Roll a Seven: Forest Field: Thick trees, some small while others greatly exceed double your own height, sprout at random places throughout the field. Giant roots provide easy excuses for pokemon to trip if they do not watch where they are going. Spacing between the trunks vary, making passage difficult for those on the ground and in the air. This field gives a 25 HP attack boost to BUG and GRASS type attacks.This field also reduces damage from FLYING type attacks by 25 HP.

Lenore walked into the stadium, Mephistopheles and Jin-Gitaxias on either side of her. The gastly floated down to the forest as Lenore and Mephistopheles looked on.

"C'mon, Zebs," Zinnia said to her purrloin. The cat came along compliantly enough until he spotted his opponent. His fur stood on end. "(Not him!)" he yowled. But it was too late; if they turned back now, it would mean forfeiting the match. Zinnia needed the money... Zebo would have to suck it up and hope that he wouldn't get poisoned again... He reluctantly took his place.

Zinnia watched her purrloin with some concern. She looked and said, "Oh, hi again!" She recognized Lenore, though they had never properly met.

"Well, I guess I'll start..." Zinnia said to herself. She called down, "Dark Pulse!"

Zebo had plenty of evil thoughts to charge his attack. He released a ring of black energy and sent it flying toward the gastly.

The dark energy crashed into Jin-Gitaxias, and he burst into gas. Reforming, he turned to the purrloin. "Well! If it isn't my favorite little test subject!" He grinned an evil smile. "What poison should I try today...? Ah, yes. Why not Toxin #408? Yes, that'll do nicely."

The gastly sent a cloud of thick poison at the purrloin.

"(N-no!)" Zebo snarled, backing away. But the cloud settled stickily on his fur and inside his nostrils, and he quickly felt it begin to sap his health. He coughed, inhaling even more poison..

Zinnia's eyes widened in concern. It looked likely he was very badly poisoned this time. "Dark Pulse!" she commanded, hoping that the attack would disperse the last of the poison cloud.

Zebo released another ring of dark energy.

Jin-Gitaxias was blown apart by the blast, and he reformed. The smog hardened into needles and fired at Zebo.

Zebo staggered under the venoshock attack, then collapsed. Dang, that one really hurt! He dragged himself up again relentlessly.

"Quick! Dark Pulse again!" Zinnia cried. One way or another, this battle wouldn't last long.

Not again... Zebo felt his energy draining. He gathered his best foul thoughts and flung them toward the mad scientist.

The needles swooped in for the final blow.
