--Powers--

Regenerative Healing Factor: Lucy's healing factor is equivalent to that of the Marvel mutant Wolverine's. It is incredibly rapid, allowing her to survive damage which would easily kill an average human. Her skin, bones, and tissue all knit, even cosmetically, very swiftly, regardless of the cause of the damage; be it self-inflicted or otherwise.

Immunity to Diseases and Toxins: As part of her healing factor, and also her Lucy's immune system prevents, or heavily negates any effects of drugs, poisons, or sicknesses. This also makes her body less receptive of fatigue toxins in her body, and allows her to remain physically active for much longer than a normal human.

Restorative Nutrient Production: Naturally, Lucy's body produces nutrients one would normally receive from eating healthy amounts of food.

Bone Manipulation: Lucy can alter her skeletal structure at will, allowing her to mold her bones into blades, natural armor, projectiles, and the like. The bones, however, must pierce her skin, which is healed quickly through her body's regenerative ability. Her bones are also considerably more dense than that of a human; allowing her to slice through many dense metals if she renders her blades sharp enough.

Superhuman Reflexes/Balance/Coordination: Her superhuman physiology allows Lucy to pull off acrobatic feats that would prove difficult to impossible for any normal human, and most other beings.

Superhuman Strength: Due to her more dense bone structure, Lucy can lift approximately three tons.

Superhuman Senses: Lucy's senses are supercharged, beyond the human limit. If necessary, she is capable of deadening them partially.

Physical Characteristics

Height: 5'2"

Weight: 132 lbs (Due to her heavy bones.)

Hair: Silvery/Platinum blonde, and very close shaved.

Eyes: Her right eye iris is a cool blue, while her left is a hard red.

Tattoos/Scars: RG has a large "birthmark" scar going from the right of her forehead, down across the bridge of her nose, and ending just below her left eye. She also sports a black tattoo which reads RG-17 on the back of her neck, where her hairline ends.

Distinguishing features: Besides those listed above, RG could be considered, despite her oddities, to be very healthy; slender, athletic. This is thought to be a result of her healing mutation, which technically renders her genetic code to be of peak human efficiency, resulting in a favorable facial and body structure.

Costume: N/A

How does s/he dress or what do they typically wear? Currently, a black sleeveless, tight-fitting top, and cargo pants which were taken from the labs she was "born" in, which are a soft blue in color.

Weapons: Bone-blades, bone-projectiles.

Health: Impeccable

Physical Flaws: Despite a small stature, none.

Psychological/Personality Attributes and Attitudes

Intelligence Level: Rather low, as she has received next to no proper education.

Character's long-term goals/desires in life: Currently, none.

Character's short-term goals/desires in life: Survive.

Patience level: Extremely low.

Most at ease when: Asleep, or when she is somewhat comfortable with the people around her.

Ill at ease when: Anything is out of place, or when faced with someone who she believes is goading her on. This is more often than not her general mood.

Character/Personality/Mental/Social Strengths: Logical, and heavily tactical, not to mention ruthlessly efficient in most physical trials such as combat.

Character/Personality/Mental/Social Flaws: Very low levels of social interaction (and not any experience in normal social situations) has left Lucy volatile, cold, somewhat unstable, and very likely to lash out over most anything. In other words: Handle with care.

If they could be described with one of the seven virtues, which would it be? Diligence

If they could be described with one of the seven sins, which would it be? Wrath... lots of it...

Biggest Vulnerability (non physical): Being made fun of for practically anything will set her off, rendering her easily controllable if what the instigator is looking for is her anger.

Optimist or Pessimist: Pessimist

Introvert or extrovert: Introvert

Greatest Fear: Being returned to the facility she was raised in.

Other Fears/Insecurities/Phobias: She can't stand small spaces, and is very sensitive to topics pertaining to enslavement or capture.

Emotional/psychological/social peculiarities: A savage temper, animalistic/childlike nature. There is also a rather strange, yet natural aspect to her mind which keeps her as effective of a weapon as she is; her body runs on a simple mentality of pain = anger, anger = fighting/killing, fighting/killing = pain. This was hardwired into her brain during her creation to ensure she was always the weapon her creators wanted her to be. But to make her incapable of working as anything besides this weapon, she is also prone to steadily building up pain without stimulus, meaning she must replicate fighting and killing or the pain becomes unbearable. This manifests itself in a need for her to pierce her skin with her bones regularly, even outside of combat.

Biggest regret: Not personally killing everyone she passed when escaping the lab of her "birth".

Biggest accomplishment: Escaping a heavily secured government facility.

Minor accomplishments: Racking up a thirty kill-streak on her way out of the lab she was created in.

Character's darkest/deepest secret: While she can't even explain why, she will decline any offer to have her collar removed. The secret of this is that, for whatever reason, she likes it on.

Minor Secrets: N/A

Emotional Characteristics

Describe character's sense of morals: Incredibly loose, as she hasn't experienced the traditional human systems of moral code and law. She kills out of self defense, or out of "necessity" as she calls it, which is really just her way of coping with senseless rage. This being said, Lucy is by no means evil; merely undeveloped in her sense of right and wrong. Her already clear hatred of the subjugation of others is a first step in her development as more of a good figure, though for the moment she is too feral in her reactions to be considered anything besides neutral.

What do they consider taboo (something they personally would never do): Slavery, or the owning/subjugation of another. She would never claim to own or possess another person, and she finds the concept truly disgusting.

Spontaneous or structured? Spontaneous.

Instinctual or logical? All instinctual.

Psychoanalysis (Describe why they act the way they do): RG is very savage, ruthless, and altogether cold as a result of underdeveloped social skills, given her short existence. She didn't go through school, or even standard social practices usually associated with childhood, and is therefore completely unaware of how to handle such situations. Her rage stems from her only real teaching being combat-involved; leading her to be incredibly prone to violence as a means of solving problems, as that is all she has been taught. Emotionally, she handles things very characteristically of a young, easily angered child, which merely shows the effects of improper social teachings more.

Does it stem from childhood or an event, or chemical? Practically her entire "childhood" is the cause of her behavior.

Relationships with others (non-married)

Relationship Skills: Severely lacking in almost every imaginable way. She has absolutely no friends.

Loves (non sexual): She has yet to experience love, sexual or otherwise.

Marital status: Single

Pets: Never had one, would probably end up killing it.

Describe their sense of trust: RG is incredibly distrustful of nearly everyone she meets; viewing most as threats who wish nothing but harm for her.

What type of individuals does s/he like or associate with? Almost no one. Those that do associate with her are either fearful, or spiteful of her.

Family (they were raised with)

Birthparent(s): None, she was grown in a tank and raised by the faceless "labcoats" as she calls them.

Are they still alive? Some are.

Caretaker(s) (if someone other than birthparents): The scientist in-charge of the experiment she is the result of oversaw each aspect of her life.

Are they still alive? Approximately three of the seven members of the main team of scientists are still alive. Lucy hopes to fix that at some point.

Siblings (if any): N/A

Are they still alive, if not who died and when? N/A

How did s/he get along with the family as a whole? Lucy had no emotional attachment to those in the experiment program, but seeing as how they treated her less like a person and more as a toy that could harm them, she couldn't say she particularly liked them.

How did s/he get along with the siblings, if any? N/A

Describe their family life/dynamic, growing up: She was essentially a toy to them, and therefore she never tried to develop any particularly touchy-feelings for anyone around her.

Describe their family life/dynamic now: Nonexistent.

Spiritual Characteristics

Religion: RG has never been exposed to any sort of religious belief.

Superstitions: She has a slight grasp on the concept of luck; enough to understand that she herself is not very lucky.

Background Story: Originally a subject in the experiment of a deep underground health experiment, known as Project: Re-Gen, by a private medical company to generate, isolate, and replicate a proper healing factor gene for use in patients suffering from degenerative ailments like osteoporosis, the last six test subjects in the "RG"-line of experiments were actually sent to a low-profile, high-budget global mercenary enterprise. While still in her tube, she was brought to the headquarters of the Wonderland Corporation. As something of a gamble, since none of the scientists in the original Project: ReGen nor at Wonderland Corp knew exactly how the tests would turn out, the head of the company at the time, Kenneth Crowley, was shocked and fascinated when the seventeenth subject of the "RG"-line was "born" covered with strange skeletal growths.

The growths changed, and the handlers of the experiment's subjects noted that despite the shifting skeletal contusions on the infant, her body always seemed to heal. Crowley kept her in isolation during most of her infancy, and never let any actual human contact come about until the girl showed some measure of ability to control the horrific growths. Once this was accomplished near her fifth year of life, Crowley decided that between her healing factor and skeletal control, as well as the other abilities she exhibited, he would turn "RG-17" into his perfect mercenary and assassin. He spared no expense pouring trainer after trainer and fighting technique after fighting technique at the young girl for all of her life, training her to be the metahuman living-weapon of his dreams.

It was only when one of his assistants, the lead scientist in charge of rearing 17's education spoke to him about history lessons that Crowley considered giving the girl some kind of non-combat oriented learning. At the age of fifteen, still having no knowledge of how to read or write, what was right or wrong, or even what certain terms like "racial tension" and "slavery" truly meant, she began her crash course in history. Most were battle strategies, or lengthy sections of war meant to invoke a love of the fight within 17's mind. However, the subject came to slavery nearing the end of her fifteenth year. She began to notice the similarities between the lives of slaves, and her own life; her containment, forced training regiments, her treatment as a tool, a weapon, more than a person, and even her outfit all matched eerily with what she learned about the past.

Putting this concept together in her head, RG-17 became infuriated. Her thoughts, day-in, day-out, began to revolve around escaping her imprisonment. Finally, after weeks of planning, en route to one of her training sessions, she made her move. Carving through each and every guard, she managed to make it all the way to the front of the private compound without sustaining a single injury. As she broke onto the front "lawn", so to speak, all of the guard available opened fire at her. They all gained firsthand experience of just how well 17's healing factor worked. Escaping unharmed in any serious way, she found herself in the city of New York.
