's had a privileged childhood. Her parents might not have had time for their daughter, but she never wanted for things. Stubborn and spoiled, her father sent her on a cruise away from home to try and give his daughter some worldly views.
The only thing Iovi learned is that being beautiful won't save you from every danger, and she won't stand for being ignored ever again. Next time she won't need saving, and she won't need anybody else to help her either.
She views everything and everyone in a simple matter; are they helpful to her or not. If the answer is no, and they're not a groupie, she's completely dismissive and has no time for them.

After the cruise Iovi had a choice few words to share with her parents. They threw a blitzle at her as an apology of sorts and Iovi's throwing a tantrum by not going right home. She's planning on exploring and showing her parents just how little she needs them.

- Maybe a rival?
- She'll have to make a decision eventually if she's a true Rocket Grunt or not. She's never really been a part of the schemes or indoctrinations, but being a daughter of the members means she grew up believing the methodology.
